Java Vino is always a treat. My sister and I love having our sister dates here and the food and drinks never disappoint! I always ask what their featured daily burger is and usually get that! Last few times it was a jalapeno popper burger (in the photo) that was incredible! And more recently was a fajita burger. I was craving a salad, but the burger sounded so good that they were so accommodating and put the fajita topping from the featured burger on a salad instead. A+ service and quality every time we go!

I pick up for deliveries, they have a good selection of gluten free products.

Fantastic coffee shop and restaurant! I loved how many vegetarian options they offered, and enjoyed the deconstructed falafel.

So so happy to finally find a place that makes an amazing London Fog Tea Latte!! Also recently tried the double chocolate muffin and it was delicious. The drink stickers instead of a plastic stick in the drink are perfect and fun!

I love Java-Vino. It’s a go-to lunch location for work colleagues and has wonderful breakfast options and supper entrees. Great coffee selections, teas, and every wine under the sun! Service is great, priced right and not your typical breakfast, lunch or supper fare. I’m very glad they’ve expanded their outside seating area. I’d like to see a little more privacy outside along State Road, but overall nice. Java-Vino has also been super supportive of our school PTO with fundraisers. Definitely a spot to visit if you haven’t yet!

Beautiful outdoor patio with lots of room and lots of tables. Unique and delicious food. Lots of specialty drink options including mimosas, bloody Marys, and coffee drinks.

Some of the best coffee in La Crosse! I love coming here because it’s local. Everyone I’ve experienced has been so friendly, always greeting me with a smile. I’ve tried going to other places like Starbucks or Dunkin, but their coffee just cannot compare!

Coffee, and wine! The best of both worlds. Java Vino also a great menu of food, some baked goods, and a lovely view of the bluff. Its a bit dark during the day, but if you grab a comfy chair by the back window its nice and bright. I enjoyed studying here when I was in college, as there was plenty of room to spread out. Back when I was doing indoor dining, I appreciated grabbing a glass of wine and some apps with friends. Java Vino is cozy, but plenty of room for groups. I am looking forward to going back once indoor dining is safe again!

Delicious, fresh food. Merideth was GREAT!Bruschetta could have used 2 more pieces of toast. But was delicious!!! Berry salad, yummy! Falafel, one of the best Ive had in a long time. Florentine was wonderful too!Great little gem of a place! Friendly, clean, relaxing. So glad we found this place!!

They also take really great care of their employees, which is a big part of why we support their business.We have been loyal customers for over six years. Their food has always been par excellence, from their healthy Burn Boot Camp breakfast, to their Florentine paninis; the explosion of savory flavors and quality is memorable. Their servers have been attentive, and as regulars, they often ask if we want the usual!We also love their coffee offerings, from crafted latte beverages to just their standard on-tap brew. While were not wine drinkers, we enjoy everything else JavaVino offers!The atmosphere has always been cozy, but in 2020, they amped it up with a more urban industrial aesthetic. An entire dissertation has been written in this fine establishment, and it is where we always do our most creative work.Finally, in the isolated cases where we had a problem, management was extremely responsive and addressed the issue immediately, exceeding our expectations.Thank you so much to the fine owners, management, and staff of JavaVino for being such a welcoming, delectable place!

Cute place with a great staff. They are very good with good allergies and celiac, and were great about verifying with kitchen.

We are so bummed to have to give this review, but maybe it will help change some of the downhill food and service that has occurred over the last year. We are regulars and we understand the limitations on staffing at restaurants after COVID, but there didn’t seem to be a problem with the number of staff but more the level of competence. We had to send back the wrong food item which was a simple breakfast entree, and then waited another ten minutes while everyone else finished their food to finally get mine and ultimately get it to go. The remedy was a half-off barista coffee. The food quality has seriously declined in consistency and quality. The service is slow. The Sunday brunch music is way too loud.

Waitstaff was friendly and prompt. As always, the food was delicious and just as ordered. We dined outdoors which we love having that option!

Java Vino is the best! It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, lunch meetings, happy hours, date nights and family time. Friendly service, delicious food and beverages and a nice clean atmosphere. One of my favorite places to slow down and spend some time. :)

Food was great! Our server sat us gave us our menus and went to get someone to start the fire table and never came back. Thankfully another server stepped up ..and our service and food was fantastic..Great service seems hard to come by these days only wish I remembered her name. Thanks to her we had a great experience. I stopped in on Sunday morning to get my favorite drink, which is their white mocha. I found out that they serve Sunday brunch. I got the classic breakfast and it was delicious. They made their mixed berry jam in house and I was really impressed.

I ordered a Mother’s Day waffle platter last year during the height of the pandemic. It was so delicious, and the ease of ordering online as well as picking up was great. I am excited to venture out, hopefully this summer to try in person. My neighbors can’t say enough good things.

I have used JavaVino as my office away from home for the past year, and I am always impressed by the staff, the food/drink, and the atmosphere. The variety and quality of the food is consistently great. The soundtrack playing over the speakers is a huge plus, too! Keep it up!

Java Vino is my favorite place to go when Im catching up with friends. They have awesome appetizers and menu items. The burgers are amazing! Pair those with the house wines or the featured wines and its a perfect girls night out or happy hour with your favorite date. The food and wine isnt the only thing I love about Java Vino. Their staff members are always super friendly and welcoming! I enjoy going through the drive through to get a quick latte and saying hi to the baristas. My only issue with Java Vino is that I dont live close anymore so I have to plan my visits!

