I went because I wanted to see if they had a set of cups that I saw online and yes they had it in the store, they have very precious things for the house and I received a very good service from Ada (cashier) on your first purchase you receive 20% of discount.

Ordered 8 bath towels on special. Their curbside pickup was convenient, very pleasant and fast. Just stripped tags and they are quality that i wanted and was expecting from the advertisment online, with color as represented. Happy camper.

I just now posted this review to Bed Bath & Beyond customer service survey and also put it on Yelp . . . so now here, too . . . I really appreciate their help today (online order and one-hour curbside pick-up) . . . 2 times, for the same thing: a Vornado 6803 fan.We absolutely love Bed, Bath and Beyond -our A/C conked out early in the am and we will be having the technician fixing it tomorrow, Monday - but in the meanwhile, we really needed a fan . . . maybe two!We decided to get the Vornado 6803 which is an upright fan on a stand . . . we requested the one hour curbside pickup for today, Sunday, August 1, 2021.We ordered the first one online earlier in the afternoon and when I drove over to pick it up and walked in, Sam had it right there and ready to go . . . she carried it out for me and put it in the trunk of the car. A very nice and customer-service oriented individual!I took it home and managed to assemble it - not too bad! Then my mother (Beverly) and I decided we should run over and get a second one. So, we placed the second online order and now I have come back from picking that up and will now assemble that one, too! Victoria was the young lady that helped me with the second fan and she too was a very nice and customer-service oriented individual.Bed, Bath and Beyond - thank you so much for helping us in our time of need in the midst of this heat!

Lots of good stuff for your home. Be sure to clip the coupons so you get a good deal. Pretty much anything you want, you can find it there. I ordered online and they brought my order to the car. Fast and efficient.

Went to pick up an on line curbside pick up order. Parked in the designated spot and let them know we were there via the email they sent. Waited forever. Called the number on the email, they apologized and said they would be right out. Waited forever again!!! Finally had to fo inside and found that three of their employees were standing at the service desk just chatting away without a care in the world!!! Very frustrating since they are hyping up their no contact fast curbside service!!!!

They have everything you could think of. My only complaint is their prices. I never shop there unless I have a coupon or a digital coupon which makes the items a good price. I would advise always having a coupon with you.

Im not a frequent shopper at this store and I had not been in the store for over a year. I was shopping for bath accessories and i was disappointed with their selection, which could be due to pandemic supply issues. Another time BB&B.

Fast even for returns..

Met up with my lady there and got a few things for us including a Breville juicer....we had a 20% off coupon so the price was right. There were a lot of people shopping but we got through the lines pretty quickly. Very friendly staff.

If they dont have what you are looking for, speak to a sales associate, many times they can order it and have it ship direct to you! Twice they have done this for me! They have great coupons too!

Good customer service is hard to find and you wont find it here. The manager is a grouchy old man and his employees are just as bad. Not a surprise though when you teach them to be that way. I happily took my business to the Palm Desert location.

Awful experience, Twice in arrow. Item with damage return receipt inside the item box. Second time item damage again when bought from the store once I returned it sales person offered to order one online but once arrived at my house item was damaged again. I called the store manager and he said all he could do is order another one but I still had to go into the store to return the one that arrived damage at my house.
