They are fantastic, especially Justyn! He was great from beginning when I called to end when we went to the store to pick up a new phone. He was patient and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy! Highly recommended!
This is one of the best budget places to eat. There food is some of the best I have had. They also give you tea for free which most places do not do. I highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Nothing but bad experiences with the Klamath Falls OR store. The last straw was a screen cover, told me free lifetime replacements, never kept them in stock. The first time I needed one, it took twelve weeks for them to get one, the second time they tell me well put your name on a list and call when they come in. No phone call, go back in to check after eight weeks, we have them but youre no longer eligible because the replacement deal is only for two years now and it expired last week. Never again!
Today I had come into Verizon wireless either the hopes of getting my first phone contract.As I entered the establishment I was approached by a very well mannered gentleman named Zak.Zak then helped me choose the phone and plan that fit me and my friend the best.Throughout our actions Zak made me feel as if I was more than a customer, but I was a client and he had been helping me for years.Zak made my experience amazing and I would have not had my sevice any other way.I give him a ten out off ten
Brittany did an awesome job yesterday. She got my husband and I switched over quickly and was very friendly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. She will be the only one we will go see whenever we do anything regarding our cell phone service.
Robert helped me out when I was trying to switch back from T-Mobile after my phone ceased finding service. I had a previous debt from Verizon for ending my contact early, so he helped me contact customer service to pay the debt and move forward with starting a new contract. The account still showed a hold on it, so Robert called and called Verizons customer service to try to get it pushed through. Customer service said it was clear in their system, but it wasnt showing up in GoWirelesss system. They told him that I could go to a Verizon corporate store to be able to start a new contract today. Despite the fact that he couldnt complete my order, his customer service was above and beyond what I would expect. He really went to bat for me and I feel very grateful. I would highly recommend people visit Robert and the GoWireless team. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help.
Zack (pet name) offered me the ultimate smart phone and tablet hookup today! I would classify myself as a technotard, so his patience with me while explaining the benefits of the upgraded as well as his honesty about the financial impacts was greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back to this store and request Zachs expertise when I break my new phone and/or tablet! Thank you again!
After discussing the phone I wanted and the plan, the sales rep said, You can walk out of the store today for only $80. I asked if the $80 went towards the phone. No. I asked if I was an activation fee. No, that will be on your first bill. I repeatedly asked about it and expressed frustration that Verizon would charge a fee that was apparently for nothing, and the rep lead me to believe that it was just something Verizon does and that it was required to get a Verizon phone and contract.I had to call Verizon about a different issue today, so I asked the Verizon rep about it. He said the charge does not show on his side and that it is not from Verizon. Its from GoWireless. I looked more closely at the package Go Wireless gave me and realized its a GoAdvantage Membership. What is that?I called Go Wireless and was told that it was for the screen protectors. The original sales rep had phrased it like, Along with what youre paying today, you get a free screen protector. He never said this was an optional purchase or that it was not required by Verizon or that the other option would have been to pay a $20 set up fee.Its a VERY deceptive sales tactic, and I dont believe this was a rogue salesmen. Other sales associates overheard my repeated questions and complaints and belief that it was a Verizon charge and said nothing. When I called today, I directly asked the manager, Jeff, if this is what he trains his sales reps to do and he didnt deny it.The GoWireless employee who answered their toll free number had the gall to say Well if I didnt know what a charge was for, I wouldnt have bought anything from that store. But I was lead to believe it was a VERIZON charge, meaning that I believed that if I wanted Verizon service, Id be paying the same thing at any other store. I wanted Verizon service bad enough to reluctantly deal with it from Verizon, but if GoWireless had been honest and told me that I had the choice between a $20 in store set up fee and $80 screen protectors, I would have chosen the $20!
I have gone into Verizon multiple times for different questions about my old phone with a sim card Jeff and Ashley were very helpful. I went in 3 weeks ago to get a plan set up with them and a new phone and Jeff was very helpful with all my questions and very fast with getting my new phone set up. I wouldnt ask anyone else in this town to help me with my phone or ever go to a different phone company they have been that helpful to me. I appreciate there services thank you guys so much you both rock(:
We have been a customer to this store for fairly long time. When we bought our three Moto phones we were told that with this plan if we ever crack or scratch the protective lens we could always come in to this location and they will replace it for free. This last Saturday we drove up there hundred miles from home to be told the employee that told us that was wrong. Needles to say we walkaway empty handed. So much for customer service.
Zak had phenomenal customer service not like the other schmoozers that Im used to dealing with. He was very helpful and honest and I liked how straightforward he was, he went above and beyond our expectations and I can read people really well he was a very genuine person.

Purchased a jetpack online and went to the store to activate it. A month later after spending hours doing every single troubleshooting step I couldve possibly done to figure out why I wasnt able to use my jetpack. I found out that they sold me the WRONG sim card. After talking to Verizon technical support they specifically told me to go back to that store to receive the correct sim card free of charge(which would make sense considering they sold me the wrong one.) I went ahead and called the store to let them know the situation. An extremely rude woman started lashing out and raising her voice towards me once I told them that THEY sold me the wrong sim. A bunch of scammers with poor customer service and they will try to tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR VERIZON SERVICE.

On Saturday, 5/7/16 my LGG3 went BSOD on me. A quick chat w/Verizon and my replacement was on its way. It arrived Tuesday, 5/10/16 and when I went to activate it with my SIM card, the card came up as unreadable. Went to GoWireless. Ashley got me squared away with a new SIM card with ZERO hassles, and made sure I was up and running before I left.Great job. Will return in the future.

Absolutely awful experience in this location, the woman at the desk didnt greet me until i made it appearant I was there to buy not to browse. She was rude and seemed like she just wanted me gone, spent most of her time texting on her phone and not talking to Me. She insisted the phone I wanted wasnt the right fit for me, but that the LG G5 was, Ive done my research and went Into the location knowing exactly what I wanted but she objected on every note. She insisted if i got the phone she was talking about it would cost me about 120 dollars in store but never explained what that cost included.
