The best cup of coffee I have ever had. So yummy! And the customer service was phenomenal. I wish I didnt live 5 hours away 😭

They charge extra for decaf coffee in a latte and also using almond milk they charge extra. The coffee was great but Im not going to spend five bucks on coffee. I try not to spend a lot of money on coffee anyways but this was a treat. It was nice sitting outside. And the wait staff were very courteous. I havent been to another coffee shop in town that charges extra for a shot of decaf or almond milk

Pricey and medium quality. Lots of students study here, so it is a good environment to work.

Good coffee, friendly staff, quality baked goods; overall a great coffee shop! The only complaint I have is the music, it has a pretty sappy/sad vibe to it and theres way too many Ed Sheeran songs. Some liveliness and variety would go a long way. Other than that its a great place, would highly recommend!

The coffee is always, like, perfect here. Literally couldnt go wrong with whatever you order. I love the environment too (perfect for studying or catching up with friends). Also, their recommendations are always SO GOOD so watch out for that handy chalkboard 👀

If youre a little pretentious like me and want a real coffee shop this is one. We had an Americano and a Cappuccino. They were good. Service was good. Cafe was nice inside, put together but not fussy. Outdoor tables with umbrellas made a nice place to sit in the shade.location was convenient with easy parking.For the most insufferable of snobs Ill offer these details:My small cappuccino was solid with nice foam and a nice ratio. They did ask me what size I wanted - which I know is very common but seems like a concession since a proper fussy cappuccino should only come in one size (I did commit the original sin of ordering it in a to-go cup, so mea culpa).Her small Americano was decent for us hoi-paloi, which means it was quite good enough to be worth criticizing. They went with the common double shot and top it up with water ratio, as opposed to the more formal 50:50 espresso: water ratio which would have tasted better.I didnt see anything about the beans, but also didnt look too hard. No mention of single origin and the flavor was right down the middle, so Im assuming its an espresso blend. No complaints, I enjoyed my drink just fine.Next time I pass through town, I will definitely come by and have an espresso or a drip and see how those are.

When I go to LaCrosse, Coolbeans is always on my list for places to go. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is relaxing, and is a great place to decompress from a stressful day. And they have a Caramel Machiatto that is the Best. for those that are on the go they do have a Drive-thru as well.

Wonderful service. This was my first time going here, I went to pick up a coffee for me and my girlfriend. I got a blended peppermint latte, she got a hazelnut/coconut blended latte. The flavors were amazing, still being able to taste the coffee and not just sugar and cream. I recommend this to coffee lovers. Im from Washington, where coffee is a huge thing. It runs in my blood, so I have high expectations for coffee. Try this place out, seriously!

I love coming to cool beans. They are the best shop in town. I always get a hot mocha and it is always very hot as it should be, not luke warm. The workers are nice. They are fast and efficient here. I will always be a customer here!

Coffee is always delicious. The staff is always smiling and is are 100% willing to create a drink or modify an existing one to ensure youre happy. Their soups are delicious and their sandwiches are also very yummy! One of the best places to go to study. Great atmosphere!

Would have been happy to give them 4 stars until recently, the last three times I have been through the drive through in the morning, I have waited 5 minutes without acknowledgement of any kind and have ended up leaving with no coffee. Very disappointing, as its a key element of customer service to at least let the customer know that you will be with them as soon as possible if you are busy. Overall though, if you do manage to get a drink, its usually pretty good.

I love Cool Beans for their wide array of coffee options and baked goods. The service is usually very friendly and prompt! It tends to get quite busy in the afternoons and evenings, but there are a lot of seating options, too. Their rewards card is great!

The people are friendly and courteous. I also was able to use the drive through quickly. My drink great; the cookie was warm and delicious. I will be going back!

I have always enjoyed coming to this coffee shop it’s the best one in town in my opinion, the coffee is great but really sets this coffee shop apart from the others is the people who work there. I was looking for a light or medium roast pour over and found it! Kickapoo Coffee Roasters was supplying their fresh roasted beans at the time of my visit and I had a Spring Blend pour over. It had flavor notes of floral, and was clean and sweet just as advertised. To top it off, the baristas were friendly and courteous. Thanks, Cool Beans!

This is the kind of coffee shop that I was waiting for. Staff is extremely friendly and ready to meet your needs. Seating is repurposed school furniture that provides a fantastic place to write emails or complete work. There is not a seat that is too far away from a outlet plug. Building is always clean and up-kept. The food and drink is top of line as well. Will be back time and time again!

Didnt see staff complete one order correctly, didnt know who ordered what, people had to ask for items they didnt get, staff may have been having an off day but with so many other places to try I wont go back.Response to Cool Beans: absolutely have right location, we didnt get scone we ordered, had to ask for it, another lady didnt get sandwich she ordered, calling out drinks and leaving them on counter caused confusion by people that ordered same drink, person grabbing wrong drink off counter. Two ladies working didnt seem to care. I write truthful reviews, wouldnt waste my time posting made up story.

Had breakfast after church. Doris had coffee cake. I had a quiche muffin. Both were great. Server was fantastic...had a great smile, nice personality, and gave excellent service.

Today was my first time here and I have to say they made my day! The atmosphere is funky like you would expect from a coffee shop near campus, the coffee and treats were good but their genuine kindness was by far the best part. I was waiting for a meeting trying to make the best use of my time but my iPad was dead and I had no cord. I asked on the off chance they might have one and the shop didnt but the barista went out to her car and got her own for me to use! The owner gave her a nod that it was cool if she wanted to go grab it. It was just such a sweet gesture and totally made my day! Plus the plates have messages on them that say laugh often, love truly, have a heart that never hardens etc. Just a great way to start the day!

Cool Beans greets you with that wonderful warm coffee aroma. Free WiFi. Comfortable place to hang out. Try a scone! And I love the chaipuccino.

Great service, good prices and decent selection. Only downside is the traffic pattern in and out, depending where youre coming from and going to, but that doesnt take away from the pros of going there.
