Its a pilot pretty small inside with for showers parking lot is open and comfortable even though it is small its next to a warehouse that also exit its through the Pilot parking lot I like that it is easy set the in and exit of the diesel pumps inside you got a Subway bad gives it a plus if you were looking for something to eat and around the area there is a McDonalds and Waffle House the bathroom are nice and clean which is a super plus.

I have just been to this Pilot for a shower.The whole truck stop is nice and clean, people who are working here are really polite and professional, younger lady in Subway is extremely nice - gave me a compliment.They have only 4 showers but when I entered, everything was sparkling clean; the trash can was clean with new bag, towels were new and clean, shower is working perfectly, the ceiling fan was clean (probably this is the only Pilot/Flying J in whole USA with a clean fan - check yourself on a next shower) and there was a bottle of water. If that touch doesn’t deserve 5 stars, I don’t know what does.All people working here deserves a raise.Great job guys!

Very poor & rude customer service from Jessie. She shout every 5 mins over speakers telling drivers to pull up or go find s spot in yard which is extremely full .I said to her are you aware that its no space to go around when a truck pulls all the way up.She reply, well thats something you all have to deal with.The truckstop is very small...Im to avoid stopping there again.

The place was not very clean and no one was wearing a mask, not even the workers. If you are going to have signs requiring them, then wear them. It was ridiculous.

Clean Showers. Parking lot is small though, so Dont show up later 7pm expecting to get one.

Showers are clean, but very limited as well as the parking.

I have dropped two seperate packages at the drop box for FedEx here (The one CLEARLY marked Fedex next to the trucker side) and both times items were never scanned, but one took a week the other, just disappeared.. Someone is stealing and this Pilot does not care.

If I could give it less Stars I would. Not one iced tea Thats not sweet in the whole building. I guess they assumed theres no diabetic truckers out there. What would you like me to just prefer no sugar. Terrible location for a truck stop no room.

Great staff! All the Pilot employess were very friendly and informative. Gabe and Shawna at Subway were awesome! Never been asked about warming up the meat for a wrap before (which was amazing!) and melting the cheese directly on the meat. Super polite, answered all our questions and even helpful with suggestions for toppings.

Parking only 30 minutes, and there was no coffee and sausages.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

This is one of my favorite Pilot truckstop Ive been here several times and the experience is consistent. This location is an excellent location plenty of places for food,entertainment, and lodging. Also Nashville is a shirt shop on 24. The staff is always friendly and inviting would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to park lots of stuff inside. Note of caution truck lot is small.

So. I wanna just start off by saying from the very beginning of my career Ive done nothing but used pilots or flying j. I do not give my support to T.A. or petro or loves because I do not tolerate needing to pay to park when your customer base is mostly the ones your charging to park for. That said I am DEEPLY disappointed at this pilot. First the ladies and gentlemen working here were yelling across the store at one another. Not really an issue if they werent constantly cussing and talking nothing about the work they were doing. My wife had visited the bathroom while I was seating in the seating area across the store. And I could CLEARLY hear the woman that was responsible for cleaning the womens stall complaining about my wife being in the facilities. Talking loudly she complained about having to clean up after the previous women (for the sake of decency I will not repeat was that woman had done. All though this worker had no such problems saying exactly was happened) and the mess she had created. I have spent thousands of dollars at pilots and I am a loyal customer to you guys alone. Usually I am proud to park at pilots. But I will not be returning to this one (#052) and if this behavior is continued at this store I think others will do the same.

The gas pumped were running VERY slow. Took me about 30 minutes to get $7 worth of gas. Many people at the pumps were very irritated, some very rude, about the situation. However, when I brought it to the attention of the employees, they assured me they were working on the problem, apologized and were very nice and understanding. They were getting yelled at by different people over and over for a problem they couldnt control. They remained gracious and calm while focusing on fixing the issue. While the situation made me very irritated, and almost late to work, I was very pleased with the customer service and politeness of the employees

This is one of the best pilot travel centers around it is managed very well and always clean. Keep up the great work JJ and Melinda.

As far as pilots go this one isnt bad. Lot of fuel islands. But just about always backed up. Decent size parking lot fills up fast in evening. There is a shop on site. Just fast food. McD & SubwaysThe place is clean.Good coffee.Nice people..Worst thing about this pilot is a lot of tourists..

Very tiny lot, less than impressive Subway. Pilot staff are friendly and helpful. Showers are huge! I have always been fortunate to get a nice, clean, hot shower.

Whoever was behind the cashier counter tonight needs to familiarize himself with the company-wide promo on the MarkTen Elite. We took a road trip across the country recently and obtained this deal at every other Pilot/Flying J. Tonight this individual argued that the deal did not include two flavor packs with the battery, even though the promo sign behind him clearly stated it did. He tried to ring up just the battery and one flavor pack and could not get the promotion to work. When suggested he ring up an additional flavor pack (as per the promotion) he continued to argue and refused to attempt it. Very poor customer service toward a professional driver familiar with the current advertised sale.

