This cost $15 and took 35 minutes to make. The eggs are dry, the bacon is burnt and the bagel is hard as cardboard. Id recommend going anywhere else before going here

What a great hangout spot for coffee! Good coffee, fantastic outside patio with misters on those hot days.

Took 25 min to make two iced coffees that cost $7 each. They need to become more efficient, reduce their menu, and have staff stay at a station rather than doing everything.They have people handling cash & cards then moving to make your food without washing in between. It’s not sanitary and inefficient.

Terrible. First of all, the line to order was pretty long, but ok, that happens in the morning and it moved pretty well..I ordered a veggie bagel sandwich and they gave me a beeper that would indicate when my food was ready. After 25 minutes I went up to ask about it. They said still working on it. While waiting, my husband was pooped on by a bird so he left back to the hotel. When he left, I stood by the area they call out drinks and food. About 20 minutes after that, and after watching an employee leave with her purse (the employee who seemed to be bringing food out to people no less), I decided I had had enough and asked for a refund. At that point they found my bagel had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. It was cold. They said they called my number out, which was a lie since I had been standing there waiting and watching since asking about it. The beeper they had given me also never went off.So, well over an hour wasted waiting to get a cold toasted bagel sandwich. I get being short handed, but they needed to tell people at the point of sale how behind they were, and if they give a beeper out then they needed to use it, and then they lied to my face that they called it out when they didnt. Dont waste your time here. Its not worth it.

I hope everyone sees this. They closed their doors a few weeks ago and for some reason havent updated their website or here to inform anyone. Dont waste your time, find another place

Very poorly run. They have no idea of their food inventory. They kept running out of different flavored bagels and had to run around trying to find the people they sold them to. I would like to support the local shops but this is ridiculous. Go to Starbucks

Old Town Coffee Company is our favorite neighborhood coffee and bakery. Delicious breakfast, fresh baked muffins, yummy cinnamon rolls and fresh coffee delight the senses. I enjoy sitting outside, sipping a cappuccino, nibbling on cinnamon roll and watching the world go by.

I really like the staff here and the food/coffee has been good so far. This morning I had the veggie bagel which tasted fresh and the bagel wasnt half bad. As a NYer I can be picky about bagels and everything I had this morning wasnt bad.

This is one of the best spots to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Sitting out in the patio enjoying the weather, and the view of the mountains. Its nice to do business with a sincere staff that smiles.

Long wait times for food, everything is very bland. Sandwiches and burritos had little flavor and the drinks are very low quality.

The elements to make for a great coffee shop are there; all thats missing is the coffee. If you can not get coffee right; do not call yourself a coffee co.Thankfully, there are options in Old Town LQ and I can walk down the street for a better cup of coffee ☕.

The coffee house had a great feel. Great breakfast. The family brew was just a tad week but good tasting.. Needed to punch it up with a shot if espresso. Great outdoor seating area. And delicious muffins and bagels and breakfasts options.

Great coffee, good bagels. But my favorite part was the baristas who handled the Black Friday crowd very well. This place was PACKED on Black Friday and it took a while to receive my coffee and food, but I totally understand because that place was filled up. There was a guy there who wanted a refund because he had to wait 45 minutes for his food. I think thats ridiculous... if you go into a packed coffee shop you should expect that it will take a while and you assume the risks. Dont complain about delayed service if you decide to go into a cafe with a long line like that. I will absolutely be returning when its less hectic and Im back in the desert. :)

I have no idea how the food or coffee at this place is, because i showed up on thanksgiving, which they had SPECIFICALLY SAID ON GOOGLE THAT THEY WERE OPEN FOR, and they were closed.thanks for having me drive across town in hopes of a nice warm cuppa on this very cold thanksgiving day, and instead be met with a locked door and turned off lights. classy.

Nice setting, very good coffee for the area. Avo on toast was below average and presentation poor but my friends bagel looked amazing.

Don’t come here for coffee. Such a shame this place can’t make a decent espresso drink. The space is cozy and the muffins were great, but they coffees were horrible, everyone commented on it and no one drank more than a quarter of theirs before throwing it out. A suggestion to the owners: get better beans and train your staff to know the different coffee drinks and how to make them properly. It’s really not that hard!

The barista was fantastic and made a great and makes a great cappuccino!! The bear claws looked awesome. Maybe next time:)

Location, location is what makes this coffee house such a success. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Seems as favorite weekend spot for bicyclers who can sit together on a 10 person table with plenty of bicycle racks.

