Nearly out of any of the normal paint choices. Had trouble finding my history. Not a warm experience.

The staff here is always SO helpful! We originally went in there in 2013 looking for paint to refinish our soon-to-be-born daughters crib. We explained our wishes, and they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect paint.We went back to get paint for our kitchen. We took a towel, and drying mat to show the lemon and key lime color scheme. They helped us nail our choices down to exactly what we wanted.

Bryan helped us discover the perfect color through many modifications! Both times we went in to bug him to make the color a little lighter he was more than pleasant, very knowledgeable, and provided an overall excellent service. Thanks Bryan!

I bought 3 gals of ext glossy paint to use on my house trim, plus 2 paint brushes which were 40% off. I use glossy on trim makes the paint-job look fresher much longer than any other sheen.The paint was about $60/gal (vs about $50/gal for semi-gloss @ Hm Depot). Im a landlord, so I do a lot more painting than most people. Ive found that glossy paint lasts about twice as long as semi-gloss, which means paying a bit more for my paint saves me a lot in labor cost. Ive also found that the sheen on semi-gloss fades to flat within about 6 mos, while glossy lasts over 5 yrs.Paint prices seem to have gone up substantially since our economy has improved recently. Glossy paint was about $35 or $40/gal 2 yrs ago.Im not surprised at this, because many paint manufacturers reduced their plants & laid workers off during the Great Recession due to greatly reduced demand/sales.Now, theyre in the process of ramping up their production b/c demand/need, for paint has greatly increased.Remember the hurricanes in Florida, Texas, & the East-Coast last Fall? Remember the fires all over the place last Summer that burned down all those houses? In the Santa Rosa, CA, area (just north of San Francisco), about 5,000 (!) house were destroyed! All these houses which will/are being rebuilt will need to be painted (along with everything else - appliances, furniture, etc), so, b/c this extra demand for paint is added to the normal demand, prices will/have gone up & will stay up until the higher prices induce more & more production (or, until paint from other countries is imported).The service at my local Sherwin Williams was top notch.I wanted to buy the same color as is on my house now, but the small amount of left-over paint Id saved for touch-up had dried in the can, & the inside of the can had rusted enough that rust-flakes had contaminated the top of the paint, so much so that the color-scanners in stores cant get a true scan. I brought the can with me, hoping to find a sample-swatch which was close enough that the new paint color would be acceptable. But, I didnt have to search for a sample color at all! The salesman peeled off some of the dry paint from the INSIDE of the can, & used the BACK of it to get a perfect scan of my existing color!
