This is one of the best Home Depot’s anywhere. Well laid out. Well merchandised. Easy checkout. And with the Home Depot app to find what I need I’m in and out efficiently. Wish my local store is Seattle was this nice!

I called looking for a very specific item, and she stayed with me on the phone and went down the isle herself looking for it and when she told me they didnt have it but I could tell she really looked giving me all the different ones she could find. She then gave me many options on where I can possibly get it. Big help! 5 stars super helpful!

The five stars are for the employees who I find are helpful. I flagged down Christina who took me over to the area with toilet seals and selected just the one I needed. (Toilet repairs are not in my job description!) I went to the garden section and an employee stopped what he was doing in order to take me to get the exact rose food product I was looking for. Nice!

We used our local Home Depot to perform some upgrades at home. Our experience was trying at best and we give Home Depot a two star review. This includes multiple Home Depot local stores. There were three employees at the LA Quinta CA location that actually were an asset to the store and for whom this review is written .They were, Trudy in flooring, also Larry, and Kathy in Customer service whose bright smile and excellent customer service skills made the experience as positive as it could be.

I look up electrical accessories online and find just 6-7 little oz. Wire crimps go for 4-6 dollars when you can buy 50 for the same price same quality.

I bought a brand new washer, dyer, refrigerator and window treatments. The washer and dryer were delivered on 4/28/21. My washer stopped working after just 6 weeks. I’m an RN that needs to strip in her garage and throw my uniforms directly into the washer across the garage door. I also have a 7 mth old Grandson who also needs multiple washes. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for a service to find the master board was burnt. The service man, Jose reported that this has been a frequent problem for him and the part is back logged 5-6 weeks. After 45 minutes on the phone, I now have to wait an additional 5-7.days to find out if the part is available, one I already know is back logged and additional weeks to schedule the appointment for repair. I bought a brand new appliances…. I want a replacement immediately!!’ Does anyone think this is fair??? I’m an a essential worker, I spent hundreds of dollars, only to be treated like I’ve owned the washer…. Forever!!!! It’s brand new!!! Beware!!!

The customer service here is good. My experiences have always been pleasant, usually have what Im looking for and the self check out line is quick too!

Ruben in the lumber department is THE best! He helped me so much. Jillian and Lucas in lighting and electrical were finding just the right items for my new home. Love this place!!

Friendly and helpful employees are really important and this is the reason why I rated them with a 4 Star rating. But, the store never seems to have everything in stock that it says it does online and it is very frustrating to get there and not be able to get the items you were wanting to get

Had some wood and paint to pick up stoped by paint and talked with a younger gentleman that informed me that they now make a spray paint that has primer already in it eliminating the need for sanding, picked out some paint and went to wood to find some wood to make slots in my too drawer in my nightstand. Walked around quite a bit till I found what 1ould fit my needs boards were to long and I happen to know they have a saw station so found the aisle where that was located and cut the four boards in half onto the register which a single line was open saw that the self check out was available so I checked out that way all in all I think Im used to not getting personal help from not just home deot but most places so as long as you know this is the case and not to rely on it than it makes the experience an ok experience. Didnt have any negative experience and these days in retail it makes it for a good visit.

Usually very helpful, decent inventory, usually a good store. Was accosted at the front door by the rule nazis. A bit too aggressive for me. Ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Home Depot and didnt feel like I should be treated like Id trespassed in their store. I was simply trying to exchange a propane tank (which when I bought it Id picked it up inside that very same store) and two rabid ladies jumped my case to get that gas tank out of the store (which now had no propane in it)! They became more rude and aggressive since I re-asked my question of where to take the empty tank.Ive since forgiven Home Depot for hiring people that have no business working in customer service, and continue to spend piles of money there!

You know Ive lived in The Valley all my life I own businesses and Im at home depot quite a bit in order to upgrade them maintain them keep them looking fresh L live I request that when I die I be cremated and my ashes be spread out throughout this home depot and the parking lot where I have spent many a great hours happy as can be

If youre buying an assembled barbecue make sure to check all the parts are there they just load it up in your car and dont check

Its Home Depot, not much more to say. When you dont expect much from a store anything good they do is great.

