Darren and his team did a complete repair on my car after it was totaled, and I could not have asked for a better job. Had a great experience with Darren. Got a reasonable quote to fix some scratches on my 2019 Accord. Darren was super easy to work with - from getting a quote, dropping off the vehicle, and he even delivered the car when done. Job was done in just a couple days and quality was excellent. Vendor beware: The owner writes hot checks to their vendors and refuses to pay them cash after to cover the service & cost. Would not recommend doing business with them. Have the proof & are preparing to file with Hays County. $600 may not be a lot, but it’s the principal.

They did a great job on both my cars. My Toyota Avalon had damage to front fender from hitting a post. It looks like new now even thought car is 9 years old. Some one sideswiped my 2017 Genesis on front fender and now it is back to looking new. Price to do work was very reasonable. Highly recommend if you have need for body work.

Someone scraped my fender, and I took it to several big body shops and was not pleased with the over inflated estimates and the lack of honesty. I brought my car here and owner was honest and very professional as they take good care of your car. He fixed my car at a great price and did a wonderful job on the repair paint work. Absolutely would recommend this place if you want quality work done professionally without getting taken to the cleaners by the big body shops. This place is a hidden gem in location and the quality of work. I always am very picky about my vehicle, but the whole experience here was excellent and top of the line. The place is a little hidden but well worth it to take your car here for top auto body paint repairs.

Originally I had a great experience with some minor repair. My daughter, and friend, on the other hand, has had nothing but communication problems, and my daughter is definitely dealing with insurance fraud. I would strongly suggest not going here.

Weve taken a few of our cars in for repairs, NO Im not a crazy woman driver, most were not my fault! Weve had major and minor repairs done to our vehicles, each time our vehicles came out looking like new. Time frame for repairs was always reasonable. Owner is straight forward and honest about repair expectations and time frame for repairs. They kept in contact with me of the status as well. Even though I hope to not see them often, if the need arises again I will ONLY bring my vehicles to CollisionTEX for repairs.

Excellent service. I took my car in to be fixed due to an accident and my experience was great. Darren was kind enough to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental AND then take me to work when my rental wasnt ready. The work was done in a timely manner and it looked great. Caution doing business with this company. They do not deliver as promised. They bounced two checks to me and have lied and evaded me every time I’ve set a time to collect the money. They don’t put their bills, so I can’t imagine e corners they’re cutting repairing vehicles in order to gain an extra dollar.

What a great find! Our Sentra had been sitting because we had feared the cost of fixing it. With a soon to be new driver, we knew we had to get it fixed for our teenage daughter. I support local businesses, but NOT this one. My collision occurred 11/6/19. CollisionTex took on repairs the following week. CollisionTex held my car for more than 3 months, until 01/27/20. Parts & labor were approx. $5400; there were no extreme, unusual, or special damages; nor where there any supplemental invoices or special parts that delayed progress.But there were LIES, repeated and MANY (to which CollisionTex owner/operator admits) that left my car sitting untouched for months, forcing me to incur thousands in rental car fees. To date, CollisionTex owes (and acknowledges owing) me approximately $2,100 of more than $3k in rental fees.I took a lower fee rental than I was due to accommodate CollisionTex, and both my insurance and the rental company were lenient, reducing some charges in good faith based upon misrepresentations of CollisionTex. In exchange for this consideration, CollisionTex continued to engage in fraudulent conduct.I am an attorney. It was only upon my disclosure of this fact and the threat of litigation that my car was attended to and returned to me. Despite my profession, I am not personally a litigious person. (Hence the MANY breaks I allowed). However, I hope this post saves others from the blatant abuse of trust I experienced.SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES - SHUT OUT FRAUDSTERS.P.S. Litigation remains pending on the rental fee reimbursement. CollisionTex has promised payment, yet again failed to follow through. I will update my review regarding the outcome of that matter.P.P.S. I would also urge you to read Kevin Sernas review, wherein he states that he cannot understand all the positive reviews. [Reviews by friends, relatives, unreal profiles? Who knows, but something is fishy]. He also states that his experience is backed up by texts and photographs ...as is mine, including repeated admissions of lies by the Collision/Tex owner/operator.....

