Pharmacy is so busy, but the pharmacist are freaking awesome, Always on top of everything, loved ziuee Nguyen service, again always making sure you are attended.

Pharmacy is very helpful and friendly but severely understaffed at all times of day. Even been told by employees that they are understaffed because of cvs cutting hours. If the location is busy they need people to staff it and handle the rush.

Pharmacy staff is usually professional and helpful, despite they are typically understaffed. However today I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no actual acknowledgement. She looked right at me and never came back. Since I heard someone else answering phone calls, I thought Id try that. Well Ive been on hold for another 14 minutes without even a hello. By now Walgreens could have filled my prescription. CVS is always slow, theres always a line to wait forever in, but until now I at least felt my business was appreciated. I guess its time to transfer all my rx to somewhere else.

Its not okay with the Pharmacy, NEVER NEVER HAS my medicine knowing every month I would be bring the same script, same time of month for years, great at making excuses for being out of supplies. Employee were RUDE, SMARTISH WITH REMARKS, I BEEN WITH CVS OVER 40 YEARS AND USE TO THEY WERE ADVERTISED AS SCRIPT READY IN 15 MINUTES OR LESS, NOW A FEW HOURS IF, THEY EVEN HAVE YOUR MEDS,Ive stopped going to LaVergne location, who needs the hassle with so many other places to shop.Needs alot of work before I would go back or even recommend this Pharmacy. Shame on you CVS.
