The maple leaf was a very quaint, clean and quiet..the rooms are very clean and cozy! This hotel is a great bargain . The manager was very nice helpful and available..its 5 stars because of the value for the money..also has a very clean and well maintained pool and the whole area is very clean..you can tell management puts in the effort to maintain the hotel and property! I will return!

The nastiest, oldest, filthiest place to stay for less than 100 bucks. Great for Halloween parties, only need to buy blue lights and you are all set. Make sure to wear latex gloves or you will get infected by who knows what.

The bathroom door had no door knob, due to the gaping hole that would have supported said knob. Plus other holes on that door. The picture glass in the room had a crack, as if someone had punched it. Like the bathroom door. We had a long drive and needed to stop for a rest. They were the only place with a vacancy at that time. I would only recommend as a very last resort, if you dont want to sleep in your car. Which I would recommend over this place.

We took our kids to Disney World and stayed for 5 days at this hotel. Clean room and reasonable rate. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. We felt more safe here compare to a couple of hotels we went to in the same area. recommended for the families with kids!

This hotel was a life saver as everywhere else was sold out. The hotel is outdated but their staff is amazing! The first room I was given was unacceptable, I told the front desk and they immediately moved my room to a better one that was nicer and cleaner. The biggest issue we had was the door did not have proper locks on it so our toddlers were able to open the door.... So needless to say, we didnt sleep well because of the security issue. But other than that, this hotel was a good choice.

The manager has a lot of be desired no manners and extremely rude to me for I am handy cap I am in a wheelchair rude!

If you are looking for a very nice family atmosphere close to Disney World, with excellent prices look no further. The rooms are clean the staff are outstanding, and its safe with free WiFWi. Ive bought timshares and the family atmosphere here is so nice. They also have all tickets for all the parks. With discounts about half the price they are at the parks gates, with no tours that resorts pressure you for.

Musty smell, roaches, different types of insects in the room, toilet full of hairs from previous guests, beds were stained and smelly worst place ever! Too pricey for such bad quality you don’t need to be fancy but at least clean! A bleach bottle is $1 at most grocery stores!!!!

Room smelled a bit musty but was clean for the most part. Not much provided for amenities like shampoo or conditioner, but was cheap enough to not really matter.

The hotel was clean and fresh, hotel staff was pleasant and helpful,the water pressure could be better and beds were soft if you need a nice place to stay for a few days its not bad its not a hotel you stay for a week in less your on a budget.

Our room was surprisingly great,with these reviews you never know about places, Im inKissimmee a lot for the theme park so Im not going to spend a lot of money just to sleep in a bed, Staff was so friendly, The Room was good, we had no bugs,Clean Bedding, working Fridge and Microwave very cold AC what more do you really need, if you are expecting Hilton accommodations on Motel 6 budget you will always be disappointed in your room, but we enjoyed it and would stay again

Picked up tickets for Disney and Universal that I had purchased on line - the were ready when I arrived. I was also provided with a map of the area and assistance on how to find the next area I wanted to visit.

Worst Motel I stayed in my life, bathroom door didnt close,had holes in the comforter,had missing drawer in chest, towels were dirty,has a small old model TV that was messed up.Stay far from here unless youre homeless or smoke crack.

A lot of dust on the sofa bed that of course I dont even use itSpeaking of the hotel employees at all times they dont take their eyes off you as if you were a criminal.Around 4 in the morning a fight broke out in one of the rooms.
