The store is not bad. Want to use arcade for a couple fun. Bunch of guys just standing alone the walls and creepy old guys following us to every booth made us leave... CREEPY

Open late which was a big plus for my husband & I. The staff was friendly & helpful.Great merchandise lots to look at & choose from. The cashier did by mistake give me the wrong product but it was late & it was really no big deal at all. Thanx Love Shack for an awesome & exciting shopping experience.👍❤😍💯

The staff was very friendly, store was clean. They have a decent collection of things. However, some of the big ticket items were not available. Their tobacco-use section is fairly decent as well.

The variety of items available for women is limited to basically vibrators and bullets... I feel they cater more so to items for males. Also, if you are a smoker, check them out. Lots of different tobacco rolling papers, pipes, trays, etc.

First time visit but was definitely impressed with their toy selection . Also very nice smoking selection . But we are still curious of the arcade room that posted $10 to enter

Wide variety of adult novelties and the staff makes you feel very comfortable and are very welcoming. Have not ventured into the arcade yet but felt very comfortable to do so without hesitation. I will def go back and will go to the arcade so I can experience it and leeave review. Would highly recommend this shop for any of your adult toys, movies, etc and great staff

My first experience here under new management, first noticed that they greatly jacked up the prices on the products that I buy, then they rejected my military discount that I’ve gotten there for years. I’ve been a customer of this place for many years without a complaint, now I’ll take my business to online vendors. Charged me $71 for what I can get for $45. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone now. New management suck!!!

This was my first visit to the store today, the girl working the counter was very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. They had a great selection of items, some a little pricey compared to what you can get online but I figured for convenience it was worth it. I will be back.

If I could rate a -10 I would because the employee behind the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly.I WILL NOT GO BACK!!

It was terrible. I was yelled at from the employee before I even got out of my truck. I really felt stupid for being there. She could have easily just walked over to my truck and told me nicely. So I went in and asked her if she was yelling at me and she said yes I told you that you couldnt park here if you were not coming in. Me and my truck was the only person and vehicle there. I never received an apology, thank you, can I help you find something or come back. I was going to spend about $500 while I was there sorry. I havent been there in almost 13 years and i used to go up to four times a week. She will not have to worry about me parking there anymore because I will never go back. my business will go to adult world. Im a 45-year-old Man and will not be treated that way when trying to s-end my money there

Under new management again. Cant seem to keep a manager there more than a few months. Overpriced. Amazon has all they sell at better prices.I was the manager for several months, notred, I quit because I was not given a raise after taking on the store, not fired. They accused me of stealing as they do all the managers there. They have no evidence that I would do such a thing, and ruined my life until this goes away. Never in my life have I been in trouble with the law. I have great references. This place treats managers like this with without training them, and no wonder they cant keep people.

This place has changed for the better in the last few months. The manager is helpful and willing to order special items, the staff is outgoing and make you feel comfortable. Will recommend to friends!

I came into this store about 2 years ago and the place was the worst experience. No selection to choose from. Im a kink and they had nothing. No BDSM, no lingerie..No kinkiness whatsoever...and the people there working werent informative at all. Anyways, My friend talked me into to coming in recently and let me tell you, It was so much different! People were friendly. The man that checked me out was very easy on the eyes for you other ladies ;) JS. Friendly staff to help customers feel more comfortable. Super informative, too! Variety of different toys and they even have lingerie now. Definitely has a great atmosphere. They also have a lot of smoke options too. I can say this time i will definitely be coming back. Oh yeah! they also gave me a pretty good discount for spending over $50. So i walked out happy. :)

Figured id try this place out as its close to my house didnt see anything in there really under 30 bucks and i was just looking for something cheap and simple to get by small selection too didnt interact with the staff really other than a hey how are you i personally wouldnt recommend as theres other good stores locallly that are about 10 bucks an item cheaper until prices come down id steer clear

Definitely dont care about getting your business. Sign says they open at 9, but here it is 930, and no sign of anybody being here.

Under new management..and its been around longer than me.It was forever the areas one and only adult bookstore. The devil ya know...lol

It was awful. The guys that were there looked at me like a piece of meat. There was no sex games in arcade you have to pay six dollars to go in and then pay to watch a pono. Yes they have a privet rooms but they are barely big enough for two people. There was one guy that kept tyring to come into our room.By far the worst experience I have ever had at a toy shop in my whole life I would never suggest this place to anyone!!!!

The guy working tonight was a complete douchbag. Defiantly wouldnt buy anything after being talked to they way he did and to the other customers in the store. Horrible customer service.