Coffee is okay Starbucks style over roasted. Good bagel and lox. Muffins were a bit too sweet for me. More like cake.

My girlfriend & I were looking for a bite to eat. It was 2:30 pm and most restaurants had stopped serving lunch. We walked into Old Town Coffee and had the best BLT on a bagel, along with an Italian creme iced drink. Delicious!!!

Worst service I have had in a long time. The “chicken salad” is no more than a spinach salad with chicken on it. Oh but they didn’t even have chicken to put on it. And be sure and have 45 minutes to spare if you want something as simple as avocado toast.

My regular hangout... Coffee is good, muffins too. The leather chairs inside are great. There are also tables inside. Mostly I sit outside under the balcony, and often there are very few chairs out of the sun...too bad. The tables and chairs outside are pretty tacky too...need more regular cleaning or replacement. I have TWICE however seen outside cleaning staff going the EXTRA MILE... Ive been very impressed and called it to the attention of others. These guys will succeed in life.

Nice convenient place to sit down, have a cup of coffee or grab a bit to est and relax for a bit. There is in door and out door seating, customer service was very friendly and positive. Recommend the turkey club if youre looking for a good sandwich. Definatly recommend this place.

I went to this place with my son that was visiting thinking they will have good bagels, let me tell you how bad everything was, coffee weak and no flavor at all, scramble eggs are not real eggs. I don’t understand why is always so busy . Of course we will never go back, they are so many good places here at The desert why waste your time here

This a cross between a coffee shop & Starbucks. Varied menu, friendly staff, outdoor seating. Had bacon, eggs & toast w HOMEMADE jam. Farmers Market on Sunday w live entertainment. Highly recommend.

Customer service is always good. Great chocolate chip cookies(although expensive) and very good coffee. Large menu of food, drink and pastries.

A little bit slow, but thats because they expect you to be relaxed....and you should be..because its a relaxing place. Free fruit water, lots of papers, great coffee, good smells, fun sandwiches, and great looking(although Ive never tried one; they look too messy and too fattening) pastries.

I make a point to stop by this coffee shop at least four times a week. The staff are excellent. Attentive and positive, I dont feel as though the baristas are looking down their noses at me (ever heard of Starbucks?). Its a very good place for a cup of coffee, period. The quality of their food too is better and fresher than my kitchen sometimes. And Im a private chef.

The pros: good location, outdoor seating, decent coffee.The cons: the breakfast food was not good. Breakfast burrito was microwaved and hardly tasted like food. I had to order the waffle to replace the taste, which they did not feel necessary to comp, so paid an additional 6.50 on top of the burrito price. Would not recommend for anything other than a cup of coffee.

Looked promising, but all the coffee drinks we ordered (hot & cold) were so weak we questioned whether there was any coffee in them. Sadly not drinkable.

Stopped by here on the drive back to LA from Coachella. They have a great breakfast menu and you can tell that their pastries are all homemade. I hate when a fancy coffee shop - like a lot they have in LA - has subpar store-bought pastries. I had a cinnamon bun with a hazelnut cold brew. They have tables both indoors and outdoors. Very cute.

Marcie is the BEST!! Thank goodness for this coffee shop, without it we would be forced to choke down sub-par seattle coffee. Old Town Coffee has earned my loyalty because a bit of love goes into making my morning cup. These people know coffee!

I visit La Quinta on a regular basis, and every time I visit - this is my morning (every morning) coffee spot. Being from Seattle I am a die-hard Starbucks fan - but when in La Quinta I drive right past Starbucks to the Old Town Coffee Company. I love the vibe here in the morning (and the free wi-fi). The staff has always been great, and the freshly baked pastries are too good to avoid. Id have to agree with their slogan; Where good friends meet great coffee. Ill be in La Quinta again next week, and youll find me there every morning.

Mediocre. Complete lack of any acoustic treatment leads to a noisy environment inside. Food is just ok, prices are about on par for the area. Drinks are standard fare prepared plainly. The staff are extremely friendly but in any other location this business would not last long.

I tried this for the first time a few days ago. A friend told me that there was a coffee shop in Old Town but I hadnt seen it. Way better and faster than the Starbucks around the corner. Service was very friendly.

I have wonderful Bagel sandwiches water coffee Etc sodas people are very friendly and they deliver the food to your table and its a pleasant atmosphere I love sitting on the patio to open and comfortable

The avacado toast was not what I expected of avacado toast. There was barely any avacado more like a green spread.