I was so impressed with the customer service I received. Working with my insurance, they met me at Enterprise rental and picked up my car there, AND when my car was ready, they delivered to Entreprise. Minimal effort for this single mom! Love it when I can brag on local business!!! Way to go, CollisionTEX! Hope I don’t need you, but if I do, I know I will get quality work and AMAZING customer service!

They did an AMAZING job on my acura rsx, it had bad sun spots all thru out the car and also alot of body damage. They were able to make my car look completely different and it was like a whole new car! I love how it came out! And they keep you infom every step of the way! My husband took his Ford F-350 in for repair after a tire blowout damaged the rear quarter panel. He was very nervous because he has had that truck for 14 years and never needed any body work. His pride and joy was in pristine condition before that blowout. Darren treated my husband’s pickup as if it was his own. The rear quarter panel now looks better than new! I hit a deer at 2:30 in the afternoon on main st in Buda. Got in touch with Darren at Collision Tex. They got my truck in. Made the repairs in a timely manner. And did quality work. Good experience.

My husband backed into my friends car causing some scratches on her bumper. I took her car to a larger more commercialized mechanic close to this shop and got a quote for over $1,200, I then asked the guy not to include replacing the stripe (there was a very minor scratch near it - so minor my friend and I didnt know it existed and his quote included repainting the entire side of the vehicle) when I asked for a quote with this item removed as my friend didnt see the need for it, it brought the bill down to $798. I then went to Darren at CollisionTEX and he gave me a quote for more than $200 less for the exact same work! He was very honest and explained what the quote would cover and why it cost as much as it did (not that I was complaining!)Because my husband and I live in North Austin it was difficult to arrange dropping the car off, getting back to North Austin for work, picking up my son from daycare etc.., Darren was quick to refer us to car rental places and even how to find the best deal for a rental. I followed his advice and found a very affordable rental. He also made payment for the car very easy.GREAT PLACE if you like personalized service with a lot of care who will work with your needs AND perform great work on your car for a very economical cost!

In all honesty, I dont understand what service everyone else received to encourage them to recommend or place a 5 star on behalf of Darren or his company. Everything Im am going to say is supported by countless text messages and recorded video, feel free to reach out if you need additional information as well. To make a long story short and cut to the info youll like to know....I went to Darren based on these 5 star reviews in the summer of 2018 with my Tundra for my driver window repaired, tinted, trim replace, and inner door cleaned of all glass from someones attempt at auto theft. Upon speaking with Darren, he was quick to sell the Ill save you your deductable if you choose my center. I asked him, have military discount? I could write it so that would be your discount. Sketchy..but we proceeded with moving forward considering he promised a same day turnaround. Well, I recieved my truck back from one of his workers 3 days later, tint bubbled out, missing door panels and trim, paint around the window trim rubbed off...RUBBED OFF...and to top it off, glass completely left in door panel, so when I lower window, the glass shreds the tint🤦‍♂️I text Darren pics, call him and he tells me to leave vehicle at my work and hell pickup. Never shows, that same process happens 2 more times, he never picks up. All this time, he is reassuring and blamed his young help. Needless to say months went by with him giving me the runaround (lots of communication to prove) and finally messages me out of the blue on January 16th 2019! To tell me Hey mr xxxxx..could you send me the vin# for your truck when you can. My computers on the blink and I cant look it up. Im getting your parts lined up to make your repairs right for you sir!I messaged back my VIN and asked you still wanna make things right? Cause I just want my stuff fixed!!! And here I stand Feb 06th 2019 with the same jacked up window, while Darren dances in my insurance mula..shame! Now incase you were still considering dropping your vehicle with this guy, trust me when I say, I have never left a review for anyone, but this has all honesty written in it! Go to AMM collision, they quoted me out in less than 10mins, viewed the past communication with Darren from my phone and quoted me a fraction of what other shops quoted to finish Collision Tex repair!