Great menu of both food and beverages. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Favorite menu items are the berry and lemon curd waffle, the veggie omelet, and macaroni and cheese. This business does a lot for the community, and has also made great accommodations to keep their staff and patrons healthy and comfortable during this challenging time of Covid. Kudos to Java Vino!

I go through the drive through for the best chai tea lattes in town. Always happy friendly people. Last week I ate twice inside for the first time. The food was delicious.

The staff is always upbeat and very helpful. Love the service, the coffees and the food. We have been getting takeout through the drive thru during the pandemic, and we are always happy with the results. Favorites include the Burn Boot Camp breakfast, burgers, and waffles.

LOVE this restaurant, found it about 3 years ago and it is now my go to for early morning coffees, brunch, and a must go when family comes into town! You wont be disappointed!

We were on the interstate looking for good coffee & food, this place popped up and we had to stop in to support a local business. The coffee was better than we could have expected and the breakfast burritos hit the head on the nail!

Decent coffee but the person was completely confused about my change. It was Drive thru Monday morning. Two Lg dirty Chai latte. Total was $11.54. Gave $21.54 and dropped a tip. Was given $9.46 as change. I said that the change should be $10.00 then she said I needed to provide $0.62 more. $0.62 more provided and then I was given $10.00.

Based on strong reviews we braved road construction to try this place for breakfast during our recent Great River Road Trip. Perhaps we ordered their weakest items, but Im going to lay em out here:Coffee - we both ordered cappuccinos. Coffee was just...OK (I am a good coffee aficionado). And we were offered neither a sweetener (no sugar on the table), nor even a spoon! We do drink our coffee without sugar, but a spoon would have been useful to stir in the milk foam a bit, or to scoop it out.Waffle with berries, streusel, & lemon curd - waffle itself was very soft & tasteless; I suspect it was a microwaved frozen waffle since there were no crispy edges. There was lots of Reddi-whip type topping which dominated over the sparse berries & lemon curd. Total fail (my husband ordered this but I tried some).Javavino Signature Omelette - loaded with globs of a very rich (i.e. lots of mayo) spinach artichoke spread which not only raised the fat content, but totally dominated the omelette and gave the omelette an unpleasant (to me) texture. Please tell your cook, less is more.

JavaVino is our favorite place to grab coffee. Also love the addition of the patio to grab a few alcoholic beverages after work!

Java Vino is only a few blocks from my house, so they are very convenient for me to patronize. Some of their food is fabulous (mozzarella caprese panini, shrimp po boy), but some not so great (shrimp tacos, avocado toast). All the drinks I have had there have been good, especially their smoothies and their chai lattes (cold or hot). It is in general a good place to go and hang out. Their servers are very courteous and pleasant—they let you stay and read or whatever with no pressure to leave. Foodwise, for La Crosse, Java Vino is very good. I am from a major city in California, so my standards are relatively high with regard to food, I think. Many not so good, yet often expensive, restaurants in La Crosse are simply not worth going to. I have not sampled Java Vinos menu extensively; they probably have other items besides those I have mentioned that are very good or excellent.

My husband and I love this place! Plenty of parking, easy access espcecially if you have someone in a wheelchair. Great food and amazing customer service!

I love JavaVino and their food. Usually a really good experience. This morning we were seated for breakfast and no one came to our table. The waitress started serving a table by us that came in 5 min after us. After 20 min, we left and went elsewhere. Probably a fluke, but still disappointing.

I love the food at JavaVino. My favorite is the fiesty feta dip. They also have a great breakfast menu. Never disappointed when I go here!

Worst service Ive ever had, and some of the best food in the area. Have tried coming back dining in and the drive thru, and it seems nothing is done in a timely fashion. The front of house staff seems to think that a tip is just given, and not earned. As someone in the service industry for 10 years plus, this place needs a whole new training program, and more friendly staff.

I love going to Java Vino... the employees are just as spectacular as their food! Whether you want a beverage, an app, a time to study or read, or have a big group gathering - they will accommodate whatever you are interested in doing there. ♡

I frequently visit Java Vino, either drive through or dine in and at all times of the day. I love the menu! No matter if its just an appetizer, or a nice meal for date night or with friends, Ive never been disappointed! I think they have the best Chai Latte in La Crosse.

I’m very conflicted with this review because the food is always great, but the service remains lackluster after our third visit. It’s the little things like pacing, checking back, and poor attentiveness (i.e. drinks remaining empty for extended time). It’s also incredibly awkward when having to tip your server on a machine right in front of them. I will probably continue to try, but give a hard thought about my options first.

A few years ago while visiting my family in La Crosse, a friend suggested meeting for lunch at JavaVino. I said the coffee place? I hesitated because many coffee places dont excel in the food offerings arena. Well, fast forward a few years and I am now suggesting every time I drive to La Crosse that we have lunch there at some point during my visit! The food they serve is magnificent (the chicken curry soup is one of my all time favorite menu items anywhere). Everyone Ive encountered at the counter or as a server has been kind, helpful, genuine and friendly. It was my mistake thinking this was JUST a coffee place. This is a foodie haven and a warm, welcoming space to come for a meal, wine, coffee and friendly faces. Keep up the great work Team JavaVino!

Food was pretty good, but it was definitely way over priced for what you get. The aesthetic of the restaurant is pretty, but not much privacy anywhere because its so open.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with JavaVino! The most special one being, I picked up a chai latte on my way home; but, my dog knocked it out of my hand as soon as I walked through the door. I only got to enjoy one sip from it at that point and was obviously devastated. I ended up calling JavaVino on the off chance they would be able to replace it. I explained what happened and they graciously offered to make me a new one without charge. I was already a pretty loyal customer at this point but that solidified it for me!
