I ordered 2 iced lattes, one vanilla, one white chocolate. They both were very good! Also got a blueberry muffin and an everything bagel toasted. I will say the bagel took a while to come out but everything tasted great!

Ordered a beyond sausage breakfast sandwich and it came to me wet,l and leaking. The bread is soggy and looks discussing. No way I’m going to try to eat this. Coffee bean is my favorite - super disappointed. Also not having products at 9:30am is pretty ridiculous.

Waited 26 mins in the drive thru for just this iced latte. I know people can order a bunch of drinks and food slowing progress but the workers had no hustle what so ever. Its like snails working there.

Super rude staff. Really guys if you don’t like your work go to another place. The manager Edwar needs to speak with his team. Almost all the lady’s who works in this location are so rude. Never come back to this location.

Love the vietnamese cold brew but needs to have less ice. Ill remember to order less ice next time otherwise the large for 4 bucks lasts all of 5 minutes and its gone. Stopped at another location in palm desert and got one with 2 add shots. Im not tired anymore. Lol. Very rich and flavorful!

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Way too crowded to be comfortable during Covid-19 outbreak. I highly recommend takeout.

I use the drive through many times a week. Very easy and everyone is so kind. They wear masks & gloves. I feel very safe.

I used to like coming here, because they have a drink I really enjoy, however, they denied me service because I wouldnt wear a mask in my car while I was in the drive through... Ive been to plenty of drive throughs in the valley and never once had a problem. And the girl who told me to wear a mask was so rude and had a bad attitude. If this is the kind of service customers get and the kind of people that get hired to work there and Im never going back again. They just lost a loyal customer. Starbucks here I come. 😊

This place is my go-to spot when it comes to coffee. They have the best coffee versus all the other coffee spots. They are also one of the first and original coffee houses established in California.

Fantastic service, they always know my drink which is a plus, they’re on top of it and you don’t ware more than 3 min to get your drink.

Quick service. Tasty drinks. Great atmosphere. Plenty of tables to solo study. Not really set-up for groups, but that is a bonus for me.

Nothing special. I rate a coffee shop based on speed of service, friendliness of staff, smoothness of the coffee, attractiveness of decor, busyness, and whether there is a view with some comfortable chairs. NOT in that order. CBTL has comfortable chairs. And this one is not crowded. Those all good things. But this one feels a little sterile.

All right, my daughter and I decided to spend time together in a nice place like Coffee bean, and we try the seasonal drinks that they have in the store. It was a Red velvet hot drink, and a peppermint moka cold drink. It was our first time that we ever been there, and honestly, i dont think that those drinks should be selling anymore. I dont mean that the place overall is a bad place, I know people who loves Coffee bean, but this 2 drinks are nothing special. Especially the peppermint moka, that one I had to take to the trash can that they have. It taste nasty.

The shop is clean and service is quick and friendly. There are tables inside and outside as well as some comfy living room-type chairs around a coffee table. Also, there is a drive-through if you cant come inside.

Ordered five drinks for the fam and all of them were messed up in some way or another, and NONE were labeled. Asked for them to be labeled and barista was annoyed.

I had a problem with my debit card due to a little mishap I couldnt tip when I went thru the driveup window. In spite of the lack of tips, the staff never missed a step they continued to be as polite and nice as ever! Now that I have a new card I am trying to makeup for a lack of funds for tipping...thank you staff!!

A bit pricey but the Vietnamese Iced Coffee is really good. The lemon pastry didnt taste too fresh.

No decaf available at 12:44 pm since they stop brewing it at 10:30 am. I guess they dont realize that some people only drink decaf in the afternoon and evening

I went to get a tea at 7:40 pm and I was told that it was close already but on line it say that they close at 8:30 pm the 2 girls that where there where SO RUDE!!!

Fantastic until they decided to charge 50 cents for hot water may they go out of business may they announcement of the closing of the all their stores starting with the one in LA Quinta on Adams and HWY 111 sorry jerks to say the least and Starbucks dont change for water hot or cold 😇

The service was very good, but IMO Starbucks is better. The powder stuff they put in drinks is weird.

Drinks take a while and place is not as clean as it could be. Trash was over flowing and the bathroom was out of paper towels. I was there almost 2 hours and never saw anyone come and wipe the tables or check the trash.

Great service was given to me when I was there.
