I took my computer in to be checked outgr for viruses. No viruses. I purchased the $129 per year 24/7 tech support. with My computer was still very slow and tech support was not much help so I took it back in to discuss with in-house tech person. We decided I needed a new computer.The sales person called head office and veritied my $129 tech support I just purchased would be transferable to the new computer. That was in June. I was charged on my credit card an additional $129.00. I have called them on three separate occasions and explained the situation. They said they would give me a refund for the double payment.It is now the middle of September and I still do not have my refund and have not received a follow on courtesy call.Each time I call it is over an hour long just trying to speak with someone.The tech support also takes hours on the line to msybe get resolution as they leave you on hold for long periods of time while they try to help multiple people at the same time rather than taking care of you before moving on to the next call.I usually end up taking my computer back to the store for assistance as they do a much better job.Still waiting for my reimbursement for my double payment.
