Took the car in for body repair, did an excellent job on the repairs. Chad keep us informed of all the progression of the repair. Have been back since for minor un related issues and all was treat kindly. Friendly staff all around. will use again in the future.

My son backed into a womans bumper and I told her I would personally pay for the repairs. Harper refused to take any payment other than cash or a cashiers check. They would not accept a credit card or personal check because they said I could refute the payment in the future. I asked if they would accept Venmo and they said Ive never heard of that term before.... If they fix cars like they run their business office, GOOD LUCK!

Worth the wait. I was prepared for more than usual time to complete the work due to current supply chain issues, & my patience paid off. Harper Collision consistently kept me informed & updated me during the entire process. As well, the personal touch to customer service was much appreciated. They were attentive to my requests & questions, which are usually many, leaving me without doubt or uncertainty as the work was performed. The end result was return of my 2020 Audi A8L in brand new condition, not just like new. This shop is the only game in town for luxury vehicle body service in my opinion. Harper collision did a great job of repairing my QX 80. A Pepsi truck ran into it while it was parked which caused some damage to the rear of the vehicle. Harper was really good about keeping me up-to-date on the status how long it would be and how much it was cost. I was very impressed with the work quality I thought it actually looked better than it did when I had the car brand new. I would thoroughly recommend Harper collision for any work that you need done

I hit a coyote with my Fiat and destructed virtually everything under the hood back to the engine. Harper fixed it and did an amazing job. Car runs perfectly and literally LOOKS brand new! They ended up totaling my car I wanted parts put back on because I was buying it back from the insurance. They didnt put the parts back on right. Asked to redo it because I dont have the money my was in better shape going in then out. Would not recommend

What a fantastic 2 door Paint job

Was able to meet the person managing my Jeeps repair. Drake took the time to review the progress and to keep me informed of the timeliness ahead. Repair looked great, waiting on a few all parts then I can take delivery.

Very few auto repair places -- collision or mechanical -- have ever rated a five star from me and Ive been doing this since stars were a thing. The work has always been thorough and good. They dig with the insurance companies to get the job done right. And the customer service people I have experience with have been good too. Might not be the cheapest you will find. But the experience in total is a good value by my standards.

I went to the Harper Collision Center on 7/28 to get a estimate on some repairs that needed to be done to my car because someone back into my front bumper. The guy that did my estimate didnt really seem genuine at all. He came out and looked at the damage and took pictures, then he went inside and came back with a crowbar, he took the crowbar and pushed the dent back out, then he said that he would send me a estimate to my email, and the repairs were backed up to September, he did send me the email, but when I looked at the estimate he left some things off that were visible broken. I called him to inform him about the things he left off, he said he would add them on and resend the estimate WHICH HE DID NOT. I DID NOT LIKE HOW HE WAS SO IMPERSONAL. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE. So I hope the next person that he deals with will have better luck.

My car (Passat SE) is 9 years old, after years of scratches and paint peeling on my bumper it was time to get it re painted. When I picked up my car I was totally shocked! Not only did they fix my bumper, they also detailed my car..it was beautiful! It looked as good as the day I bought it brand new in 2012! Thank you so much you did an amazing job!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ll try to keep this short.I was rear ended a couple of weeks ago. I have yet to find a mechanic here that I trust and felt a little overwhelmed not knowing who to go to. I talked to the insurance company handling my claim and they had suggested 3 body shops. Reading the reviews for those I decided to find my own body shop.Google reviewers did not steer me wrong. This place is amazing. From the moment I went over and handed them the estimate from the insurance company until today when I picked up my car they were fantastic to talk to and my car looks amazing....INSIDE AND OUT. They dealt with the insurance company directly and left my mind at ease so all I had to do was drive my rental to them, hand them the keys for that and get my car back. They addressed all my issues and explained things to me that I had questions about.Thanks for the stellar service and the great work you did on my car. Did a great job pulling a massive dent out of my car and fixing the bumper as well. Ive taken these cars apart countless times and they clearly know what they are doing. They addressed my concerns and got it looking the best it ever has in my opinion.

I had a 2006 duramax with a sagging bumper on the passenger side. Went multiple places and none had ever dealt with the issue. Harper collision immediately looked at the issue and offered to fix it right then if I had time. Very happy with how it looks now and at an affordable price. I will be back for any repair needs and would recommend. 10/10

Came to Harper back in February to have a door ding repaired on my 2019 VW Golf that was caused by someone in my office parking lot. They were very helpful and professional. Their team was also patient as we dealt with an issue between my insurance and the other driver’s insurance. The repair was completed on schedule. I was able to leave my Hertz rental at Harper when picking up my vehicle, which made the process super easy. They even detailed the vehicle, inside and out, including removing some adhesive residue that had been on my sunroof from the delivery wrap when I took delivery of the vehicle when it was new.

