There are new customer service representatives. Great customer service, Edilyn provided outstanding service and professional advice. She was super patient and professional, she had customers on the phone and in the store, all treated with respect and courtesy.

I just did an online survey with Sherwin-Williams and they asked me to put my rating on Google. I went to the store three times this week to look at and choose paint samples for painting the exterior of my home. My HOA requires us to use Sherwin Williams paint. The first time I went in on Jan. 26, no one ever asked me if I needed help. The colors were very hard to find because I did not realize that they are displayed by locator number rather than by paint swatch number. Then, when I finally found the swatches I wanted, I approached the counter to have some samples made up. There was a man at the register doing something. It took him several minutes to acknowledge my presence. In the meantime, there were at least 4 other employees behind the counter chatting with each other or doing other things--but no other customers in the store. I returned two days later to look at colors again. Again, I spent about half an hour in the paint swatch section and no one ever asked me if I needed help. I ended up purchasing another paint sample. I went back, hopefully for the final time on Friday. This time an employee whom I had never seen before came right up to me and offered to help. I thanked him for asking since no one had ever asked me in the past if they could help me. I wouldnt shop here for paint except that our HOA requires it. I get better service at Home Depot of Lowes.

This is the worse store that Sherwin have!Probably need new management...Workers aren’t niceOrders take more than one hourI spend two days waiting for a order of paint and they didn’t have it in the storePoor communication between them and several memories lost from the employees ( apparently)I order on the phone, send the email twice! Confirm on the phone with them...next day when the painter got there, they didn’t have the order and they didn’t remember me!I drive over there twice and wait for two hours!!!At the end they don’t even have the product that I was asking...Honestly the worstI have being buying at several Sherwin Williams stores for years! And this is the only place that we have so many issues in only one week

More attentive employees. Employees was dealing with so many other things instead of focusing on my needs. Acted tired and moving so heavily. I dont think that I was given the right discount. Ive bought paint at the a different location before and felt like it was cheaper. Experience got better towards the end when the focus was only on me. Wasnt asked question about my needs.

Save time and drive one more mile to the Irlo Bronson store. The vine store doesnt acknowledge you or even greet you when you enter. When the first worker finally acknowledged me and asked a second worker for help, that worker said in Spanish thinking I didnt speak it...F*** her she has to wait Im busy.

Went in to the store with the plan to buy paint, looked at paint swatches, walked around store a bit. No one acknowledged we were there, so I left. $96 for a gallon of paint!

The one person running the store alone was working hard to mix paint orders, answer phones, and wait on customers in store. He still went out of his way to save me some money on a paint purchase.

I have a bad experience with my paint, this store make a wrong color then the manager say come back tomorrow, i pick up next day and i start paint at the same bucket i paint corner at the floor then i continue with the roll, at the end the paint not mash.I have had bad experiences with paints, this store has made me colors and they never matte, the last time I bought 5 buckets they made it a lighter color and the manager told me come and get it the next day but they did not make them new what They did was add color to make it look like the color I asked for and they were not the same color, I used the same bucket to paint the edges of the floor and then I continued with the roll and the non-matting paint and it was the same color.Im not recomended this store.I do not recommend this store
