Such a nice clean store with a variety of updated items!However, extremely rude employee at the register needs more training and etiquette classes. Brings down the whole store.

A store with a little bit of everything. Loved the Coastal/Beach decor items. Limited staff wore masks and were helpful.

Store is fairly small and aisles are narrow. If youre not comfortable in tight spaces, you may not like shopping there. They are well stocked and have competitive pricing. Everyone working was friendly.

I been to this store and the Spanish Short a little chunky manager sorry forgot his name he is the best for this store he all out For his customers he need a little help in the store but he Deserves to be paid more money because of all the help and he does for his customers and I always see him none stop doing stuff he is the best need to have more Employees like him for your store

The isles are always blocked so if your in a wheelchair its not a place you can go to. Only good thing about this dollar general is that youll always find what youre looking for. And the cashier line is EXTREMELY SLOW

The people are all super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and as organized as it can be with the amount of products they have.

Great store for quick stop shopping. They have recently remodeled and brought in more refrigerator and freezer foods, home decor and more. This is the dollar general located on Michigan Ave in Kissimmee! New management and employees too.

The Dollar General brand is very good, and the price is great.

They dont emphasize on face covering and if I would go shopping again I would want to feel safe there

Worst experience. Cashier ignored my question regarding sales/current promotions. Supervisor complained about having to remove said items. Cashier was incompetant and tried to tell me I would need to purchase everything to see if discounts were applied dispite my knowing that was not the case... I rather pay the extra at walmart amazon ot anywhere else then shop here again.

Able to find products i went to get without a problem

Went 20 minutes before closing time. I went needing 2 things and came out with a grocery cart. 🙂 Even though I got distracted looking at stuff they were very nice about it.

My family and I have been shopping there for years! Love to shop there and such great employees that I have became friends with. I am a regular there and let me tell you that ever since they went under new management, the store looks horrible, dirty, products in the middle of aisles, and some friends who have left there. Also, things that I always bought there, I cant find anymore. So therefore, I have no choice but to shop elsewhere. Very disappointed. Need new management ASAP!!

OMG. First time visiting this location. Messy! Dirty! Empty shelves. Stuff all over the floor. Stock in huge boxes blocking the isles. Nope. Wont be back there. Yuck!!

I am absolutely shocked at the incredible savings and low pricing on these products. This was my 3rd or 4th time going to a dollar general in my life time. Everything I needed was right here. No large crowds, no long lines, AND EVERY single employee I came across or passed in the isles eithervsaid hello to me or asked if they could help me find an items. BRAVO, dollar general, you guys do it right!!!!You have become my go to place from now on.

I selected an item that was not priced (because I needed it), tried looking for the pricing myself but was not successful. Decided to take it to the cash register since at other places they have been able to do a price check on it that way. To my surprise the gentleman at the register says he is not able to do the price check, I asked can you ring it and cancel the item then if anything? He replied No, I could get in trouble. I decided to leave the items and purchase them elsewhere. I dont necessary blame the gentleman at the register and felt that maybe those higher than him are either not doing a good job at training their staff or maybe something worst is going on. Another thing was that their register froze when they were checking out another item, so either they need to upgrade their systems or have someone from corporate help them out. Not sure what is going on with this specific location but it seems that each time I go there is some kind of issue going on. I really hope that this store becomes more efficient and provides better service. Until I see changes I will be spending my money elsewhere. I want to make it clear that the problem was not with the people (they have all been sweet to me) but with their store policy/way of handling customer issues, although if you think about it if the item would have been priced in the first place all of this could have been avoided.

Dollar General Im bought my Christmas bobster Mi ornament for Christmas. She have a we had a wide selection of stuff that uses on and to have toys to pick up for your grandkids lots of accessories to Dish Detergent tissue paper towels cups dog food cat food disable pure their wine and hell assessories youd be amazed go to General Dollar.

When i need something fast, this is my go- to-store. Bread, deoderant, coffee, birthday cards, shorts, milk, anything I may need, they are most likely to carry it!

Managers are lackadaisical customer service is horrible. Finally got to the register not even a hello no total given for my order or the change I received. The store looks like a bomb went off in it. Such a mess Ive never seen it this bad in there Ive been coming to the same one for over 4 yrs.

One of my favorite stores you find everything you need really quick and you cant beat the price.

Its a little bit small. Doesnt have that much variety like other Dollar General stores. I visited the store during a black Friday day and the store didnt look organize. I was looking to buy toys that were on buy one get one 75% off. This store have more toys to chose from that other stores.

I came in sunday the 27 of January, The black skinny guy with the tight tiny dreads was completely rude to me. I asked where the air freshener was. He replied, where else? It’s in the air fresheners isle. I look at him like, and where the neck is it smarty pants. !!! He looks like he hates his job. He’s very rude to people. Not the first time.
