Bought a new set of Michelin Cross Climate tires and was in and out in 45 minutes. Important to set up an appointment in advance to get service like that!! Love these tires !!! Be careful on the Interstate. These tires run so smooth, it is easy to speed. I understand they are excellent on rain and ice. Cant wait fir it to rain. $110 off right now for a set of FOUR.

My wifes Jeep was low on air pressure. This place will check all tires and fill as needed for free. I can promise them when we need new tires they have my business. Keep up the great job.

Very helpful and cordial staff. I could never fill pressure in my cars tires by myself when someone told me about Discount Tires free service. After a year, my car needed new tires. I didnt think of going to any other place for buying new tires except Discount Tire. This is called building customer relation and getting business, naturally.

Appointments are made, but not kept. Made an appointment to have my tire repaired, but was told it would take an hour to fix it. It should only take 15 min to repair. People walking around in the shop without the proper safety equipment, plus non employees walking around in the shop area. Wish I would never have purchased 4 new Michelin tires there. Should have went to Tire Barn...

Associate training just be good. They churn through customers but I have always felt they are trying to get you the best options for your situation.I even went to them a handful of times to clean the oxidation off my alloy rims when they developed a slow leak. This was before I had ever even bought anything from them; it was a new to me used car.

I went there for four tires. Ben was great, he talked me through everything and saved me money by using an online rebate for me. My actual wait time of 35 minutes was less than the estimated wait time of 45 minutes. I had a great experience.

Not sure what the Discount is, because they are still expensive. Service is good, but slow due to being very busy. Probably due to winter weather. Pleasant staff, but boring wait. TV would be nice to watch to pass the time.

Admittedly I rated this place poorly a year ago. However, this time they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. My vehicle was on their premises for 4 days and through some difficulties with ordering we are able to iron out a deal. To the people that helped me out this time around, Im sorry for what I said. Clearly the last time was either a mis understanding on my part, or they were having a bad day. Either way, I was wrong! These guys are great!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this discount tire. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and respectful even though my car is very old and I am there fairly often lol. They always take time to explain what they fixed and how it all works and make sure that customers are happy. I came in and had to get a tire spent $293 for 1 tire when I arrived the service guys disheveled everything in my trunk to get my spare out when I returned to have tire put on after speaking with a manager the first time about the condition of my back end here is how I found the spare returned. I don’t know what happened in terms of management turnover, but it is apparent that this location isn’t operating as well as it used to. I’ve never had issues with friendliness or honesty until my most recent visits.At my most recent preventative maintenance at the car dealership, they recommended I have my front passenger tire straightened as it was bent. I knew Discount Tire offered this service for a relatively affordable price ($150), so I dropped it off and had it done within four days (they had to ship the rim to get it straightened).Ever since I picked it up, that particular tire was losing air. At first, I thought maybe it was a fluke deal, so I left it alone and filled it to the specs. It continually lost air, so I finally took it in to get looked at by Discount Tire. I explained to them that they just straightened the rim and so I wanted them to fix it (too coincidental not to be connected). When I was talking to the first advisor, instead of addressing my leak, he continually tried to get me to buy all new tires (I was approaching 4/32 tread depth, but I was not worried about replacement yet). He was very pushy. I declined and told him to look at the leak. About an hour later, I picked up the car and all that the advisor said was the leak was around the rim and that if it continues to lose air, I’d need to replace the tire. Huh? So you’re not going to do anything as this is THE tire and THE rim that you worked on just a few weeks ago?Instead, I have made an appointment at Belle Tire to get all four new tires for $1K. Sorry, Discount, but you lost my business!

Can’t get in to get tires unless u have an appointment and if you don’t you will have to wait half the day to get anything done avoid at all costs. Good staff is all I can say about this place

