Worst service ever. We tried the drive thru waited a while and no one answered so we went inside to order and no one acknowledged us. One of the women working there did everything she could to pretend not to see us and then went to hid behind one of the other women working there who was on the phone with someone. So go else where would be a better use of your time and money.

Today was the second time I attempted to purchase coffee from this location but due to short staff having to cover the coffee shop and the register for the gas station I wasn’t able to. Having this coffee shop open was exciting but so far it’s just been disappointing.

This is the one of the best locations with delicious drinks and they have an actual kitchen and toast the bagels! 🥯 so good, more affordable and convenient when compared to other big coffee chains. Plus you can use your twice daily rewards card, stop and use the restroom which are always clean, or drive thru to save time.

I love white bison! Every location I have been to is great except for this one. Every time I come through they tell me they are not making food, (probably been told that at least 5 times from this location) even at 11am on a Saturday. Sometimes they say they are waiting for other staff to come and make the food, but every time I have gone I have been the only customer...not even ones at the counter inside. At that point, it is either laziness, they are not training their staff properly on how to work there, or they are severely understaffed. However, props to the two friendly baristas I have met at this location, I wish I could remember their names.

We have given this place several tries. Unfortunately they are not making the coffee drinks correctly. An iced macchiato is a layered drink consisting of syrup, milk, espresso and then drizzled with sauce. It is not suppose to be shaken. It’s a very nice place and has station and convenient but I have not enjoyed the coffee from there.

I was excited to see this coffee shop open but everytime I go I wait sooooo long. I just waited 20min to get 2 lattes and they didnt even do it correctly. I had to put a review, staff isnt nice, slow service but the coffee is pretty good. I will give it a try it again one last time. Otherwise ill go to starbucks down the road. Management needs to step up

Seems high priced but its worth. I hope mine starts staying open hours

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE SPEAKER. I COME AT DIFFERENT TIMES. I tried it a week after opening and never got another response.

When they are open they are okay. Drinks are inconstant. They say 24/7 but arent open at night. Wish they would post updated hours somewhere.

No one even spoke in the drive thru. Can’t see this lasting long
