Im not a home-improvement person and we were on a tight budget for this project, so I really appreciated all the helpful expertise provided by the team at Premier. They were friendly and accommodating from the start by showing me all their options, inviting me to take product samples home, directing me websites where I could see what the various selections would look like in our house, etc. They were professional in all steps; from Marie in sales, to Bree with measuring, and Ben who provided a detailed quote for each flooring scenario we discussed. Scheduling the job was pretty quick and our installer, Keith, was beyond professional. Our house had several hidden issues once the old flooring was removed, but he took it in stride and was EXTREMELY meticulous in repairing the problems before perfectly laying down the new floor. We couldnt be happier with how much nicer our house looks after working with Premier Flooring and Design Center and trust that the quality work will last for years. I only give them 4 stars because their contracted carpet installers werent the greatest, but before I could even mention anything, Premier had already sent someone over to check up on their job and was similarly disappointed, so Im sure its been dealt with.

Would give them negative stars but thats not an option. I dont know why the lack of communication is so great with this outfit. Poor management usually trickles down. They suck

I had Premier put install a floor in a furnished rental that I own. Original installation was frustrating because there seemed to be quite a lack of communication among the sales/installation/owner team. Less than 2 years after installation, (this spring), I reported 4 large, separated areas of the floor that needed correction. (see picture). I reported it this spring, had someone take pictures, then was assured that the installer would contact me. It took another 2 calls to get the installer out and was assured that he would get back to me. That was 2 phone calls and 6 weeks ago. I called again this morning and was assured of a call-back by end of day. Nope. Nadda. Not surprised. So, I have to say, its too bad that this company is one of the few in this area. I think you would have better results with a DIY, right from the start!

We have made two separate purchases from Premier Flooring. The first was a large amount of laminate flooring that we installed ourselves. We didnt really have room to store all of the flooring, since it was the middle of winter. So they stored it for us and I went into the store weekly to get the amount needed for that weekends installation. John came to the house once to give us advice and that was very helpful. Our 2nd purchase was carpet to complete the flooring transformation of our house. This time we had them install. They stored our carpet for several weeks and then worked with our schedule so that we would have time to move all the furniture out of the needed rooms. The installers were quick, efficient and very nice. We are very pleased with all of our new flooring.

The design center was amazing and they had so much product in stock. Bob and John were extremely helpful during my purchase. The installation crew did an amazing job even though they were given less than ideal installation conditions. Im extremely satisfied and will return any time I need flooring.

I stopped in the store looking for some carpet any carpet, to lay on the muddy wet ground, not planning on spending much on my need and they didnt shun me like some people do if they know youre not a big money customer. Instead they insisted I take 2 nice remnants and loaded into my van for me. It was a legit need and they fulfilled it wonderfully and it was closing time ta boot. Your great guys, but now Im having a hard time laying them in the mud. Ill send a picture when I do. Always game for new friends.

We decided to go with Premier Flooring & Design for our bathroom flooring remodel and were told that we would have our flooring the following week. A week went by and we called and our flooring wasnt in, so we were told by an associate that he made sure to put the order in for the next week, as he was out of the office and forgot to tell the other staff to order the flooring. The next week, now 2 weeks and we did not even get a call or anything. Week 3 I call in and ask when the flooring will be in, and I am told that it was not in back office, but someone would be calling me tomorrow. The next day I receive a call and find out that no one has ordered the flooring. So now we are at week 4, and I get a call that our flooring is finally in. Our project is now 2 months delayed, because we wanted to finish it up before we went on vacation. I told my sales associate that I was not happy with the service and would like some type of discount to make it up and at least make me feel better about the situation. I was then called back and offered $10, in which I told him to go ahead and keep his money, as that was not even 5% of the total cost, and would cost me more in gas to go pick it up. I will note that the staff was very nice and friendly, but I will not be ordering any more flooring from them. I understand things happen, but 4 weeks is a little bit ridiculous, because I was told the orders come in ever Thursday. We decided to go with Premier Flooring over another company, due to the great reviews, but we were charged a service charge on top of the square footage price and I surely hope that it was not for shipping and handling.

Premier Flooring is by far the best place to get flooring and paint. They are completely honest about their products and actually care about your satisfaction. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new floor.

This company is one of the worst we have ever hired. They waited until we ripped out our flooring to tell us they wanted an extra 2,500$ for stuff that was already included in the original quote. They arent very nice to their employees. Unorganized and unreliable company! Would never recommend to anyone! I wish I could have left a better review.

I visited this place twice last week, the first time was great. People were friendly and helpful, I made my purchase and left. On Friday I went back for more and was brushed off. Im not super pleased about this but unfortunately there arent many options. If there were, Id go elsewhere. Customer service is a big deal.

This business is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I think they mean well, but their chronic lack of communication prevents them from meeting deadlines, which caused our job to be 3 weeks late. While the showroom is nice and flooring installer did a great job, my wife and I had to spend way too much energy trying to get these people to do their job. They never completed what was promised, so i would be very wary using them in the future, and frankly will just skip the stress, and use someone else. Overall they they did not make me feel like I was an important customer.

Went there looking for 2 specific products, one they didnt have and the other they didnt stock but cited possibly get in. They go out of there way to please their customers. Definitely going back when we are ready for carpet.
