SCAM!!! This place is absolute trash, bought a washer and dryer set here and was assured they were in working condition and that they could be delivered.I paid the extra $50 for delivery and assured that I had a warranty in case anything went wrong.fast forward 24 hours after being delivered and the dryer stopped working in the middle of its first load.I get in touch with the store. I kindly explain to Chance that it quit working properly and he cut me off mid sentence and yelled at me letting me know it wasnt his fault.He yells at me as I tried to calmly explain I wasnt upset or anything was just looking for it to be fixed and was wondering what the process was not refunded or anything and he just kept shouting at me, almost had me in tears for no reason..Then I find out the warranty is only good if I can bring the item back in store- I state I had it delivered because I have no way to transport. Then they tell me transport is done by an outside contractor (their friend) so I will need to pay $50 out of pocket just to return it.THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED UP FRONT SO I WOULD HAVE KNOWN & not gotten yelled at because it was assumed I knew the policy when it was never explained.To no surprise I was treated poorly and lied to when I went in for it to be repaired. They swaped the dryer and tried to play it off like it was the same one.BUT THE WASHER broke also surprise surprise and I had to pay someone $150 to repair it because clearly these children arent capable of proper repair and what is the use of paying to have it go back just to have someone be rude and do a half repair job ?This place is a scam- I reported to bbb and local authorities. BBB says theyve had complaints before- honestly I wouldnt support this place by buying anything here and I wouldnt trust ANY appliance to work from them. The other good reviews here on google are clearly just from their friends.All in all I had to pay over $700 for a lousey and old washer dryer combo that should have been $200 all while being treated incredible poor and being verbally abused... facebook marketplace is a better option since the warranty is useless.See the sellers response for exactly what I mean- more verbal abuse.

I’m the owner of the store we sell used appliances with a 30 day in store warranty repair or replace if it cost to much to be repaired We don’t do house calls must bring to store. To many issues at customers homes with electrical problems and blocked dryer exhausts bring it to the store where I know I have 220 volts

I love this store they have dryers, washing machine, refrigerators and the last time I was there the store also carried other used things!Not to mention the owner Chance Dugas is the most helpful and easy going man. Also his few workers in its shop are nice helpful people! They have a way of making their costumers feel like family!So if you need any type of appliances go check this store out yourself great environment and great prices!

Chance really stands by his appliances .. gives a 30 day warranty .. any issues arise and he will fix it at no cost within his warranty. I have bought 2 appliances from him and have had no issues
