To make a long story short, this company is bad business I purchased my security rails here and I needed them in a timely manner which is July 1, I put my order in June 4 th and they told me that they weren’t able to have them ready by then, it’s a six week process I understood that no problem, so at this time I went with my next solution I asked the lady at the front desk is there anyway that I can have them early if I had someone to Install them myself she said yes most certain. One week later they rails were ready I’m here today to pick them up and they give me rails with no screws to remind you I spent almost $600 for railings and they tell me I have to go up the road to another store and get screws for The railing how rude unprofessional group of folks that don’t cherish folks money !!!

These folks were great to work with from the beginning. Very responsive with quote and then clearly communicated the process. They kept me up to speed throughout the project, which extended because of wet winter weather and Covid pandemic. We had an error with the space between the posts after they were set, and they came straight back out and fixed to my preference. Very happy with our new custom iron gate, and that we can now be more relaxed knowing that our kids will not accidently end up in the road on our busy street.

L & M installed a gate system with motors for us just over a year ago. It never worked right and after having them over several times in 2017 to assess and fix, they refused(through our contractor) to come back. We had to hire another company to come fix the problems which required much sturdier hinges and new motors. Now for the first time ever the gate works properly. We lost a lot of money using L & M and received poor customer service.

L&M did GREAT work. They quickly responded to my emails and got the job done earlier than scheduled. I would highly recommend them.

Just what I needed!

Told me over the phone that the Extrava-Vents were $299 installed. I also had them quote a decorative railing and I was very specific including pictures from their own website indicating my preference. On install day, I was handed the Extrava-Vents and an envelope of screws. Installers said we dont put these in. Then the decorative railing accents were WRONG and did not match my very specific instructions -- accents for which I was charged extra from a basic railing. Upon my complaint the manager threatened to just leave -- he was not interested in discussing anything and they already had half my money. I would not work with this company again.

We do the best work of anyone else in the state for sure.
