Good luck getting any help from the employees and when you do they dont know what they are talking about. If you try to call on the phone good luck again you wont get to talk to the people you need to talk to, and again they probably dont know what theyre talking about. Go in there knowing what you need/want and your shopping trip will be fine, go in there looking for help and dont expect to find any.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and I have always been able to find what I need. Out of other home improvement stores, Home Depot always has the best selection. Their website for online shopping is easy to navigate through as well which is nice! Home Depot will continue to be my go-to store.

This visit was less than satisfying > for a store that is within an area that has a fairly large RV presence they didnt have any RV septic hose items in stock,Because they are a small store according to an employee . BS!

Worst Customer Service everManager needs to do some training skills for customer service..I heard a worker telling a customer we dont have that go to Diamond store 😂🤣Really.You work for home Depot sell something similar!!Good lord..

Had a super big order they pulled it in a timely manner and helped us load it in the trailer everybody within the home Depot that I was in and Klamath falls was super helpful to me and my wife thank you

Good for remodels but they mees more associates to help customers. They have 2 that know ALOT and I always seek them out.

Well I cant complain about the materials that Home Depot sells but unfortunately the help desk customer service desk seem to be lacking in the professional business world as a link to keeping and reassuring customers that the Home Depot company is there for their customers and not there for themselves or a paycheck though we understand all are there for that also but if theres nobody there at the desk because somebody needs to take a break then theres something wrong should always be someone at the desk not a line of people waiting for them to get off their break and then to hear a lady says yes I can do it all to the person shes relieving and then for her not to be able to do any of it is definitely a setback because now you have customers listening and witnessing an error that needs to be fixed all in all though great place to shop great prices great accessibility

Went there to purchase a new glass top electric stove and the associates in appliances seemed to care less about helping you and were quick to let you know its going to be 2-3 months before any stove that you decided that you want could be delivered, I have had pretty good customer service in other areas of Home Depot and I chalked up that experience to the associate having a bad day well 3 weeks later my wife wanted to find out about other ranges and had an equally cold experience so we cancelled the order and went to Merits Home Center and purchased a similar electric stove .

Literally one of the worst Home depots Ive ever been to in my life. Waited almost an hour to get someone to help me the grabbing lumber. Most the staff have no clue where there at or where anything you need is at. And the online ordering from this place is incredibly misinformed on whats in stick and what isnt. Oh yeah forget about getting refunded unless you want to wait a month to get your money back.

Looked my item up on line, found the location in my local store, went right to it, went to self checkout ...seemless.

My husband was able to find what he needed. Everyone was friendly.

Went to buy a BBQ grill,Treiger, was excited.....but I wasnt strong enough to transport the grill to the front and wasnt offered any help by the employees. It would of been nice if it could have been delivered but because of the weight of the BBQ I didnt buy it. So, I went home and bought the same grill for less and its getting delivered.

I arrived last night for a today delivery and went in last night to do some shopping. A little low on the plants seeing that is all I wanted, but was approached by numerous employees asking if I needed assistance. The lady who unloaded me this morning is an amazing worker. Quick and very efficient I wish she could go around to the places we deliver to and show em how it’s done.

Have a lot of useful things, staff also very helpful when I went in.

A great deal of things are out of stock. They are happy to show you were it should be but wont go looking for it even if the inventory says they have it in stock.

Had an unpleasant experience with the kitchen cabinet design process with someone who didn’t seem like they cared what I wanted. They were just going through the motions and gave me an extremely dull plan. Prepared to spend at least $20,000 but he couldn’t be bothered to even try to design something I would want.

The manager Russell went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new riding lawn mower. Even sent two guys over to put it together when It got to my house in a big crate. Thank

Never a bad trip. Just didnt have what I needed for today.

Sent me an email saying that they tried to deliver but I was not there. I was all day. Come to find out they didnt even try. Delivery never left the store. Its just easier to compose a lie than to just say we broke down

I like that they are organized with prices on all their items. Its also not hard to find help like other Home Depot locations. The floor staff is always helpful and willing to answer questions.

They have a large variety of different products if they dont have it they can order it for you.

They were extremely helpful and were able to take you to exactly what you needed

The local Home Depot is beneficial to our local community. Their inventory and customer support has decreased compared to a few years ago. Even on weekends they have few cashiers available. Keep trying guys!

