Great group of people. I went in to buy a small piece of aluminum and received the same treatment as a customer buying a big metal package. I have had bad experiences with a couple other metal sellers around the Knoxville area and felt as if I was annoying the sellers by trying to buy a smaller amount of metal. Genuinely surprised with the kindness I was met with today. I will be a customer for life and will send everyone I can to the business.

A wide selection of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, sheet, plate, lots of bar and pipe. They sell cut sizes which is a great advantage when you need a foot or two and dont want to buy 20 ft they cut it and you go. Its a little bit pricey but its also convenient and cheap if you want to get most of your project pre-cut and not buy full lengths of everything and cut it yourself. Very friendly service.

Awesome people, super helpful super friendly! Their front office was closed due to COVID restrictions, but one of their staff brought a couple different sample cuts of metal to show me so I could still make an informed decision about what to pick up to complete my small DIY project. I felt like I got the service of a regular who makes thousand dollar orders when I needed significantly less than $100 worth of metal. Will definitely be back.

These folks really live out their promise of great service! I special ordered some stainless tubing for a repair project which I had to take back to my metal shop in Texas. When their supplier failed to deliver it in time for my departure, they offered to trans-ship it to me at no extra cost. I appreciate that kind of commitment to the customer and plan to come back for all my metal needs.Update: The shipment of tubing arrived in Texas on Friday, two days after they received it in Knoxville. Its exactly what I ordered and arrived in perfect condition. Couldnt ask for better service or product.

Love the local feel and customer service in Knoxville. We are a small company and they take care of us very well even though our orders are small. Love this place. However the website features are poor in a sense that I tried sourcing a few different items and was never contacted.

Im a beginning hobbyist/metalworker and the staff here are extremely courteous and friendly. Ive stopped by several times and always had wonderful experiences with the employees. The shop is set up so you can explore and ponder if you dont know exactly what you need, and set up to easily order if you know specifically what you are looking for. The site also offers quite a few custom cutting and bending services, so be sure to ask if theres a specific type of cut you need. They also have an offcut section that customers can shop through if youre willing to take some time to peruse, and you can find some really good deals this way, or small scraps to practice with. I met the owner, Wayne, on a couple previous visits, and he was very friendly and polite. All in all, this is a nice shop for both the professional with specific metal needs, and the hobbyist looking to learn.

Love this place. I was looking for ten small pieces of aluminum round tube and was able to find it no problem. They have a warehouse that you can actually browse and have bunch of different types of metal. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I used to work here, but thats not the reason for the 1 star. The manager called me today to complain that I only have a 5 out of 10 on a customer review that I dont even remember doing. Told me I was piece of work and asked me to never to return to the store. Total lack of class. Wayne, the owner has always been kind especially to his employees and Carol in the office is a great help to anyone. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, If I was staying in Knoxville, I would take my metal needs somewhere else.
