Just picked up my 2017 Mustang Gt Beautiful work as usual.Since i was a former customer worked me in quickly. Thisis the only go to in Knoxville for awesome body work. Myproblem is i have to much experience there. This was like my5th or 6th job they have done great on.

The job they did on the vehicle was mediocre to say the least, the body panels were not aligned properly and the ACCORD emblem was missing when I got the vehicle back. They have a lifetime warranty on their work but who wants to go through this hassle of dealing with people who dont know how to do their job.At the end of the day, it is just best to AVOID THIS BODY SHOP because it only have the name going for it. Caliber Collison is a way better business to do repairs, I have used them before and never had this issue.

Friends high end MB had front end damage. When we went to pick up initially poor paint match and gaps wrong and did not took back . repainted but still does not match. Gaps visibly off. They kept another day and improved but not as good as it could be. Staff largely courteous but I do not recommend the facility

I was very pleased with the work that was completed on my 2014 Honda Accord. It was just a small scratch on the quarter panel but my car looks like brand-new now. If God forbid if I need any other body work done to my car I will be back. Thank you Keith Foss

They quoted $200 and leave the car for the entire day. I had the part. Their labor included more work than was necessary. I went to a local body shop (Service Body Shop) and they started working on it immediately, took 1 hour and charged me $40. I kick myself for even wasting my time with the Collision Center.

The service here is exceptional! From the moment I walked in the door to the day my vehicle was ready! You can’t even tell my car had been hit! Tim and the rest of the team will not disappoint!

Run far away as quickly as you can. I had a quarter panel replaced here and the experience was a three month long nightmare. The car had to be taken back multiple times for fit and finish work that an apprentice body man could spot. Not only that, but some parts were even installed wrong, damaged, or missing. I thought that the dealership was the best place to have body work done and I was wrong. You will be much better off going with a competent independent body shop rather than going here.

The previous review must have had an anomaly happen because my experiences with Mercedes-Benz Collision Center has been phenomenal.I had a deer jump out in front of me and caused $2400 in damages. They were able to repair and paint everything within 10 days of the accident.I have now had another incident and wouldn’t dream of taking my Mercedes anywhere else.I appreciate the due diligence and professionalism they portrayed in all encounters thus far.Justin Lowery
