Ordered the new iPhone 13 pro from here and got a time to set it up with Ian, he was such a big help and very persistent and helpful, even helped me pick out a phone case and screen protector. The phone was having trouble with setup but he went ahead and spent over an hour going and contacting T-mobile and doing everything he could to fix it. He was super friendly and I am more than happy with the experience even if it did take a bit longer than usual.

Fail earned. 1 person in the store knows how to activate Verizon phones. This person was on their lunch break. Hell return in a half an hour. No problem. However, when the 30 minutes becomes over an hour because someone assigns this person to help another customer- knowing there is someone waiting- then there is a problem. A customer service + management problem. Time is money. You wasted my time, and you lost the over 1k I was going to spend.*Shane from Samsung was excellent with his efforts and customer service.

Tried to do a simple return and was nothing but problems. Only did partial refund, kept the refund and return receipt and said they would email me the receipt when they could figure out how to do the second half of my order. Not going to be going back. Last time I went there was nobody to even help me get an item. One of the workers said they were short staffed and it might take awhile.

Nate in electronics was awesome! Store 1- sucked. Tacoma Best Buy- ignored & bought the wrong thing. Store 2- They didnt have the item I wanted in stock. Nate tracked it down at another store, processed my exchange and had it waiting for me at store 3! My faith is restored. Thanks Nate!

The rating is only for one visit last week. I went there to look at the laptops and waited in laptop section before 25 minutes and no one ever came to help me. I know times are hard now for business is to keep staffing adaquate but I had to go somewhere else this time. Hopefully things improve.

New to the area due to the military. This was my second visit to this location, and my last. I love Best Buy, but the Lacey location needs some work when it comes to customer service. Both times I’ve stood around aimlessly looking for assistance, only to be told someone would be right over to help out. Both times each, after 10+ minutes, not a single ounce of help. The Olympia location is 10x better.

Way too expensive, I seen a couple prices on recliners and turned around and left! Triple the price for the same recliner I seen at big lots. Big Lots was out of stock so I ended up buying it from Amazon. Best deal for everything I have seen.

We were greeted at the door and told if we needed help to let them know. I do like the fact that swarms of associates arent constantly badgering you as you are shopping. When we did need help, the associate came over and answered all of our questions about models, delivery, and promotions offered. The checkout process was quick and we were able to process the paperwork right there in the department. This is the way a store should function. The customer service is very good and the associates are well trained in their various departments. I will be back to this store for my future large appliance purchases. Good job guys!

Do you ever walk in a store and get the feeling like it should be about half the size? Thats this Best Buy. Very few items in stock, people are working but mostly talking to each other. Two employees were practicing kick boxing after asking if I needed help. +1 for service

On 3-27-21, I placed an online order for some Apple cameras, knowing the store would not open for 2 more hours. I drove to the store early and noted the order had been filled. I entered my pick up parking spot, hoping the clerk might bring it out early. Ten minutes later, the nice African American gentleman brought out my order! The Best Buy employee saved me over an hours worth of wait time! I was able to make the ferry, early, back to my home on a nearby island. Thank you for the great service!

They must sell a lot of stuff out of this store but unfortunately they were pretty low staffed. A couple was trying to steal a cell phone but they just asked them to leave. You need to detain and send those thieves to jail or they will never learn!!

After Home Depot kept pushing back the delivery date of my appliances, I went to Best Buy and explained that I really needed appliances quickly and wanted to know what they had in stock to be delivered ASAP. They worked with me to find the best options and delivery was super fast.

Customer service desk is great. Floor staff is excellent if you can find one. Front door Staff could be a little better. Return policy is fairly reasonable. Obviously they have the geek squad so that provides quite a bit of comfort when buying electronics.

