Had a rough of install of my active sub that wasnt done correctly & ended up shocking my daughter with bad ground. Then I went back to have it fixed but I had removed active sub & replaced it with a 1500 mono & kicker comp sub & the heavens parted & gave me Victor, the car audio god. This dude should start his own YouTube channel because he did the one thing those videos never tell you, how to wire the speakers to amp so the sub can knock knock. He was a genius & the very nicest man ever. His protege Tyler I believe is a good kid & learning straight kung fu from Bruce Lee. He had my stuff install & wired in less time than it took the girl to find me a copy of Zack Snyder Justice leaguehes an assist to that company & a pure audio god. Thank you victor & Tyler yall both are amazing. I hope Tyler keeps its going because I would of killed for a guy like victor to teach me my trade. 20 years it took me to get to victors level. I bought a gas stove for which I was very specific with Matt that, my stove is propane gas and I needed it installed even if we had to pay extra. He said that they would take care of everything and that I only had to pay for the installation, delivery(since it was out of area), and the gas line. Waited 1 week for delivery just to find out once they were outside that they dont convert the stoves to gas propane. If I wanted it converted it would be almost $200 more just for the conversion (2nd installation). So customer services only solution was to refound my money. I really wouldnt have mind paying the conversion fee, just dont try to hit me with last minute hidden fees!P.s. it was a damaged stove, went to Lowes and bought the same one for 50 bucks cheaper and NEW!

I find it absolutely ridiculous that you have a phone system in place that you guys aren’t using can you send us to an automated message where a representative that is not even at the location answers the phone so that ultimately they can tell you that you need to deal with your issue at the store directly. However the store is not excepting phone calls so you have to take time out of your day and go in person to solve whatever issue it is they have what kind of system is that? My sons tablet has been a six weeks in repair and still no answer!?

The young Caucasian girl and the phone section I think she said her name was Haley her name badge wasnt showing.She said they couldnt give me the lower price on the cell phone I purchase because AT&t had to set it up when I got to AT&t they said that was not the case.Pretty sad Best buy used to be my go-to electronics store I wont say it wont be in the future but it might not be I will check all other options before Best buy first,
Unfortunately like most stores today the options are dwindling and moving to online purchasing only.I did have one problem at checkout with an employee that taught me a valuable lesson for the future.If you show the cashier a coupon on your phone and they insist they dont need to see it they will just use their computer, DO NOT exit out of the coupon until said cashier applies it to your purchase.
Dont buy an extended warranty as it will not cover repairs due to negligent installation. Purchased a dishwasher one year ago along with a 3 year warranty, but I just discovered the drain was not installed right, water goes everywhere! Called Geek Squad and they basically said Im SOL! Now I know why some call it Worst Buy.
New hours are a joke. In the new age of Amazon you’d think that brick and mortar stores would be doing everything they can to stay competitive. Closing at 6pm on a week day is a great way to insure you have unhappy customers. After my return I’ll be doing my electronics shopping els where.

Not the first time Best Buy lost a sell due to poor phone service. Your online search wasn’t definitively telling me if you had an item. Called for assistance, but the robot runs that also, and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Breaks over... If I have to wait anyway might as well make it convenient, Amazon wins again. 🤷🏻♂️
I had an amazing experience at the la quinta best buy location. The gentleman helping me I believe his name is Matt, he was very helpful knowledgeable and intelligent very hard worker. He really guided me and informed me on the options I had to chose from. This spot is my go to spot for tech stuff for now on!! Thank you! You guys are amazing!!
Good clean store prices are surprisingly reasonable
The technical support team from Verizon in house at Best Buy is second to none. Over the years Ive used there services at least a dozen times. They are all extremely knowledgeable, though and patent. At 75 years lam not vary technical so at takes awhile to get me up to speed. They send the time to make sure l understand it before I leave the store.

BUT I HAD TO TAKE AWAY ONE STAR DUE TO THE FACT OF ALWAYS BEING FOLLOWED BY A SECURITY DETAIL, ITS VERY OBVIOUS AND BLATANT. SO ITS FORCED ME TO JUST PURCHASE MY ITEMS ONLINE AND SEND MY CARETAKER IN TO PICK UP THUS ITEMS. BUT IN ALL THE STORE ITSELF IS GREAT. Id like to also point out that an ipad was accidentally forgotten in the La Quinta store and an honest person of integrity turned it in to their help desk where they held it for me until I was able to pick it up the following day. This will continue to be my store of choice for a very long time. Plus this store is right across from Habit Burger 👌 😁
I needed to ask an important question regarding my order, but no one will answer the phone. After going through the robot menu answering numerous questions, it says, Just a minute, and then puts me on hold. I tried this twice. The second time, I sat on hold for over 11 minutes before giving up. I am a busy parent with kids that need my attention. It should not be this difficult to call a store, especially one where I do several thousand dollars worth of business. It defeats the purpose of going through a brick-and-mortar store, rather than simply ordering on Amazon.