Today I took my car to this location. I drive a Mercedes Benz. I recently got new tires put on at this location but I had a slow leak so I returned and was told I had a nail. No biggie. I dropped the car off and when the car was finished I returned and thought all was well. I did noticed my car unlike any I have seen before was parked halfway in the garage when I returned but thought nothing of this irregular parking job. They turned the car on and opened the door and sent me on my way (a 45 minute drive home). As I pulled into my town a sensor said I needed to stop immediately because the car was sitting too low. It seemed strange and I stopped because it said to let it refill. It didn’t and I parked. Got out and listened. I heard a hissing sound so I walked around the car to find the sound and the sound came from where wheel well of the tire that was ‘fixed.’ The car was attempting to fix the air compression as it would on any normal day. However clearly it was punctured by and employee or broken by their lift. So I called and talked to Chris who told me they are ‘tire guys’ but he can give me contact information for people who can fix an air compressor. I told him my car was damaged while in his care, He said that’s impossible because they have good lifts. My friend who is a mechanic called and told him they damaged the vehicle and their response was when they lifted the car they saw there was a problem with my air compressor (one that the Mercedes dealership had not seen at my last oil change) and they didn’t bother to mention it to me and happily send me on my way.The reality is they broke my vehicle and it is unable to be driven. Normally I would take it to get it fixed but they broke my car to the point I am now out of a car. How am I supposed to get to work? How am I supposed to pick up my children? Why would they send me in a dangerous vehicle? I called today twice but the second time was moment before closing. I will be calling tomorrow. And either I fix it and sue or it gets fixed properly.

Took my 2011 Ford Focus for a tire leak. They said they found a nail & patched it. Didnt even drive 10 miles before the low tire pressure light turned on again. Patch didnt take. Gave them 3 stars for trying & not charging. But I still wasted 3 hours. I would have given 4 stars if I made it a few days.

This place has become my go-to place for new tires. Though I only stop in once every few years, their staff is always courteous and helpful, even in the face of rude and irate customers. Their pricing is a bit higher than other places, but they often have sales that even things out. Despite how busy they are, they always seem to get me out in less than an hour and a half. Ive also brought in tires online from Discount Tire Direct and had no issues getting them installed here.

I thought my services was good until I got home and realize that the four brand new tires that I had took with me to have them put on my vehicle was not in my car no more. They had told me that them tires would not work because they would rub if they was put them on my car I was told otherwise by two or three other people that they would not rub that it might make my speedometer off a little. Anyways with that being said I ended up having to buy four tires from them and have them put on they were only supposed to dispose of three of my old tires that they were taking off because I wanted to keep one for a tire swing. They did that and when I got home I realized my four brand new tires that they said would not work was not in my car so I was charged for four brand new tires from them and they took my four brand new tires out of my car and left me with one of my old tires as I had asked for. I feel like they was stolen which they was. very dirty service

Absolutely thr worst communication and customer service ever! I called about having a tire repaired under roadside warranty. I was told that they were very slow and could repair the tire rather quickly. I took the car in and after 2 hours of waiting I asked how much longer and was told it would be another 4 hours. No one bothered to tell me that to begin with! Wasted my time and shrugged like he didnt give any care. Would shop elsewhere.

Sean was really great. Came in for 1 shredded tire. He came out and checked em all and said the back ones were fine, but tread on the front left was pretty worn. After checking with his manager, he was able to get me 2 tires and install for 95 bucks. Will definitely be coming back.

Love Discount Tire. They always take care of their customers. I went in to get a nail repaired and never even had to go In the shop. They met me outside, took the car into a stall and then brought it back to me. I stood outside the shop for 15 minutes and they brought it back to me and repaired it free of charge. Cannot beat their service.

1 star or 5? Purchased 4 Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Told salesman Matt, do not want over 3oz. weight on any tire. He used the but, truck tires and wheels.....etc. I have built tires at BFG Ft Wayne plant and want no excuses. I left and found that RR had 5.75 oz and LF had 5 oz. I set appt. to have them replaced. This time worked with Ben! He gladly replaced both, but still had another bad tire at 4.75 oz. He ordered 2 more and I set another appointment. After 3 trips I now have 4 good tires!! Not the stores fault for out of balance tires, but Matt and Chriss attitude drops down 2 stars. Thank you Ben for doing what it takes to make it right.

Had an appointment at 5:30pm just for a tire rotation and my vehicle didn’t get in the bay until 6:00pm and it’s been an hour since my appointment. What’s the point of an appointment if I can’t get my vehicle done at a timely manner. I understand it’s a busy place, but they’re we’re a lot of upset customers that were before me and waiting around like me. I think the store needs a better management system to better schedule appointments and walk-ins. The staff is always pleasant and polite so I will give them that, but as a corporate, come on!

We were visiting for a college visit and ended up with a flat tire in the Insomnia cookie parking lot. Discount tire was near our hotel so we showed up right at 8 am. Very friendly service and super fast. They fixed the tire and put it back on. When we went to pay, they said there was no charge since it was an easy fix.
