Took me close to eight weeks to finally track down the business that could get the front door that my wife and I knew we wanted for our new build and these folks were it. Jeff and Lones have both gone above and beyond our expectations with regards to ordering, delivery and helping us overcome small hiccups along the way. They have followed up with pieces that our installer lost to make our door 100% complete. A front door is a focal point for any home and something you just notice when passing by, we knew what we had to have and they made it happen. I can not say enough good things about these folks and what they did for us.

The first time I visited was in Sept 2018 and I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk.... I worked with him to quote 2 doors.Never heard back from him or the company with the quote. I go back in January 2019 and ask for my quote. Nobody knows who I am....seemed the person lost my quote.So I start over and work with a helpful person to quote the right doors again. 30 days later (today) I follow up....guess what? No record of me coming into the shop.I asked the person helping me dont you guys place Estimates in the computer and his response was no we dont..... Welcome to the 21st Century guys...sure disappointed that computers, memory and follow up arent used here.

Great folks to deal with, they priced the doors much less than L and HD . Had a door with a problem and they promptly replaced it . Will use again on phase 2 of the upgrade . The hardwood is superior to the big box stores for your shelf and cabinet needs
