They ran out of Pumpkin cold brew but Giselle put me on a new drink and it was delicious! I wanted to know what it was so she wrote it down for me! She was super.nice and helpful even went the extra mile and helped m as to where I can find it !

Starbucks at Target La Quinta’s Manager/Barista Lauren is people friendly. She asks for my opinion of the new flavor(Star(Kiwi)) drink I ordered before I left her counter, that for me is excellent customer service, listening to patron’s input. 🙌👏!

For some reason, my beverage was only warm, not hot. No idea what the problem was, but I saw the barrista asking someone when the service person would be there, so I guess there was a problem with the espresso machine.

I avoid all Starbucks on principle. Business meeting call there, so I went, if only to be reminded why I dont want to go ever again. Its great if you like paying exorbitant prices for coffee, but the following is sycophantic. I cant imagine eating food from these places. Only exception is maybe in an airport where all food looks like what you could by here and doesnt suffer by comparison.

I always order a venti caramel frappuccino, double blended with extra caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup, whipped cream, with sea salt on top. I got an awful single blended mess with no caramel drizzle and no salt on top but sea salt the bottom. I asked them to make a new one and I got looks of death from the baristas. I got the remade drink with NO writing on the cup and I had to walk the staff through how to make it. The store is filthy and the attitudes are on called for.

Its a Starbucks...lol...pretty much the same as all the other Starbucks...of they build it...folks will flock like sheep to it...

Ive tried other local coffee shops but they just dont compare to Starbucks.I like to get the Cafe Mocha Grande or the Triple Chocolate Caramel Frappuccino. They have fast service and a cozy place to sit down and read the newspaper while you wait.

I came here on the evening of 4/28/18, and ordered a matcha green tea latte (hot) with an extra scoop of matcha. The barista was extremely kind and helpful, and seemed to go over the top in the customer service area! I just didnt see a tip jar at all. I was gonna leave a tip, but instead Ill leave a good review! I wish I caught her name! I was in a bit of a hurry. Thanks, girl. 💕

90 percent of the time theres only one barista and the line can get very long.

The most horrible experience Ive ever had at this location. I was reprimanded by the staff for reaching over the counter for milk all because they didnt have any out at the bar

Amber Rose is really rude! How do you work in customer service? When a customer says hi with a smile you dont say hold on with ur 😒 and walk away. So a customer upset you, not my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
