I was very impressed with phone call I made to this business. Associate was kind and courteous and explained in great detail to me. So I went into business in person and was greeted promptly and helped me in making a decision that was best for my situation on hand. The closing of the sale was quick as well. My purchase was then delivered within the hour. Thank k you very much American Rental for helping me fix my problem in a hurry .

I for one find this place a mess. The guy was helping someone else, so he rambled out so quick rehearsed line about some club and where to find prices and 120 same as cash. Then said go kick the tires and Ill be with you in a bit.. so I took a slow stroll and looked at what I came to find. Let me tell you, It was disgusting. Half the furniture if if was cloth looked like they had never been cleaned coming back from someone elses house. I understand this is a rto but come on, you cant say you tried to clean it with an upholstery cleaner! Im to afraid to even sit on half of the beds or furniture because zi dont know if they have bugs.. I hope that they will then this place around and care more about the items they are putting out.