Brought my 2020 Tesla Model 3 in due to a chemical spill in my garage at home which left the front of my car splattered in several hundred clear varnish like droplets.Spoke with David on a Wednesday and after a short discussion and review of the damage assured me that they cold remedy the damage.Took it in on a Monday and picked it up the following afternoon.The results: Couldnt be more pleased! Car was delivered as promised and cleaner than when i took it in.If your looking for a professional and courteous staff who will treat your vehicle with care i wouldnt hesitate using Harper Collision.

1/4/20 - Picked up my car last month and it was perfect. It was washed, waxed and the interior was detailed. I am very observant and can spot bodywork and a repaint better than most. My vehicle was not a high-end brand or model and had close to 100,000 miles. I was treated 1st class and the job was 100%. It is very hard to match silver metallic paint, but Harper made it look like nothing ever happened. Very Happy.

The repair was as good as I couldve asked for. The customer service I received was not up the standard I have come to expect from Harper.

I worked with Russell to get my warranty repairs completed through a warranty vendor. The process was more complicated than it should have been but Russell was great at trying to get things taken care of with little hassle to me. Highly recommend the work they do as my car looks good as new!

Top notch work, top notch service. These guys made my wife’s jaguar look like it was brand new again. They also stand behind their work. There was a questionable chip a few months later that may have been caused by a rock, but no questions asked they took care of it. Clean, organized and professional, everything you’d want in a business that you’re leaving your vehicle with.

While visiting from out of town I needed immediate help and Harper gave it to me. Very friendly, timely and professional.

The best place to take your vehicle for any damage! I have been here twice now for repairs, one for a hit in the driveway by a service vehicle and the second for someone rear-ending me in a parking lot. They got me in very quickly both times and the repairs were done in a few days. All damage was repaired above satisfaction. Everyone I spoke with there was very friendly and welcoming; they strive for a very positive customer service experience as was certainly the case in my experience!! I chose to make the drive based on the great reputation Harper has, and I was not disappointed! Denise was a joy to work with, she kept me informed throughout the process. The work that was done is 2nd to none. To my delight my car was also detailed. A+ service and more important A+ people!

Harpers did a repair for us on our VW Tiguan after it was hit by someone else. They gave us an amazing customer service experience from start to finish! The repair work was awesome. Fit, finish, panel alignment, all were fantastic, I couldnt be happier with them. Hopefully we wont be hit by distracted driver again, but if so, well certainly be back to Harpers again.

Very disappointed and frustrated. I chose Harper Collison Center because of the outstanding service that I always receive when I get my Acura MDX serviced with Harper Acura. I’ve always received top notch service and expected the same with the Collison center due to the Harper name. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. Apparently the lack of communication not only happened with me the customer but within the collision center itself. On two occasions I was told that my car would be ready the next day(it was waiting to be buffed) only to find out that it would be delayed once again. These delays were not due to parts or extensive body repair work, but due to buffing. Apparently my car was overlooked twice while waiting to be buffed. When I received my car back the paint job looked great; however the inside of my car had the visible signs that someone had dirty hands and or dirty tools against my visors, and ceiling.I will not use Harper Collison Center in the future nor will I recommend.

Dont even bother if you have usaa. They told me they wont do an estimate until i bring an estimate from another shop. Talk about stupid.

Im extremely happy with the service and finished product from Harper Collission. Patrick was my representative and kept me up to date with the status of repairs, fought with the insurance company to get all OEM replacement parts and even personally went with me to the Infiniti service manager to help warranty trim pieces unrelated to the damage repair. I brought my Acura MDX here after a rear-end collision. They had to replace my entire exhaust system, rear bumper and paint. I had to return several times due to them not fixing everything properly and they never did fix my vehicle stability control or 4-wheel drive! Those things actually worked BEFORE I took my car there and they did something to mess it up. They are very expensive and in my opinion, incompetent! My vehicle is not safe to drive on wet or icy roads now because of their negligence and theres nothing I can do about it. They were not friendly or helpful once they received their payment from the other persons insurance. Its too bad that true customer service and satisfaction is a thing of the past!

I didnt expect anything less from the Harper family brand, however I was tremendously surprised at how easy and quick the process for scheduling my Audi Q5 for a few minor repairs! Of course I expected long wait, phone calls, and endless dealing with my Insurance company,Joe provided an estimate within 15mins of my arrival, Denise put me at ease, with her sweet pleasant demeanor, which calmed my nerves. In fact Geico my insurance company delayed their estimate for a few days, which was totally acceptable. As usual the exceptional customer service Harpers is known for was on display. Thanks to Graham for providing the super nice Passant (rental)while my Audi is being repaired, and Russell for taking the damaged mirror off my Q (to prevent damage to my paint) Every employee smiles, and greets you in such a wonderful warm way, opening doors, making sure I had something to drink, and comfortable chair to relax in. I came in to get a second opinion on some cosmetic damage on my car and they were telling me it would cost $4,000! They also would not let me get the parts used for cheaper and insisted that they used oem gm parts. I took it to another place and got it fixed for $1,800

God work, but it took a month to get my car back from striking an animal. When i got it back the first time, i had further problems. Took twice to get it fixed. Frustrating.
