I am a 63-year-old woman I showed up to get to 30 pound propane tanks filled. I got them out of the truck by myself I placed him where he could fill them..After the first one was filled he watched me struggle to get it back up into the back bed of my truck. After the second one he was totally ignoring me and I had to ask him to please hand it to me as I was still up in the back of my truck he acted like he was doing me some kind of a favor. Brandon you really need to learn customer service and get a personality dude you’re not gonna go far in retail with that attitude. Treat people like he would treat your mother Brandon don’t be a punk

I visited this ace location and was the only customer in the store.If this is an example of a helpful hardware store then Im sticking to Lowes!!!I asked a bearded employee where I could locate spackle..his answer was aisle 15.Really? There was Tracey the cashier (more about her soon) and him. I said well maybe you could walk me to the location, which he did and then pointed to several different containers.I chose my item, approached the cashier Tracey remember. She scanned the item; I inserted my card into the machine; explained that I wished to use it as credit. She stared at me - no answer- I then waited until the machine said to remove my card.I took my purchase NEVER TO RETURN.and I tried to take the survey listed on the receipt....that was a total failure as well.

This Ace Hardware was cleaner and friendlier than the Ace Hardware in Merritt Island. This location had a large selection, and really great deals as well. There were only two staff members, but there was only one customer there when I arrived. This place is great during the evening because the staff is friendly and there is much to enjoy. They also carry Yeti products and green eggs.

An old school hardware store, the kind your grandfather talks about. You need one bolt/nut in some odd size, got it. Looking for a brass bushing or a shaft spacer, check. Need a replacement belt for for old Bessie, done! This is what a hardware store should be.

They fill in the wall RV propane tanks. Its difficult to find a place locally that does this. Francis was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing when filling. Great 👍!

Ace hardware fires employees too easily, dont pay good and expects robot experts. If you get in Mgmt mandatory 50 hrs wk. Ace sucks and super expensive, Go to lowes.

These guys had what we needed to get back on the road!Best estimates are that we have ~500 miles on this wagon. So when we had the wheel fall off on our first day of vacation we knew we had some trouble if we couldnt get it fixed fast.We attempted to MacGyver it but I didnt have high hopes for a long term fix.Thats when I knew I had to get to an Ace Hardware store.The service department here is outstanding! They were able to identify the circular push-on retaining clip that we needed to get that wheel back on the axle. And we were out the door faster than a F1 pit stop!Thank you for saving the day!

Anne was extreamly helpful to my wife and I today. We are vacationing here in Orlando/Kissimmee and we needed a kit to fix our shower in our room. Since maintenance can not figure it out. Always has what you need and staff ready to help if you need

Not as big as Lowes or Home Depot, good for emergency fixup parts (we needed some hardware to assembly a bed), but a bit expensive comparatively probably because its off 192 in the heavy tourist area. If you have to make a major hardware purchase, go further away from the tourist area instead.

Ordered a car key here...got it installed and programmed by them with no hassle. Also, had some good tool for a great price...I will definitely recommend.

Shopped here today and the owner and manager refused to honor the posted price on a power tool. I felt that their horrific business practice warranted a review so I could alert my neighbors.The manager was unpleasant, curt and rude. It’s a matter of principle, of doing the right thing, not about the $11.00 they overcharged me. I recommend shopping elsewhere!Celebration Hardware store is close by and they have a warm and friendly staff and honest business practices.

Went to an Ace for first time, usually go the the big box stores. WOW! What a difference. They have everything you would need in a few small isles. Francis helped me, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Stayed with me for like 25 mins. Bye Bye Big Boxes

It sounds strange but my phone got stuck inside of a speaker this past weekend and I didnt know where to take it. Nick was extremely helpful and tried multiple different tactics to get it out. After over and hour of trial and error, we finally got the phone out and I went on my way free of charge, Thanks again Nick!

Had 4 keys cut. PERFECT. Not like new keys you have to break in, they feel already broken in. No fighting the lock like with most new keys. Great job!

Just called to ask for pricing on a Stihl Chainsaw. This item did not show on their website. Ive been in the store a bunch of times so I knew they were there. Upon calling, I was told that if I wanted any information on the saws Id have to come see for myself. Regardless weather or not you know the information, thats no way to talk to a customer. I was looking to spend a good amount of money in this store today but after that, I wont be going in this store anymore.

I received a $5 gift coupon for my birthday. Rules were to use at least $5 on my purchase, it had to be on non-sale regular priced merchandise, not on certain specifically named brands and items listed on the card, all of which I followed. Was told I could not use it on nuts, bolts and screws because they were non discountable. I have been spending 15 to 30 dollars per month at Ace when I could have gone to Big Box Stores closer to my home and considerably cheaper. In future I will. Ace has lost a steady customer because of its erratic, discriminative pricing policies. Bye Bye Ace.
