Dont go to the one on 6th they have poor customer service the one on Shasta way has great 5 star all the way customer service 🙄

Very disappointed! Me and my spouse went in looking to get the standard plan because it provided a hotspot. We asked the staff and they said that the plan we wanted did not have hotspot, so we showed them that T-mobile online standard plan had hotspot and they were like oh cool. They literally did not even know their product and it took an hour a half to set up my phone alone and my spouse couldnt set his up because we ran out of time. Then their system shut down and they only took cash so my husband had to go to the bank to take cash out. After all that, I drove to my house only to realize that I got no service at my house! So I went back to get a refund (which they did thankfully) but we found out that they didnt take us off of monthly payments so they were going to keep charging us for service we no longer had.We finally called the national T-mobile customer service and they were able to remove the card. It was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend going here!!

I switched from Verizon and brought over my Pixel. Quick and painless, and got to keep my number. Cell service here isnt the best, but going from almost $90 a month to $30 is worth it.
