Delilah and her coworkers helped my wife and I out going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a time sensitive matter and they stayed nearly an hour after they closed just to help us out. They couldve turned us away and had us come in the next day but they decided to help us. Thank you guys so much! This place is highly recommended.

I needed to pay my car registration. I couldnt find my renewal notice to take care of it online, and the due date arrived. I stopped into the LaQuinta AAA office. After a very brief wait, I was able to pay my registration fees in minutes. The AAA representative also told me I needed a STAR certified smog check to complete the process. This was quick and painless compared to most visits to DMV.

I am so thankful to have Delilah help me with my dmv need she went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for all the AAA employees. Thank you guys again

Wonderful! I went to the La Quinta location for DMV services. Short wait times and knowledgeable staff!

I was not able to notarize papers without a current drivers license. It was renewed. She could have checked with the DMV and refused. Since it was papers for a new job, she considered it business. The charge was $15 a page versus $6. She said if I brought 2 witnesses to prove it was me. So that would have been 3 signatures times 9. $405.I dont think so! UPS was much less expensive and quicker and kinder.

Went with a cut rate company after they said they had dmv services and they couldnt transfer ownership made a huge mistake went to triple a but was told I have to have a policy with them this is understandable but they had a number of windows for dmv services very impressive after going to the dmv I dont think they had the number of windows open for services unfortunately my policy is prepaid for a year but when it expires I will definately go with AAA dont know why I fought it to begin with.

I was surprised and disappointed with the experience I just had at AAA. I went to renew tags and transfer title with my mother in law. The lady who was assisting us was not friendly, and told us how difficult our transactions were going to be. She offered no resolution or better way to handle the paperwork so we had to guess at it. She was not friendly, and seemed barely professional. I was sad because honestly this was the first time Ive been to this location. It will probably be the last.

Everyone was nice and polite. But their advertising that they are giving great deals on insurance rates is not true. They were willing to lower some things for a better rate but it would cost me three hundred more than I am paying now.

Awesome as always made the mistake of purchasing policy with another company and it will never happen again AAA is the only way to go had a number of people to service me for both policy and DMV services but cant utilize them till im done with other company.

Leonor and Sara, and 2 other staff gave me great service. I was so frustrated cause it was the second time I have been there and my agent could never help me. DMV agents helped me on 11/0920 I did not get his name, but really great service as soonest he saw me standing front of office he asked me if I didnt get helped I told him no, and believed he went to talked to Sarah let her know what was going, Sarah went Leonor, and surely got the best service ever. Sarah and Leonor have been calling me to check up if Ive been getting helped. Thank you to this wonderful staff!!

Had to put your name on a waiting list, waited only 10 minutes. I just discovered that AAA offered DMV services and its a no Brainer for LaQuinta residents.

Ive had DMV problems for 2 years, it took me hours on the phone with DMV last year, AAA resolved it in less than 5 minutes!

Went to the la Quinta office. Dont go there. They wont let you in. Was standing with my wife they let her in but I had the moneyThey would not even take the money to her.

Customer service is the best and efficient

Had to wait 1 1/2 for the notary sevices, which took 6 minutes to complete when it was our turn. It seems like businesses are using the pandemic to work slower.

Triple A does a hell of a lot more than towing. They bring you gas or tire to get you going. They check your battery & start you up. They usually arrive within 30 minutes. But most of all...if you are lucky enough to live near a Triple A office...you may never have to go to theDMV again. That could be the best part of Triple A Membership. Sign yourself up.

We love the convenience of the DMV services, but the travel service is mainly what we use them for. Evey is always looking out for us and even got us upgraded to a suite on our next cruise. We travel every year and she makes it so much easier than doing it all ourselves.

We love AAA and weve been members for over 30 years. its awesome when you need to take care of stuff at the DMV and you dont have to wait in line for hours upon hours if you just go to the local AAA office and they can take care of most everything that you need.They have many other services also that are very good, including a notary, passport photos and life insurance. Although their insurance rates arent the lowest its the customer service and the dependability that matters Thats why I highly rate the AAA and have been with them for so long.

I have driven by this place for years but didnt know how big it was inside.I didnt realize you can go for all of your insurance needs.I also didnt know as members you get to take care of basic DMV needs here!!It can get busy but they do there best to keep the lines moving.... At least they have comfy chairs for you to sit in while waiting

This location is far different from what Im used to. I changed my address and voter registration at the DMV but the DMV is slow to get things done. The registration for my car arrived at my new address, forwarded from my old address. The woman charged me a dollar to type in the correct address. Really?? Maybe if she had taken a shower and put on clean cloths she would have been in a better mood. Ill do things by mail from now on.

Love this company (Ive carried their insurance for over 25 years) but they need to provide a way to communicate electronically with their customers. This is THE reason for the 3 stars.I needed a form sent to me. Very basic. If I could have emailed that request to someone I could have saved myself about 25 minutes of WAITING on the phone for help. They offer a message service where they call back. Thats great if you sit around all day waiting for phone calls, which, I dont.AAA, PLEAS Enter the electronic world.

A small line and wait outside (under a tent with misting). The only glitch was with computers stalling but customers were serviced promptly.

Im rewriting my review...Last year, I did not receive the type of service I was used to expecting and receiving...I was able to share the experience here and received great follow up with the branch manager.I then returned to their office and requested a different agent, who pleasantly and efficiently processed my paperwork.Next:In October, my husband lost his briefcase...it was discovered by a restaurant owner...who managed to contact AAA...and they emailed us.Today I stopped by to pick up maps and was personally greeted and guided by Marilou to the travel desk...where she was awesome.!!!!Its do nice when a bad experience can be turned around.Thank you AAA STAFF

Weve been AAA members for years. Id never had a reason to visit until today. I was very impressed with how quick I was able to complete my transaction and how nice everyone was.

I waited 40 minutes in line to be told I couldnt renew my vehicle reg with my payment from my B of A Visa card because it says debit. I never use my AAA services and when I try this is what happens? Fail

Its unfortunate I am leaving such a review because my family and I have been AAA members for over 41 years. My family and I are planning a 7 day 6 night DISNEYWORLD vacation for this summer and after a week and hours about 12 hours of research, we decided to book through AAA. I called the 800 number and a very helpful agent gathered a package deal we are looking for then transferred me to our La Quinta, CA location. After about 15 minutes of being placed on hold, I decided to hang up and call the direct location myself. My agent Robert answered the phone, gathered some information on the package deal Im looking for and said okay I have your number as **********, Ill call you back shortly then hung up on me. Didnt wait for response from me and to be honest sounded irritated that he was even at work and I was just a bothersome. I checked the time and it was just 5 after 1:00pm, 55 minutes before their office closed. I had hoped to hear back from at least someone before they closed, an email at the very least but didnt really expect much. Its now 6:50pm and I never received a phone call to follow up with my package deal. Its unfortunate that a company with such a customer oriented philosophy has people like this handling clients. Will NOT be giving AAA any money for our vacation.. I guess Ill just go with Orbitz.

Needs a better call center system

Do not make the big mistake of using their handbook to study for the CA drivers test - its awful! Full of misinformation and only less than half of the pertinent questions. Its poorly laid out.Get the Official DMV handbook! It highlights the important information that will be on the test.

It was fast and efficient with the purchase of my Disneyland tickets.

Great place to do your DMV business

This office is usually quite busy especially during 11:30-2:00 pm. But if your needs are vehicle registrations, stickers, vehicle/registration name change, ect. ect. AAAs office are always faster and the staff is always friendlier than the actual DMV offices.
