This company is an amazing, outstanding, and professional business. Everyone that works there is super polite. A gentleman name Eric was the one that took care of me. From start to finish. He updated me on when the car would be ready. Nobody can come close to the quality of the bodywork. Their service is exceptional. I would recommend this business to everyone and it’s guaranteed for life of the car. So if something happens they can fix it with no charge.

I was very impressed by Caliber Collision and Kyle on City Lights Dr. I grew up with the boys building cars as a girl lol! So I knew exact Lee what had to be done before I brought it in. A gentleman named Eric help to me. He was the kindest person ever. He went out of his way for me when I had to pick up the car. The bodywork and paint match was superb! I would recommend this company to every single person who has an accident. These guys are definitely a class a act.

Caliber repaired severe hail damage to my daughter’s car. The work was excellent and the service representative, Fernando, was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of our questions, the process was very straight-forward, and he kept us up-to-date on the progress of the repair. His estimate for time in shop was spot on. That helped us plan for the 3 weeks we were without the car. I highly recommend Caliber - Kyle and Fernando, in particular.

Eric was my Caliber Collision representative and he was very attentive and kept every time frame he promised. Work performed on my car was completely satisfactory even exceeded expectations. I will definitely use this location again.

When I dropped of my vehicle, a very nice gentleman helped me because Erik was out. While waiting for my ride because they weren’t able to provide a courtesy ride Erik returned from lunch and asked that I go over things with HIm because he was the service advisor. The front desk lady and the Hispanic gentleman were concerned because I have a boot and knee brace and Erik wanted to go over with me so I did. He went over things with me and I asked him to check out bad vibration and truck pulling hard to the left. Right away erik mentioned my lift kit and oversized tires. As if that would cause or if I would drive my vehicle that way. I assured him that it was not pulling or vibrating bad before accident. He then told me that he could sent to mechanic if I chose to pay for it or if Allstate authorized him to send it to a mechanic. Unless he saw physical damage as to why he would not send it. I received two call from Erik and that’s because I called to check on my vehicle. He said it would be ready Friday the 8th. I got his voice mail stating an issue with paint job and had to have it repainted and would more than likely not be ready Friday. I called today to ck on it and said it would be ready this afternoon. I asked again to see about it being sent out to get it checked by mechanic and he told me he had not heard from Allstate. I called Allstate and had a three way call and Eric told the gentleman at Allstate that he didn’t see why it would need an alignment and so the gentleman at all state was not the person handling my case so would not authorize and alignment or check the vibration. Erik was unprofessional from the start and rude and was talking over me and went as far as telling me to look him up because he had recognition with mechanic work and just plain rude during our three way call. Erik didn’t not work with me as his customer and was out right prejudiced. I called and spoke with the manager and He is sending truck to Goodyear to have it checked out. I was ready to go pick up my vehicle and I asked that Erik no longer be my service advisor or I would personally pick it up and take it elsewhere. Erik has made my experience a very bad one and I would not recommend anyone working with him: again rude unprofessional and does not care about the customer .

Had to drop off my car for some body work after a small accident and it is all being taken care of under the other drivers insurance. Everyone polite and professional, and they called the car rental agency for me as well. Here is the before photo and will update with the after photo.

I took my truck in to get repaired for some minor body work. they went above and beyond making sure that everything was repaired to my liking. Fernando (Nando) kept me updated with updates every couple of days. I would highly recommend them for anybodys body work.

Not safe! Work not done or checked!Have been back 3 times . Now the run around.. We were hit by a car going 60 mph. This was a 7 month old truck. Now it’s over $13,000++ and still not running correctly. The back seat is damaged beyond repair and I have been waiting.

Hail damage to vehicle. Initial estimate was $6500. Final price was almost $10,000. Being insurance involved they took it to the cleaners. Previous damage to a fender was not part of the covered damage. They had the vehicle for over a month. They finished and the previous damage really stands out. Glaringly. They never offered to repair the previous damage. Nothing was said. they could have said since it is in the shop just sitting here for over a month, we can do the fender for $XXX. Nope, new ticket new price take me to the cleaners on that. Another claim, another $500, rates go up..... they have the racket down.

They took very good care of me. I was visiting out of town when I hit a concrete median. They were less than 2 miles away and took my car right away. They were willing to keep my car and let my daughter pick the car up until I could get back. They stayed in contact and gave updates on a regular basis.

I was recently involved in an accident and USAA recommended Caliber Collision here in Kyle, TX and now I completely know why. I called and scheduled my appointment and upon my arrival they already had my rental car setup and ready for me. They walked me through the process and told me everything to expect. I was initially told that my truck would take 5 to 7 days for the repairs, but to my surprise they finished it up in four. My truck looks brand new. When I picked it up they had it washed and they detailed the interior as well. They took care of returning my rental as well. Beyond my expectations, great job. The staff was very nice, personable and professional. Thank you guys for everything.

Let me first say over the years I have had my fair share of Vehicles in and out of body shops. I can say with out a doubt that this was the best one I have ever been to. My truck recently went to Caliber Collision after someone ran in to it was parked in my Driveway doing over 7k of damage. From the check in to pick up the staff as very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the repair. The repairs where over seen by Fernando who kept me informed through the process. The total repair for the truck took a little over three weeks and they finished ahead of the scheduled time. With a repair taking this amount of time most company would stop giving you updates, but they stayed on top of the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and I will be back if I ever need any more work done (Lets hope not).

I brought my car in after a fender bender. They did a great job on the car and the finished product looks fantastic. I wish they would have done a better job at keeping me informed on the progress though. The car was there for 3 weeks and I had to initiate all of the communication.
