Such a fun ice cream treat stand! The building shape was awesomely retro! Prices were reasonable and the amount of ice cream was generous. They had interesting combinations of shakes, cones, and other cool treats. Smiles and thumbs all around!

Every time I travel to Kissimmee I say Im going to go to Twistees, finally I did. Two days in a row, the ice cream was so good especially in this hot summer weather. Day 1 I had the classic chipwich; it was loaded with vanilla ice cream. Day 2 I had to try the iconic fancy Oreo cone with vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate. It was delicioso. Im ready to try a variety of flavor combinations!

Best spots for all kinda of ice cream or shake or sandae. Pretty big just for 2sth. Come they have 4 size from small middle large and really tallllll cake. So good for summer in Florida.You must pass by.

You see these cones all over Orlando / Kissimmee. Great place to stop for a frozen treat. Lots of choices in soft serve ice cream or slushes. Cant make up your mind? Have a slushy with ice cream in it called a freeze. Or, Ice cream in a waffle taco shell instead of a cone. It all tastes great.

Fun little place to stop and reasonable prices! Was able to get something for everyone in our family of 7 for around $24. Big selection with a variety of items. Easy to find, good location.Keep in mind its all soft serve, though. No hand dipped ice cream and I personally prefer hand dipped. There was outdoor seating and even live music playing in the parking lot next door. Basically a guy doing karaoke. Not sure if that would bother some people but we enjoyed it!

We always have Amaretto Ice cream at the locations that carries this wonderful flavor. We were told at this location that the company will eliminate many flavors to speed up the drive thru time! We left and they lost 6 customers that night. I told the rest of my family and sadly they lost 17 customers, we told some friends and they will loose a few more. Overall as a big family they lost a faithful weekly trip. I dont see this company succeeding in the near future and with my management experience I give this company another 5 years maybe less and they will be closing its doors. Sad to see how simple changes can destroy a corporation. Hopefully theyre not planing to carry just vanilla, chocolate and strawberry because that will reduce their lifespan, so boring!!!!

Ice cream is great, prices are wonderful. Favorite place to get the family out. Saturday nights are usually packed.

Twistee Treat ice cream shop is shaped like a soft-serve cone. On our way back from the coast, we stopped by and grabbed some cones or cups of soft serve to go for the seven of us. The staff was courteous and did a good job helping us. Oh, that is a small cone in the picture!

As I arrived at this location I believed it to be a novelty gag as its location is literally an ice cream cone, but that couldnt be farther from the truth. The service was a bit slow at times, but the actual product was to die for. It balanced something that was equally sweet, and creamy without overdoing either. It was a great experience overall!

The ice cream was creamy and delicious. They had a variety choices cold deserts. The prices are very reasonable. They only bad thing was the wait in line but it was well worth it.

The soft serve is always rich, yet velvety. Just an fyi... If you have a sweet tooth, but dont want leftovers or waste, dont get anything bigger than the kiddie cup!! That was PLENTY!!!

I go to this twisty treat all the time and am met with wonderful customer service. Today however, was very different. I had two orders, one for myself and one for my daughter and so after receiving my order the Indian lady locked the door. She came back out and all I said was “I have another order” I spoke in a normal and nice tone. She said,” yeh, I know.” Very rude. She then gives it to me and I said “ma’am all I said was I had another order” and she said,”you looked shocked”. I don’t know what she meant by that. But I said,”I’m a mom and it’s hot outside ? I am tired” She replies rudely,”I’m tired too” I said,” ma’am what’s all this for ?” Mouth for mouth rudeness and it made no sense. She had me frazzled bc I’m not used to that and my ice cream fell down in my car. I hope twisty treat at this location gives some sort of advice on how to speak to people properly.

Used to love this place until today! Both my coconut ice cream cone and husbands coconut milkshake tasted like CHEMICALS!!!! Gross. Not sure what you guys changed but go back to your old ways until then never again!

Came a half hour before they closed. The employees were inside with door locked and the open sign on pretending they were open.

Weve been to several Twistee Treat locations in the area. Usually its pretty quick and good. At this location we had to wait about 20 minutes for our order to be completed. The girl at the window was nice. The problem seems to be they are understaffed. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth this time. Disappointed.

Social time amongst employees is more important than paying customers. Backs turned to the windows so you have wait for them to be ready to help you. Or even notice that you’re even standing there.

If staying in the area, you pretty much have to stop by this place just to say you went to the place that looks like a big soft-serve ice cream cone. The Waffle cone taco shells are clever and worth trying out!

We are in the area and thought we would try this place for an ice cream. You really must try their banana split, very good soft serve ice cream. I have also tried a strawberry sundae and a large cup of black berry ice cream. Looking forward to my next visit. What will I have the next time, too many choices.

Worst of all the locations in Orlando. Youll wait far too long because the employees are on their cell phones...for them to serve you a something that might taste good but is half melted looks like complete slop.

The ice cream from here is always really good, and the girl who took our order was very nice and very helpful. The prices are a bit high compared to dairy queen and other ice cream places, but the quality of the ice cream is good. I will definitely recommend this place for family outings or date nights.

Tried to go to this place but they let me sit at the drive thru for mins so I pulled up to the window still no service so I went to wendys for a frosty. While eating it in the parking lot other did the drive thru try with no service then someone walked up and they are open just not the drive thru

Workers were too busy having social hour to take care of the waiting guests. Simple tasks were too much for them to comprehend.

It was a hot summer day, our van was overheating and our kiddos requested ice cream. Like a twistee treat from up above, there it was right when we needed to stop! The chocolate milk shake was amazing... the best Ive ever had. Kids loved their ice cream cups. Worth the price, worth the wait for the made to order service. We made memories that will last a lifetime!
