The Area itself with the parking is a bit of an eyesore with all the bums that use the area as there own resort, The majority of the staff are fairly nice except for this one store Manager or supervisor always has an expression on her face like she hates life and everyone in it. The store itself always appears to be well kept for the most part.

This was my second visit in as many days ! Amazing as I dont find Family Dollar one of my favorite places to shop because its soo congested. However, I was in a panic about having enough toilet tissue during this second surge of Covid-19. On my first visit, I found a ton of Angel Soft tissue. I bought two 24-packs. On today, I bought two more. I also bought a 2 value pack of Colgate Optic White. The price was cheap-$3.75 BUT the quantity is just 3.2oz 😢 I looked at various brands and noted the consistently smaller amounts contained therein. The big box and other stores offer a greater range of sizes. I found the staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful.Ill return but probably wont find any Angel Soft until 2021.😭

Very unorganized but most working here are nice and considerate. Other than yesterday I walked in with a friend and was immediately followed and watched like I was going to rob them. Was asked if I needed help, when I told what I was looking at the guy acted like he knew something and yet didnt even know what flex-seal was. Thought it was paint.

The store has gone through some renovation. I fell bad for the employees because the family dollar floor plans are so awkward. Truck day, dont expect to get through the aisles well. Mostly 1 employee at the register and the line gets backed up.3 stars for the store.5 stars for Alfonso. He is so professional and polite. A young man that values his job and his ability to multi task is nice to witness. He will go a long way!

As a customer you should never be told you have to go a cross the street to Wawa to use there restrooms when you clearly have a working restroom available. The representative Angel was very rude and very unprofessional. I’m very displeased and family dollar just lost a sale. I’m never shopping here again

Store isles are always cluttered. No employees wearing face mask..just standing around talking. So, I had to wait until the personal conversation about her kids father was over to get checked out. Rude behavior, too many homeless people loitering outside.

Just went to family dollar this morning. I usually never have a complaint but the cashier Barbara was extremely rude. I said good morning, she said nothing, she wouldn’t even look me in my face. Once I made my payment she threw the receipt on the counter at me. I said have a nice day I guess. When you are in a customer service position you are the face of the company. Truly disappointed. I will be taking this further.

Low prices. Friendly staff. Good place to pick up quick items. Name brand and very competitive prices.

This location is so clean and organized things on the shelfs. The staff is friendly. I would give it a a 5 star but the cashier seems to not wanna work. I didnt look at her name, but she was like had a long day and it was only around 2:30 pm on Sunday afternoon on 1/13/2019.

The store was a little disappointing. I expected more reasonable prices. I compared prices of trash bags to other stores and found other establishments to be cheaper. What was really discouraging was the amount of transient and homeless loitering was allowed to take place. I will not be frequenting this Family Dollar unless it is an absolute necessity.

I have to say this has been the worst experience I ever had with a retail store. Back on 9/26/2016 I bought two gift cards for my clients. I found two months later that gifts cards did not work since clients did not tried to used them until after two months. I went to store and manager gave me 1800 #. I called the 1800 number some time on november and the representative that I spoke to was rude and did not want to help me and said I need a receipt. At the time I had the gift cards and proof of purchase from my bank.I then called back there on the month of December in hopes to find some that could help me. The representative at least research and found receipts and found out that my visa gift cards were loaded incorrectly. The were showing up like an Applebees card. They representative stated that the regional manager would call me back. I waited over a month for their phone call no one called me back. I tried calling several times and they said the regional manager should be contacting me. I am very upset that I was embarrassed by two of my best clients being sold a 2 Visa cards which were not loaded correctly. I am really upset and just wished they will refund me $100 that my clients can not use.

Tall white skinny guy that works at the cashier is rude, disrespectful and he must have a problem with Hispanics. Hes the definition of white trash. Definitely a terrible store with him there.

Family Dollar is a good store to shop and I love Family Dollars the people is friendly and nice sometimes but so far its good Im pleased with Family Dollar is the best store that yall could ever make the open for the city of Florida

Staff is professional and helpful, store is clean, sometimes things are out of stock but they always try to have everything in stock.

This store has gone to hell in a handbag!!! The manager is a very nice guy, hes helpful, he does all the stocking and organising shelves & isles. There is a male cashier thats nice and does his job but the female cashiers are rude lazy slopy filthy and has no intelligents. Never returning
