Don’t be fooled by the modest appearance of his shop. Sali did great work for a good price and got my car fixed promptly. I’ve used MF and others in the past and and I appreciate the better deal Sali could offer. Hope I don’t need to return but if I need future automotive work I’ll definitely be back.

Do not trust the man or his vehicle’s he doesn’t care about anything but how much money he can fit in his pocket do not work with him

While traveling in the Knoxville area, I had trouble with my Mercedes. The folks at German Automotive Service were extremely kind and helpful. They started working on my car right away so that I would be able to travel back to my home as planned. They were very friendly and responsive, and in a situation where they certainly could have price gauged me due to my situation, they charged me very fairly. I truly appreciate their help and expertise. If I ever have the chance to use their services again, I definitely will.

My Audi a4 allroad broke down on a road trip. Sali was kind enough to help me out on a Sunday, wich is his day off. He diagnosed the problem as the timing being off and charged me $85 for about 2 hrs of his time, not to mention making a special trip to work just for me, picking up the keys from my hotel, and multiple texts and phone calls. We decided it would be better to have the repair work done at the dealership because it should be under warranty from a previous job they did not too long ago. He seems honest and fair, give him a try.

Sali rafuna sold me an SUV and he told me its on good condition. But engine broke down 200 miles later. It show us up actually it was a rebuild engine. I lost $25k. Maybe he can do easy stuff. But dont trust him.

My car was at a different shop before I took it to German Automotive Service for whole month I didnt have my car because there were few complications at the place it was at because one of the reasons being they were very expensive . The timing change was broken on it .My car was brought to his shop literately in pieces where the parts were in the boxes and he put all of that together in no time! It took him 3 business days to put my car together he works very fast and clean ! His prices are so much more wallet friendly and reasonable. I was very stressed out before bringing my car to his shop but thanks to Sali my problems with my car were solved so quickly. I am extremely pleased with his business ! I will always take my car to his shop for future problems.Thank you so much !

Sali is amazing. If you have a European car use him from oil changes to major work.
