What a great experience from the very beginning and all through the finish. Working with Shelby on placing the order was great. She really went above and beyond in helping me pick the right top. The process was pretty quick and easy. The guys that installed the top even stayed late to help me with my schedule to get it done. I will definitely always stay with them for anything I need!

Excellent sales, service and excellent installation, Shelby and John got the hard top for my Tacoma Ive wanting for almost a year and when other hard top dealers in Knoxville told me it would take at least 3 months to get I got mine in 17 days, no lie no B.S. . I got my Decked draws front Knox Tops also, and when they ordered if for me on a Friday they got it the following Tuesday. Thanks Knox Tops

I wish I could give them a zero.I was promised a 3-4 week turnaround. It took 5 weeks for the initial cap to come in and supposedly it had paint issues so they sent it back to the manufacturer. I was told at this time it would be another 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I had to contact them, not them me, and was told they had no idea. After a follow up email, they finally called the manufacturer to see about the lead time. Once it finally came in 8 weeks after ordering and 1 day prior to my vacation, their installation was sloppy and destructive. They scratched the side of my new truck and smeared and adhesive onto the cap and the side of truck. They also smeared silicone caulk across my tailgate.The cap itself has a weird and unexpected lip attachment on the back. I was told this was to match my tail gate but I was worried about it from the beginning. Sure enough, within two weeks the lip had worn through the paint, primer, and began digging into the metal of my tailgate. This occurred on both corners of the tailgate and in the center. Metal on metal is a bad thing. My truck has 10,000 miles on it and Im not impressed with service of Copeland.The whole experience has been a nightmare and I dont recommend them for anything. Use Line-x. At least they are professional.

Although everyone was very friendly, the overall experience was nightmarish.I ordered a Leer campershell for my truck. I provided all of the truck details including a picture of the VIN. After receiving the receipt via email I noticed the wrong model of truck was detailed. I called in and had this corrected and also requested that a set of Thule tracks be ordered as well.Over the 8 weeks it took to manufacture the shell, I called 2 more times to make sure the Thule tracks were ordered. I was assured each time that they were (you can see where this is going).When the shell arrived, I was notified and setup an appointment. On the day of the appointment I showed up and noticed rails weren’t installed. I was told they ordered the rails but the bolts/hardware didn’t arrive. From everything I’ve found online, all rail kits come with the hardware; you can’t order them separately. My guess, they were never ordered.They continue with the installation and a little while later I was asked to come into the shop. The brand new shell had a chip out of it. There was a story about why the chip was there, etc. I was offered a $150 discount or we could send it back to Leer (forget that, I just waited 8 weeks). I took the discount.Three days after the installation my cruise control quit working. I suspected the wiring associated with the third brake light and after setting up another appointment, it indeed was. A crimped wire they installed had pulled loose.When I get back home I notice my WeatherTech floor mat was missing. I call back over on the next business day and they had taken it out for some reason and never put it back and never thought to call customers that had been there that day.Another trip to Knox Tops.Two more months go by when my Thule rails finally arrive. I took the truck over to have them installed. They were installed 1/2” off center on the shell and 1 of the acorn-nut dress-up caps was missing. Moreover, the rail caps were installed wrong (per Thule - I called and sent them pictures).All in all, I’d never ever subject myself to this again.

Had a Leer top put on my f250. Top came in with imperfections, Kathy contacted me to let me know the issue and gave option of having it redone or get a discount. After examining the imperfections I felt the discount was more than enough compensation. Kathy even attempted to resolve some of the issues after I took the discount.The installation was smooth and I’m very satisfied with my top and the level of personal service provided. Highly recommend Knox Tops.

Really nice and knowledgeable of their products and services for you vehicle. I stopped to ask some questions about a couple of items and I will be returning to purchase.

Very very slow service when parts have to be ordered for topper repairs. Owner uses spiral notebook to write down customer info for work which results in forgotten or lost customer info. Appears to be technology illiterate for running a business. Quality of work is good once you get past his tendency to lose your info and you have to follow-up constantly to get results.

I ordered a Leer camper top for my truck, and cant be more happy with Copeland. They helped me understand the options and gave me a better price than other top dealers in town. The top arrived quickly in perfect condition, matches my truck paint perfectly, and is great quality. The guys at Copeland were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Ill definitely go back if I ever need any other truck accessories.
