Love stopping in. Found this nice hat.

First time seeing a FYE in a long time, thought they went bankrupt. Music and movie collection isnt nearly as big as it was many years ago. Lots of pop culture merchandise and snacks that make perfect gifts. FYE also sells life sized cardboard cutouts right out of the store.

Store was well stocked and plenty of employees. The gentleman who rung we out was very professional.

I found some pretty cool things that I didnt expect to find.

So theres this sign posted. Grabbed 2 steel books bc well thats a heck of a deal. Get to the register and the cashier is rude when we ask why they didnt ring up with the discount. She states that the deal was only for steelbooks on that rack. Asked her why the sign didnt specify. She rudely stated it didnt need to. I said thats fine it was just confusing from the sign. She rolled her eyes and stated it should have been obvious.This was by far the worse experience in FYE Ive ever had. I hope no one else has to ever experience such horrible attitude from a worker there.

Its ok kinda feels like a flea market store.

I used to really like this store, when I went in this past Sunday, no one greeted me, the floor was a complete mess, everything was completely out of order and in disarray, the store looked very uninviting, blame it on covid or unable to get hired help or whatever you want to,but I blame it on uncaring, disinterested, and an I dont care attitude. COME ON AMERICA !!WAKE UP!!! This store is in a high end mall to boot!

Not the same place I used to frequent. Decor is dark. More things than music and video.

Very nice worker (I didnt get his name) who was very helpful. The vinyl was too expensive, but the B1G1 half off items were great!

Overpriced stock compared to similar brick and mortar stores. The only advantage this store has is youll find movies youve never heard of before.

Love looking for old movies and music

Store was a mess, 1 guy working (sitting on a stool) merchandise scattered all over, didnt have the FYE exclusive item I was looking for and couldnt look it up. Usually the store is not like this.

Selection has definitely decreased recently. Prices are high.

Great finds slightly higher in price but they had ones that other places didnt. Gotta pick your battles right?Didnt like being signed up for their membership only to find out theres a fee every month after 30 days. Be careful yall.

Love this store. They have the best selection of music and movies related items! Found my daughters Jacket here and its way better quality than any other store.

Prices are a bit steep for what they have but clearence items are the best in this store .

Store itself is great. However the employees need a lot of work.

The store was nice but the manager on duty was being pretty rude to the staff who seemed pretty new. I have no issue with management giving advise but be aware of the audience...

Great place to shop for pop culture goods, Japanese snacks and drinks, and other imported items. The store is easily navigatable by wheelchair and the checkout counter is at a good height for accessibility! I have been here a couple times now and have enjoyed every visit!

It was a quite visit. The store was very well kept and associates were very polite.

This place has an amazing selection of fun gifts and music. The only reason I give 3 stars is its so expensive. My advice is to go here and get a look at what you want and then buy it online for cheaper.

The clerk was so friendly and helpful. I love their selection! I do wish there wasnt such a huge size disparity in their men and womens clothing though.

Have alot of everything in this store

I am so excited to see an FYE! They even have a pretty substantial Kpop selection. I also love their DVD and random toys/electronics.

This place has anything from anime to horror movies. Neither which are my thing, but it has other cool stuff, too.

Blast from the past but a dying chain

This is literally my favorite store. If theres a CD I cant find I can make my own playlist of songs in the store and burn it to a CD they provide. They have a lot of music related things as well as other cool items you probably cant find anywhere else. Ive been in the store multiple times and the workers are always super friendly and helpful.

Used to be one of my favourite stores. But, like most others, theyve added so much novelty stuff that its dulled down the selection. That and their prices tend to be a bit on the high side.

Its like all the other fyes, great selection and service. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend a visit

This store used to be pretty good. First time Ive been here in years and it looked a mess. Felt more like I was at a closeout sale and kept having to look to see if their was a sign saying they were closing. Shame its been let go like this.

My husband and I recently bought something that was in clearance but when we got home and opened it we found that it was damaged and broken and we couldnt return it because it was a clearance item I feel like even though its in clearance you should at least check to see if your product is in working condition. however the staff there is really nice.

Great sale prices. They sell way more cool things than I expected. Great, helpful staff.

FYE stores in general are just not as good as they could be. The price for certain items are great, but items like USED DVDs is high. Some are almost as much as just buying NEW.

Customer service was awful. Didnt have what I needed.

Its a good store for a random assortment of items. I found some killer rick and morty items here. You have to be careful on some of the used dvds though. Some times buying them new. Some of the best deals are on the other none movies though. Friendly staff.

They have a great selection of Funko here. The price could be cheaper though. Most of the selection can be found on Amazon for several dollars cheaper.

Great deals on movies

Westtown Mall is the perfect place for me to walk and shop being partially disabled and walking with a cane. Wonderful stores, ample places to sit, free wi-fi and friendly people.

Pretty good assortment and gift choices for people on your shopping list. If you plan it right you can find good deals.

Weve gone several times lately, they have decent prices but not always the best. The movie sales is the best deal rn. They have a few shirts for a good price if u can find ur size

They have some nice stuff but over priced unless you find clearance item or buy a used cd/dvd. I really dont see this store being around in the near future.

We love coming here as a must stop. They have all sorts of cool gadgets. From candy, to music, and to clothing. Youll probably find what youre looking for here.