This is a smaller pilot. Small enough that you dont have much space to pull away from the fuel island without impeding other trucks from leaving. The bathroom is also cramped. It only has 2 stars because the employees are really polite.

On our riad trip. We stopped here for gas. The restrooms clean ! Quickly grabbed snacks and hit the road again! Easy in and out!

Awesome Pilot! Right off the interstate (as usual) and they have all the snacks, beverages, lotto, and food that you need. The register people were great and Pamela over at Subway was a sweetheart! Yall keep it up!

There is an employee at night by the name of Martha. She is the worst person Ive ever encountered at a Pilot. She yells and screams at customers and is extremely rude. I go to Pilots all over the country and the employees are usually very nice and welcoming. Shocking that you would hire someone with such a bad attitude towards the very people who keep you in business

In no way is this pilots fault its very small in a highly populated truck area its not a place to make a quick fuel

Exceptionally rude staff that cannot answers basic questions. It’s nice they hire mentally disabled people but maybe limit how many at one location.

I only stop for gas. I had to go inside to pay the pump said but while paying for the gas her phone rang and she started talking on telephone so I had to ask her if I was done shes gave me a thumbs up so bad customer service that time. cheap gas though so that made it worth it I was going to buy something else but instead I left and went across to Circle K also cheap gas cigs and good deal on beer and drinks also fast!

Came for gas. Went in for a coffee in my 7 yr old RaceTrac mug. Your rep compd the coffee with a smile and a Nashville accent I did not understand. Had to ask 3 times to comprehend the coffee was on the house... So kind!!!! Pilot is now on my preferred list.

This pilot is absolutely phenomenal! I drive a cargo van otr. the staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Ive been having to sit here for a few days waiting on a load out... I feel like I made genuine friends here and I honestly hate to leave 😂😭!

This is one of those fake truck stops at one time this building was just an old run-down gas station but its now a pilot that should have been condemned years ago, very little parking out front plus the fuel pumps are antiques. I wouldnt waste my time going here for any reason

The only toilet paper in this stall was on the floor with the Clorox urine remover. I dread stopping at this location, and everyone knows its one of those pilots that just isnt run well. I hate being forced to stop there simply due to its geographical location.

As a driver I have to fuel up at pilot constantly and every morning I go to the same pilot and receive the best service I have ever at any pilot in any location. Today the fuel pumps were backed up and they made in Skowhegan attempt to make sure that I was able to view it as quickly as possible and proceed with my day so I can get back to my family and I can do nothing but thank God for that thank you so much Crystal Tiffany Melinda Jj KJ ShawnDrea Kevin and the entire staff and great management too!

You wouldnt think you would be remembered at such a busy place but every time I stop Im greeted as if theyve known me forever. Some of the nicest people work there.

Good pricing on fuel. I didnt go inside. Pumps are a little tight, and one of them shut off on me every few cents for a min ($30+ before i was full). This is just of the main road on a little road. I almost missed it for a circle k or something. I wouldve stayed but i have their reward card. Subway Staff that came outside for a break seemed friendly. Trash cans were overflowing!

I visited this pilot gas station today and they are requiring all customers wear masks. 1 employee was wearing a mask. 3 were not at all. And 1 was wearing one on her chin.

I came in to prepay for gas and had a lovely chat with Kathy that works at the Pilot gas station she is very amazing, funny, polite, and professional. She kept the store clean and stocked.

Small, narrow car fueling area, difficult to pull in, long wait for pumps. People just park their cars at fuel pumps, go insidr for long periods of time to get Subway, then saunter out to finally leave with no worries that they’ve been blocking the way for others to use pumps. Dirty, especially in restrooms. Diaper changing area is nasty. I would not put my child anywhere close to it. Gross.

You need more employees like Kevin who takes his job of keeping Pilot clean very serious. Great job done by great employee!

First time stopping here only stop because we needed gas and it was on our way. The outside of the store was pretty dirty so I didnt even want to try to go inside. There was a lot of sketchy looking people at the pumps dont think that we were in the best of area

I love visiting pilot when I travel but the last few including this Pilot was poorly maintained very nasty bathrooms (Not the Pilot Norm) Soda machines not functioning correctly. Lot not well monitored just Poor all the way around

The truck stop was small and dirty and at present time under construction inside the store. There is probably enough room for 15 to 20 trucks. The truck stop was full by 2pm so if your getting in after that time you might wanna find another place to park.

This Pilot is nice enough, but be warned that it is SMALL. If youre hoping for a parking space dont aim at this one. There is a bigger Pilot about 15 miles south of here.
