I am so glad that I found this place! When you walk in, it is like entering a time machine back to the 1970s. The lighting is dim, the corners dusty, the displays so anti-technology that I get a lump in my throat, because it reminds me of my sweet youth.Here I can get parts for my ancient Maytag dryer, and my new speed queen washer too. These guys know their stuff, and they give good advice for free. Their prices are much better than those online parts vendors.I came here a year ago to get a belt for my dryer. I put it on backwards, so I am replacing it again. The Hamilton Appliance guy warned me that it goes on in a counter intuitive way. Lesson learned. Only $12.95 here, $39.95 plus shipping online.

These guys were the best help ever. I thought my heating element went bad in my dryer and instead of me buying a part that I might not need, they told me just to bring it in and theyll test the fuses as well just in case. Turns out that it was the heating element and the part was really cheap versus having someone come out to the house to fix my dryer. They even showed me how to take the housing off and a few tricks that would make it easier. I can not recommend this business high enough.

This pos place sold me the wrong gasket and parts i have a receipt and the refuse to give me a refund . not only am i out hundreds of dollars on parts but labor for my washer to be fixed which is not fixed cause i dnt have the right part. DO NOT SHOP HERE OWNER IS RUDE AND RUTHLESS

Great appliance parts store! The door switch on my dryer quit working and they happened to have the discontinued part in stock at a very reasonable price. The counter guys are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Ill be back when I need another part in the future!

Im only giving 3 stars. The people were nice but i work and by the time i get off they are closing so i had to send my fiancé down there to get some parts for my dryer. The first time, they sold her parts that didnt even go to my dryer. I have a samsung and they sold me whirlpool parts. I personally took them back down there and got the right ones... i put them in and they blew again so she had to go back down there and get the thermal cut off fuse, and the thermostat. Well, she gave them the part number for the thermostat and they sold me a wrong part again. I cannot use the thermostat they sold me because the angle of it will not allow me to plug the other wires up for the heating element. There prices are decent though.

They have just about everything that I am looking for. If they dont have it they can get it in a couple of days. Their prices are better that most places in Knoxville. Would highly recommend.