Don’t accept store credit. They don’t honor it like cash. I purchased items with gift cards for myself. The items didn’t work. Went in for returns and they only offered store credit. Now I go to order something online and the online store won’t accept my store credit. Which is supposed to be the same as cash. Then I wanted to go a and buy gift cards. Nope. You can’t buy gift cards with store credit. What the heck. So I’ve found something I want that you have online but I can’t make the purchase. Home Depot you are stealing my money. After speaking with a manager he states “we are frustrated with this as well, but it’s company policy”. Where is your customer service. Where is my money? Refuse store credit....buyers beware.

Took 30 min to get help to get buckets off top shelf then 20 to get the buckets ! That was quick for a home depot run that why I hate going their

Now this place was busy and did not have very many checkout people they had it so you could do it yourself as far as checkout but very short on employees

From September been trying to buy sprinklers 3 inches waste my time from that month to December and still don’t have any shelf is empty they only carry toro sprinkler. This store was my favorite because is the best than Indio now but now I will find another store who really carry what I need

Simply amazing inventory. The garden shop is the best in the Coachella Valley.

Went to buy a dryer and sales lady was OK but once we were ready to buy she left and never came back we asked another associate 20 min after and he said we had to pay up at the register.. We get in line and once we get to the cashier she says no to the service desk.. Once at the service desk they ask for a paper or sku and we say we never got one. So after all the a b and c game we just say nevermind thank you Lowes probably wants to sell some dryers cuz with their knowledge and customer service Ill think about driving further next time

I rather use local warehouses than home depot. They dont stock everything on regular basis and sometimes I have to make 2-3 trips to other lowes or home depots in the valley.

Cabinet rep. Older, short white hair very rude and unhelpful. Other customer over heard and replied, she is rude to another customer last week when he was in. Need to speak to her about it. I went elsewhere

Great! The staff were friendly & helpful. They stayed & helped load the soil, pull the cart to the register & waited to push the cart out to my car to load all of the bags of soil into the car! Home Depot should be proud of the employees @ this La Quinta store. Pigeon Pass, Moreno Valley store could use more staff like them. 👌

Customer service is not great, for the most part. Of the multiple times I’ve been here, only once has an employee actually been helpful. Usually though, there doesnt ever seem to be anyone around to assist or answer questions and when you do manage to track someone down, they have no idea what they are talking about. I once asked an employee for a specific item and instead of telling me where I could find it, he asked what I needed it for. As if I didn’t know what my project required and as if I had the time to justify myself to him. I obviously can’t say for sure if his behavior was sexist (I’m a young woman, whose also practiced woodworking for over 5 years) or if he is just that condescending to every customer. He ended up telling me I couldn’t use that product for the project I was doing and directed me to an entirely different kind of product (which wouldn’t have worked for what I was doing). When I made it clear I was only interested in what I’d originally asked for, he got upset and told me they didn’t have any of those, in fact he doesn’t think it even exists! Well I went on my phone to check the stores website and low and behold there it was, in stock to boot. But they were also in stock at Lowe’s so I bought them there instead, where the customer service is good.

Went to three Home Depot’s today, what are the odds is all of their cutting saws being out of order? That’s what the sign said at all 3 stores.If you don’t want to cut wood for customers, just say so.Went to buy a saw at the 3rd store that was $39Regular price in January, now $59.Wait in line 20 minutes to get price gouged.Don’t try blaming any of this in Corona Virus.

Customer service not very good today. Seemed to be short of staff, and the person who eventually helped seemed disinterested and not helpful at all. Customers not watching distancing is very sad at this stage of the pandemic. Happily, the check out person was very cheerful and happy.

Very busy but everyone was very nice.

They were under staffed as usual but customer service was excellent, they had strict social distancing and tried their best to keep the customers safe. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the air was cool and refreshing.

This was a great store to shop in and the staff use to be so helpful.Then they changed the manager and sent him to CR and the store fell apart.All the awesome staff left and no one seems to care except for a select few.Very disappointing.

My wife and I are Home Depot customers. They have a great selection of plants and hardware. Were only giving four stars because this recent visit, a couple of the employees we interacted with seemed very distant and aloof. They werent rude, but maybe a few more hours of rest might be in order. Other than that, we found what we needed for a busted water pipe at home.

Big product warranties are not fulfilled in good faith. LG refrig. down 2 months still not repaired. Supposed to be repaired today. Yeah right!! LG dishwasher also down 2months. Cant find a part. No solution to our problem. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their products. We have gone back and forth with store and warranty insurance. Pointing fingers is all we get. We bought these products in good faith so where is their good faith!! We have 3 children. Try living off ice chests!!