I waited here for a half hour for someone to unlock a case for me in order to purchase a $30 item. When I finally got to the front of the line, I asked the blue shirt man if someone could please open this case for me so I could purchase a $30 item which had, for some reason, been locked up and made inaccessible. The blue shirt man told me yes, but I would have to wait a little longer, because the OTHER blue shirt man with the key was busy. I said “look man, I’ve been here a half hour already, if I gotta wait any longer im just gonna walk out and not purchase this $30 item, nor this $100 item I am holding which is smaller and yet was not locked up. And then I will order them on Amazon for cheaper, and get them just as fast — apparently.” Blue shirt man shrugged and said “okay” so I did. Zero regrets. Congrats on hastening your inevitable decline into Chapter 11, Best Buy!

My husband passed away on March 19, 2020..he had cancer. I canceled his cell phone plan and after a few months decided to look for some pictures for a memorial service. The photos I wanted were on his phone so I asked at Best Buy if they could help me retrieve the pictures. Awesome service, I got 2 Microsoft products and a Fire 10 HD tablet. The reb was very knowledgeable and gave me the best service even though they were already closing.
We were needing a new vacuum cleaner as our old one died. We tried several different retailers in person to get a hands on feel, but had issues at each one: this store only had stick sweepers, that one had 1-2 brands but not all of the brands we wanted to compare, etc. Best Buy had a decent selection of brands to compare, not all high end products like some retailers had. We pulled down three different vacuums and did the hands-on test and landed on a purchase. No staff came over to help us, which was a little disappointing, but we did ok on our own. All in all, they were the best store to go to to make this purchase... Best Buy 🙂

I’ve been on hold for 30 min this is ridicules! I got a 2 min question I don’t Wana drive all the way to the store to ask but I could have drove there and back by now and all you had to do was pick up a phone. If the store capacity is 25% then you should have 75% more employees doing nothing so no excuse with this wait time I think I’m gonna take my business somewhere else. I was gonna get a MacBook but I’m better off just ordering it on Amazon at this rate.

I went to Best Buy to pickup Google Nest Wifi Routers as it was faster to get from Best Buy then to get shipped from Google. Customer service was ok, the store had proper social distancing, but the annoying part was the Best Buy app said the order was ready for pickup, but it was not ready at the store. At least they had the routers in the store so I was able to cancel the order and buy the routers.
I am so happy with the experience I had with this store after a disappointing experience with the Palm Desert location. Huge shoutout to Victor who installed my new radio and backup camera in my car! Everything was integrated perfectly and I could not be happier.
Although I didn’t go into the store I called to see if they could hold a product for me. I tried to do the curbside pick but it wanted me to pick it next week even thoUgh they had the item In stock online for this store location. I also was able to see if the store was busy just to make sure I wasn’t over reacting . But the store wasn’t even busy according to info Best Buy provided. None the less I called the store and was never helped ... I attempted this twice

Covid19 era...I made an appointment online, to purchase an iPhone 11 unlocked. They were sold out but the service technician called around to see if any other place had one. Nope. I appreciated the time and service. Face mask required, cough guards nicely installed.

Just buy online, NO reason to go into store. After wasting an hour trying to set up an iWatch4 (should take 5 min), the mobile team finally figured out the only one in stock was already activated so it supposedly could never be sold again (?). That is terrible but ok... but it was how they then handled it or I should say did not handle it that has gotten me to post multiple social reviews and tell as many people who ask about my new device (that I got somewhere else) how horrible the in person service at La Quinta Best Buy was. In fact, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was literally ignored and walked around for 10 minutes till it I just left... #badcustomerservicebestbuy
Maybe this will get a response from the La Quinta Store GM. I purchased a $1,000 washing machine less than a year ago. Samsung has refused to help me. I Have been calling the La Quinta Store for the past 5 days and unable to reach an associate. Called Best Buy customer care who also refused to help me. My unit has not worked properly almost since day 1. I just want to exchange my unit for a new one. Nobody willing to take responsibility. I need an actual human who feels empathy to fix this situation. I have done everything these companies have asked and have received no resolution.

It was a great visit. My habibi and I purchased a laptop, and the associates was very helpful she offers for a anti virus protection and a total tech support, in a way it’s a good idea that someone can do it for your new gadgets that you don’t know about it and it will cover the whole thing such as if you have problem your tv or phone the tech support will help you do that. I like Best Buy they are clean and organized, the associates very knowledgable about the product that you want to buy it.
After being only sidewalk service they opened there doors to the public. I was surprised to see empty shelves and a super low inventory it was sad. But I looked online to verify they had what I wanted and so I ordered it online. I hope this is you going to change soon I am hoping. I have better shopping experience shopping on Amazon.