Really busy on Saturday and only 3 checkers open, we were getting lumber for a little project and the lines were about 9 deep and very slow, so make sure you have lots of time. Well stocked

The 1 star rating is solely for lack of security making sure people are wearing a law mandate mask. I was in there on 1/23/121 and saw more people shopping Without wearing a mask than I ever have in this store. At one time Home Depot had someone at the front door making sure people were wearing a mask. There was no one the entrance on this day.I guess for all those who decided it was safe Not to wear a mask, the 400,000 deaths due to this virus mean Nothing. This pandemic will Never end as long as there are those who they are special and do not have to obey safety laws.

Although this is not a full-size Home Depot, it will cover your basic needs. Most of the people working there are nice and try to be helpfull to you.Special orders are a trick, and something they DO NOT do well with. If the store is out of stock of something, good luck ever getting a real delivery date.I like Home Depot, but the are technilogically falling way behind. Better management would help. Although, this store has gone through several management turnovers.This store is easy to find, located on 6th st. just east of the Patterson red light.The have one wheelchair and one battery piwered cart if needed.

Live off grid and this place is amazing

Saw is down, internet orders take a long time. No help unless you track them down. Other places in town are better for most of your needs. Ryobi is the only reason to go to Home Depot.

I like to shop at Home Depot the only problem I have is they do not deliver to Dorris through their online or store service. Being a widowed woman of 62 years of age I have found this very frustrating.

5 weeks for 2 destroyed freezers to be delivered. no help carrying it out. Made to wait in line to return it even after I waited 5 weeks to get it!!! place is a joke. employees are a joke. minimum wage =minimum effort and it shows. thanks for filling my trash can with a bunch of cardboard just so i could return the freezer. Go to diamond. Much much much better

I think this is a pretty good store. I pretty much always get what Im looking for and the folks there are real nice. Good people and product selection. Im always needing some custom situation or another. And this place pretty much always gets the job done. Good place.

Glad to have another choice for materials, but, seam to have delays in ordering items. Staff doesnt seem to be knowledgeable of locations of items without spending time looking at a screen. While trying to load heavier items on to cart, staff will walk by.

The one in Klamath falls has tons of staffing.Dont expect them to help you there too busy.

Screws, wood, home improvement, raw materials, power tools. Not the cheapest place around it lots of selections. Even a hot dog cart in parking lot.

We purchased a portable a/c unit and were notified that it was at the store. We received no notice that it was ready for pickup so we went to the store to investigate. They couldnt find the unit. We received a phone call letting us know that the unit had been sold. It was back ordered and should be there in three weeks. A notice of partial delivery was received. We waited a few days to see if the rest of the order would arrive. We finally went to pick up the partial order and received the complete unit. After a month and 120 miles of driving the unit is working fine.

We chose this store to do our whole house carpet install. What a MASSIVE MISTAKE! By the time it was all finished (over the course of multiple measuring and installing visits), we ended up with mismatching carpet in several rooms. After we had negotiated a partial refund to compensate us, the real struggle began. A months-long string of excuses and delays in receiving the refund check. We ended up filing consumer regulatory complaints, and may need to pursue further action for a resolution. Utterly unbelievable situation...I cant stress enough how much we regret the choice to go with Home Depot. What little we saved in costs has resulted in mismatching carpet and endless frustration and grief.We should have gone with our first choice of a local supplier.

I bought wood flooring in november Replaced 2 rooms went to get the same flooring in January and they no longer carried in store. Had to order it online. It took 3 weeks to get it. Ill buy from a flooring store next time.

I do appreciate the Home Depot and all it could be. It is difficult to navigate however, when many employees do not give accurate information! I asked for help with A/C units, and was looking for an A/C support. I was told they do not carry them. However I did in fact see them there on the shelf the next time I visited. Training & Product knowledge is important. I know they are probably very overwhelmed at this time. It would be better for them to say Im not sure, let me find the answer to that question..instead of giving incorrect information.

They were fantastic, with Jill getting my order over the phone and Nelson helped me with lumber items and again when I went to pick up order. I was VERY happy with the customer Service. The deck turned out great!!!

Robert was super helpful today. Even though they were out of stock on what we needed, Robert looked up when they would receive more pier block. We were also shown a comparable contractor sand too.

I ordered a 400 w grape solar solar kit and one of the panels was shattered. I took it back and asked for my money back and they said they couldnt do it cash they had to put it on store credit I told them I didnt want that I wanted my cash back and they said no they couldnt do it because they already put it on store credit and reordered it even though I told him I wanted my cash back. At this point they have my solar panels and they have my cash and they wont give me my cash back they say I have to take it on a store credit and spend the money at home Depot even though I paid cash in the first place. This is theft this is fraud if I could give a negative star I would give it a -5.
