Called them during business hours, nobody answered and nobody ever returned my voicemail. There are also numerous complaints about this places business practices in the forums. Maybe theyre good at applying coatings. Unfortunately Ill never know. What I do know is that this place is not run by business-minded people.

This is the first time I have ever been compelled to do a review. I have used this shop twice. My first experience was pretty good. They took longer than quoted, but I was ok because the work was good. My latest experience was not as good. I was quoted 1 1/2 - 2 weeks which was much quicker than I expected. When I checked in 3 weeks later I was told that it was in prep. When I checked 4 weeks later they said it was in prep However the person I spoke to said that he would do it on Friday. When I checked 5 weeks later I again said that it was in prep. I then asked for my rifle to have it finished at another shop. Nothing had been done. All parts were still bagged up after I sonic cleaned them. If you use these guys, and IF you can get them to work they do a good job. BUT if you have any goals of completing a project go somewhere else.

This is not good looking to get some coating done. Not now. After reading about their failure to get work done in a timely professional manner. Moving on.

Very happy with the quality of the work and also very happy with the price. One of the staff was very helpful. I think the other 2 may have needed some happy pills. Hopefully they make it through this Covid BS!

Very reasonable transfer fee. The process was very simple and easy. They called me right away when my lower got in the shop. Im interested in their cerekote service, looks to me that they do a great job.

Got a cerakote service for my Sako TRG. The price is very cheap (About a half price of average cerakote service cost near where I live), and the result is great!Excellent customer service and honest business. Very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends (I already did!).

Staff was very friendly and had a two day turn around for my slide’s cerakote.

I have several time used Olympic Cerakote as FFL dealer for firearm transfer. Price was reasonable, transfer was fast and smooth.

Unable to reply to emails in a timely manner (7 days), taking business elsewhere.

Very misleading. Checked status of scope for cerakote. Was told at one point was ready for paint. Then was told would be ready by Friday. Go in on Friday after 4 weeks and they didnt even touch it.
