Bought a 2013 Taurus SHO around November 2019 after accidentally finding his add on Facebook marketplace. Didnt realize my VPN made it seem like he was close........He wasnt. I normally wouldnt consider buying a car out of state (Im in PA) but by the time I realized how far away he was he had already answered a lot of questions I had since I was looking for a very particular set of options/color. I had no luck finding the car I wanted near me and most dealers wouldnt even take the time to check for option 2A (performance pack) on the sticker in the door jam. I asked Heath and he sent me a picture of the sticker within minutes. He answered all questions in detail often going beyond what I expected which made me comfortable buying a car sight unseen from another state. I asked him if he could ship the car and he said yes, and worked with me to get the car to me as quickly as possible. It showed up via Faithful Transport at my work shortly thereafter and I was not dissapointed. Heath is great to deal with and I would recommend Autofinders even if they are states away.

Outstanding car buying experience. Probably the best in my life and I am sure I have bought upwards of 30 cars ranging from new Cadillacs to antique MGBs. I needed a snow-car in a hurry ahead of a storm. Found a 2008 Ford Taurus, on the Web, at Autofinders. Called. Spoke with Heath. JHe was very helpful, reasonable and upfront. I went over the next day. I wanted to be able to drive away in the car -- LEGALLY. Unlike so many other used car dealerships Autofinders put a 20-day plate on the car. That is brilliant. You are legal from the get-go. Warranty is also possible. I ended up getting a 2-year Extended Warranty for a decent price. Was also able to pay by credit card with a minimum mark-up for the rates charged by the credit card. Something else where they are different. Other places want x2 to x3 times more! Good car, so far. Had it close to a month. Very impressed. Nice, decent people -- Heath & his dad, Jeff, the Chief Mechanic. I will definitely be going back to Heath for my next car and the one after that.

I Bought a 09 ram with low miles from here about 8 months ago. Buying was easy got decent rate on my loan but about a month after owning the truck the 4x4 stop working developed a grinding noise and crack in front differential. The mechanic at there dealer told me that nothing they can fix and I should just JB weld it. Now Ive had the truck for a little under 8 months and the motor lost cylinder 4 and needs to be replaced and its around $2800 for a new motor and they wont do anything about it so if u do buy from there I would at the vary least have your own mechanic check it over first. The truck I bought looks real nice but has been nothing but a nightmare

I Bought a vehicle there, they told me it had no problems no issues at all. It was a good vehicle for the 3 months that they covered. How convenient for them. Right after that 3 month mark the vehicle broke down on me and its been one thing wrong after another with it.

Horrible customer serviceCalled in to talk about purchasing a 2013 Taurus SHO on the lot, I have a 2017 Chevrolet Volt to trade in, pristine condition and ready for the lot for sale, I spoke to some guy named Keith? And he told me that my trade was not wanted there because he was unfamiliar with the car. I feel that a dealership should be well versed in all makes and models and should be willing to assist a customer with anything that they are looking to do, there are auctions for a reason. However I was met with a complete lack of interest and and frankly pretty terrible customer service while on the phone. I would avoid this place like the plague, or come here if you like to be judged or simply have your needs ignored.

My son needed a car in a hurry. We submitted the credit app in the morning, got it approved that afternoon and Heath stayed after closing so he could take a test drive. He liked the car and drove it home that night. The car was immaculate and the process was simple and painless, even with his shaky credit. Will definitely buy from them again!

The best customer service! My father used to do all my mechanic work, but when he moved to North Carolina I had no idea where to turn. Its hard to know if youre working with a trustworthy mechanic. I met Jeff England at Autofinders and he put my worries to rest. He has taken great care of my vehicle. Hes honest, got the work done fast and gave me a great deal!

Like most used car salesman you should be wary. Being nice is great as long as the product is what it is supposed to be. When given an inspection sticker a vehicle should pass inspection at another station. When the dealer is notified that things went awry perhaps he should honor his warrantee. We will not be returning to autofinders. Take the vehicle you intend on purchasing to your regular mechanic before purchasing here. Or dont buy.

Saw an 08 Benz at Irving this morning. Had a window banner so I eyeballed it. The exaust pipes were a bit wonky and the passenger side front tire was completely flat. I pointed this out to the sales person. His responce was Ive put a bunch of miles on this car and its fine. He then speed off. Then I noticed the tail lights were out on one side as well. I called them up and this sales clown only wanted to confront me and deflect from the shabby condition of the Benz. As I hung up I could hear him cursing me lol. I hope this guy was not the owner. Poor customer service skills!