Horrible customer service at the Best Buy in Lacey WA. We purchased two cell phone screen protectors and my son tried to pick up the order tonight ( 8 Feb 2021 at 5:40pm). Despite my son having our email confirmation as proof of purchase as well as the same last name / address on his drivers license as my husband who ordered the item that matches the credit card address used for payment, the customer service person would not give my son the screen protectors because he wasnt listed as a pickup recipient. The gal at customer service refused to give him the item unless someone went online and updated my son as a recipient. My husband quickly updated the order and sent my son the confirmation with his name listed. In the meantime both me and my husband independently tried to reach customer service by phone and sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no success. Despite my son now having an email that listed him as a pickup recipient, the customer service gal still would not give him the screen protectors because she did not get the confirmation through the Best buy computer system yet. My son finally left (without the screen protectors) after 40 minutes. And I am still shocked that there was absolutely no way we were able to speak to anybody at the store by phone. The worst customer service experience I have had at any store in years. If the manager is remotely interested in improving service, he/she can look up my contact information through the order that we placed on Sunday 7 Feb 2021 for to Google pixel screen protectors. If I actually receive a response I would gladly update this review to at least validate management tried to resolve the issue.

Took some LSD, I entered the magical doorway I saw in the TV, and a raccoon attacked me. Me and this racoons brawled in the TV section for 45 minutes, and one of the staff even handed me a folding chair, like in those WWE matches. Great staff, great prices.

Honestly the only thing that bothered me was they had a boomer trying to tell me that the amd raydeon GRAPHICS card WASNT a graphics card. She wasnt helpful and once she heard that my budget was 1500+ she started showing me 3k+ computers. Id rather hang upside down from my toenails than go back. Only reason its not a 1 start was because litterally EVERY OTHER PERSON IN THE STORE WAS AMAZING! I will never be going back though. Bought a better computer from Costco

The manager Katy has horrible customer service. It’s amazing how these people treat you when you spend THOUSANDS A YEAR at their store. No wonder retail is dying and online retailers like Amazon are taking over.I bought an item which the price dropped on from another retailer. Best Buy’s own price match guarantee policy clearly states that they will honor a lower price as long as it’s within your return window. If you are not elite status that time frame is 15 days, elite 30 days and elite plus 45 days. Well since I’m elite plus that gives me 45 days from the time of purchase. This supposed manager and waste of human life doesn’t even know her own companies policy, ridiculous. She even attempted to look it up and out of frustration said oh it doesn’t show a date but it’s 15 days. Yes it’s 15 days for people who don’t spend a lot of money there however for those of us who are spending thousands a year at your store it’s 45 days.I called the 1800 number for Best Buy and some dude in the Philippines in a call center who just knows enough English to get by knew the policy and was happy to give me my partial refund of the price difference. I mean how can someone who calls themselves a manager not be ashamed by this.Katy you’re a horrible manager who lacks any semblance of customer service. I see others here are making the same claims about this manager and how bad she is. I’m taking my money and shopping else where. Not another dime from me Best Buy.

Horrible customer service. Took 25 minutes before even being asked if we needed anything we left after 35 minutes of waiting. Others were being assisted even though they walked in after us. I guess I looked too young to actually be buying something? All I know is I can understand why these companies are going under. If I could give ZERO i would and I am a very patient person but God did this irritate me to the core.

Although the sign at the door states if there is a medical condition that will not allow you to wear a mask there is one staff member who is extremely rude to you. She works in the geek squad. She has a problem serving customers with disabilities. Twice I’ve been in and both visits she was very rude. If she is uncomfortable serving people with disabilities then she should not serve them. This makes Best Buy look very bad.

I used their curbside pickup and the service was great! It was nice not to have to lug the big box of equipment I bought, especially since it was pouring rain. They seemed busy. Everyone I saw was wearing a face mask per the current restrictions due to the pandemic.

I love Best Buy as a whole. This store was clean. I went in for one thing. The checkout staff were welcoming and friendly but while I was standing at the racks looking for a charging cord for my phone, nobody bothered to welcome me or ask if I needed help but they asked someone else nearby. Went into the store and was having a hard time finding someone to help. Finally found two employees chit chatting and I asked for help. They both offered little to no help and were not willing to help me find an item I was looking for. They seemed to be too absorbed in their personal conversations. Being disgusted with the level of service I asked for the manager and Katy said That she was the manager. She said if I wanted to complain to go ahead and write a review so here I am. Does no one have any accountability of this store? From looking through the past reviews this manager has been mentioned multiple times. Bestbuy Corporate please do something? Do you really allow managers to treat customers this way?
