I swear I spend too much money here. Great staff, always helpful, willing to spread knowledge and help with things they can. They have the inventory to make it worth the drive, although I do always call before making the 30ish minute drive just to make sure. Comparable prices to shopping online in most cases, without the wait, and with the benefit of a store full of enthusiasts, all willing to help. Definitely recommend.

Ive bought a lot of expensive parts from Performance and be aware, even when the part proves to defective, THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK. Good luck and when you buy a $ 265 distributor and it proves to be defective in just a few days...... plan on throwing it away.

Ive been a tire customer for 5 years & I have been impressed all 5 years with their knowledge, their prices, & their staff. Their staff goes out of their way to give you the best deal that they can find for the best tires that they can find for you. This place knows what its doing with regular cars & SUVs, and they definitely know what theyre doing with custom cars and hot rods. Everytime I pull up, there is at least one collectable custom or hot rod parked out front who is patronizing the business. I mean I fall in love with other peoples cars every time I visit for a tire rotation & balance. Its no accident that I see so many customs & hot rods here. They wouldnt patronize a bad car parts & tire business.Ill be back for years to come.

They’re a little on the expensive side, but overall a good experience. In most cases they usually have what I need, especially when it involves custom fitting. The staff is reasonably knowledgeable and informative.

Quoted $80 an hour for an installation which is about avg but they didnt want to do the work. They would rather cherry pick easy jobs.. 2nd time I have tried to check them out and give them some work but I guess my money isnt green.. in my opinion this is just a glorified convenience store for off road parts. Asked for KC lights and they said they could order them.. so what kind of store for performance parts dont stock kc lights.. I can order them.. so you dont stock them and wont install them..what do you do that cant be done on the computer..

Accidentally picked up the wrong transmission fluid yesterday, staff was super courteous and exchanged the fluid for the correct one with no hassle. Every time I stop in they always are helpful and have what I need.

I have been going here for a few years. I think overall it’s a good place to shop and it’s local business so money stays here. Yeah, some things are a little more pricey than others but you get the product right then. Terry, Mike and Carl are all pretty good to deal with in my opinion. A lot of people I know personally recommend Carl for the best customer experience though. You can be the judge when you go to visit. They also offer good tire service with competitive prices on good brand tires.

They almost always have what I need in a pinch but the prices are a bit high compared to places like summit or jegs so I tend to only shop here if I need something asap. The counter guys have always been helpful. Like I said, this is my go to place if I cant wait on a part.

Good place to get talked down to. Because they think they know more about your car then you do.

I have gotten a lot of items from this place. I got a set of flo tek heads from them for $925 plus tax. One head is straight plug and the other is angle plug. They would not exchange them for an even set or even one to make them even. The valves were all different lengths and the valve guides were very wore after only 8 months. I had took the heads to the machine shop is how I know they were different lengths. I bought an edelbrock rpm air gap intake from them and it was warped. I bought a set of wiseco pro tru pistons from them for my sbc for $500 a really good deal because they usually got for over $700 from what they had told me which are priced $491 online. I had got them 0.060 over cause the block I was gonna use needed to be bored 0.060. The block was cracked so I got another and it was cleaned up at .040. I went to have the pistons exchanged for .040 and they didn’t want to at first and getting hateful but the pistons were useless for me then. I went in today and was going to get a vacuum fitting and they wanted $30 for it and I said that’s a little high I’m going to search online. They told me that I’m a waste of their time since I never buy anything after I have spent thousands of dollars there. That had upset me a little so I told them their parts ain’t worth a $#!+ and they had told me don’t come back then. This place has an extremely rude staff and are very overpriced on almost everything they sell

The use of language by the owner and or manager is enough to say you should definitely take your business elsewhere. This type of business is a dime a dozen. Spend your dime on local business that still back their work and own the mistakes with humility!

Scratched my husbands brand new wheels when he went to get them mounted and he called them cause he didnt notice til he got home and was cleaning them and he called Terry (the owner) and he was very unprofessional on the phone and then said he gets scratched wheels all the time from the factory and my husband said well mine wasnt and he said bring it back down here and show me and my husband gets there they swore they didnt do it said that there was no way their machine did that and called my husband a liar said he probably dropped them and thats where the scratches and niches came from!! Then called his wheels cheap! Very unprofessional and definitely dont recommend them for anything you might need because they dont try to make things right with customers when they screw it up!

The customer service here is just plain terrible. I dont have any other experience to compare it to. The various employees I have interacted with via phone and in person, just dont have what it takes to get the job done. Over 6 weeks I have tried and tried and tried to get 100 octane fuel. After being told I cant pre order it, unless I get a 55 gallon drum, I was told I could order a 5 gallon pale, only to wait 3 to 4 weeks.Sure they have a huge selection of tires and cleaners and parts but if one cant buy fuel, what good is all that.Order offline or travel regionally to get fuel and parts. Dont waste your time here.

We had wheels and tires put on her truck at Performance Products... while getting the brakes changed, on the passenger side all 6 lugs were either broken or cross threaded. Took it back to them today, was met with horrible attitudes from the manager and the owner Terry. Had them check all tires, every single one except the driver front had messed up lugs and nuts. Pics are included. I asked for them to cover what she had to pay to get it fixed. They barely covered the parts and only if I didnt burn them online. I also asked that they cover her rotating somewhere else, since we didnt feel comfortable taking the truck back there, I mean, our kids do ride in the truck!!! Of course that was not gonna happen. Mistakes happen and we should just be thankful no-one was hurt, per the owner. As we were waiting on them to finish, the manager came out to the shop and in front of not only us, but his employees, stated... wait and see if she posts anything on Facebook, then we can just call her a stupid fat b*tch. Never again will they receive any of our business, not because of the job done per say, but because of the attitudes and disrespect from the manager of the business and the actual owner of the business. If you value your morals, money, lives, and vehicles I would advise to pick another shop.
