Ever tried liquid nitrogen ice cream? If you have not you have to give this spot a try. You get to chose your preferred flavored base. Then chose the toppings you want. And then the magic happens. They pour liquid nitrogen into the bowl and mix the ingredients to create a delicious treat!! One of my go to places when Im in the mood for ice cream.

My cousin took me while visiting the state. I really thought this was a unique spot . They make ice cream with dry ice . Youre able to see the process. They have gluten free . You choose a base and then 3 toppings . I choose red velvet cheesecake with walnuts. Very delicious. They have a bounce house so kids with the sugar high can get it out I assume. Would definitely recommend.

I Love bringing my kids here, parking is on the side of the building, they make ice cream with hydrogen, have alot of options to pick from. They carry food and heard there cheese steak is really good. They also have a bouncy house free of charge for the kids to enjoy after eating there ice cream with a signed parent waiver.

The place isnt fancy at all. But the customer service is amazing! Gigi took care of us. She was patient and gave great recommendations. The mix-ins really make the Ice cream tasty. Its definitely worth the visit. We will be back!!

We visited Abracadabra earlier this week on a weekday afternoon to try it out. This is an open air building with outdoor seating. The ice cream is mixed and nitrogen froze after you order it. We ordered a small pumpkin pie ice cream with pecans and graham crackers and a peanut butter cup ice cream. They mix the ice cream right in front of you. We ordered small sizes and really each was large enough to share. The flavors and texture was really nice and we enjoyed them. Since we are still in a pandemic we took them to go and enjoyed them in our car with the AC on.They have a fairly extensive ice cream menu and have a decent sized food menu as well. This was a fun experience and we recommend visiting if you are in the area. There is limited street parking and we have seen the line stretch out of the building on weekends.

The strawberry shortcake was absolutely delicious. The only strange thing about it: it tasted better after I let it sit for a little while. But its probably due to how fresh the ice cream is. No big deal. Definitely will be coming back!

Super good literally one of the best ice cream shops Ive been to in Orlando they have so many different options of ice cream and tons of different tossins and flavors to choose from!! Its literally an experience in itself I had such a good time especially my kid who enjoyed the bounce house

I am so disgusted with this place. I have come here several times before and order the same thing every time. A funky monkey small with fudge caramel and Reese’s bits. As normal I put the order in and the man at the counter legit fat shamed me for my order and was like wow that’s a lot for an ice cream. I felt completely humiliated and cancelled my order and left. This is truly disgusting behavior coming from such a what used to be awesome place. DO BETTER!!!

A very different way to prepare your fresh ice cream. You start by choosing your flavor, then the add in toppings. They take fresh cream mixture (liquid) and add your toppings in a bowl, next they add in a small amount if liquid nitrogen (-320 degrees Fahrenheit {-196 Celsius}). It is a stirred and mixed and the mixture freezes in just a few seconds with a cloud forming as it is mixed. The nitrogen is poured off and you have a fresh frozen ice cream treat. I was standing in amazement, and did not think to record it. Next time I will get a video and add to the review. There are bounce houses for the kids and food items too (pizza, burgers and fries...). An more entertaining process than the cold surface preparation places.

This is such a great place to visit! We brought our kids while on vacation and they had a blast. They have awesome prices and a large variety to choose from. They make the ice-cream with nitrogen and do it right in front of you! There are also several bounce houses for the kids to jump on and they have some arcade games as well. We will make this a tradition for when we come back in town!

Fun place if you have kids, they have playhouses and a few arcade games, the ice cream i liked they had sugar free, i would recommend the sugar free banana and peanut butter

Great place... Ice cream were very good. Pizza was ok, but good for an ice cream place. Kids had a good time in the bouncy houses. Ice cream is made to order so take some time but is worth it. Is a small place so it can get crowded.

While on vacation this place popped up while looking for ice cream nearby. I was glad I went to it twice and both times I had a good experience. The ice creams were delicious and very satisfying. The kids also enjoyed the bounce houses they had set up in the back which were free for kids with the purchase of their ice creams just make sure the kids have socks to be allowed to play in them. The only complain that I can think of and its not really their fault were the darn mosquitoes the first time we went which was at night around 830pm. The mosquitoes were a little unbearable so as soon as we finished our ice creams we left. We came back on the last day of our vacations and took ice cream to go and enjoy on our way back home to PA. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ice cream and I will definitely be visiting this place on future Florida vacations.

What to say about Abracadabra Ice Cream Factory??It is such a great location to showcase a different take on ice cream, right in Old Town Kissimmee.They have several options for the base, like regular milk, lactose free and sugar free.The combinations are great and you can build your own or pretty much modify the existing ones.I would suggest to get more fans to repel the mosquitoes away because its all open, but its good that they arent contributing to global warming by using AC.The bathroom is squeaky clean.Most go in Central FL!

Great customer service the kids have bouncing castles at the back and are allowed upto 1 hour. Food is great as well.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable as he and exceptionally patient as he helped my grand children pick their flavors.The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bounce houses until the tall hispanic man came out letting us know the kids needed socks. (Understandably, and we had no issue purchasing socks inside)When my curious 7 year old grandson asked why socks were required.He sarcastically replied; Oh I dunno know, maybe for sanitary reasons, I don’t make the rules, I only work here and enforce them. Then he goes on and says, you know you really should all have mask on as well! My daughter and myself WERE wearing mask!Really? Children are excluded from wearing mask and in this heat I wouldn’t even consider them wearing a mask in the bounce house.It wasn’t what he said, but how he said it.As he continued to bring food orders out to various tables, not once did he tell any other child, nor their parent that their kids needed socks!We were the only white family.My daughter drove from South Palm Bay, FL to bring the children to Abracadabra.We won’t be returning or recommending this facility.

I love the selection. I ordered a milkshake and fries. Milkshake was great and fries had a nice taste! There was also a huge bouncy area. In the back of the establishment for kids to play in. Super cool!

Cool ice cream place with tasty ice cream. The fruit flavors come with bits of fruit! They make the ice cream in front of you by flash-freezing it with liquid nitrogen, which is fun to watch. Their music choices are cool, and their arcade has Tekken 5 and Crusin, along with Ms. Pacman and Gallaga.

Our waitress was great, however cleanliness was a factor and food was cold. No one at the front to great you. Waited 5 minutes before being noticed.

It was our first time there and I will say we would definitely be back not only was the staff super friendly but the food was awesome... And that cheesesteak 🤤 wow its been such a long time since Ive had a cheesestake and this one was very well seasoned the bread was nice and warm and it had just the right amount of melted cheese 🥰

The ice cream are made directly in front of you and you get to choose the toppings or the flavors that you want. The staff were very accommodating and polite. The Manager has an awesome personality. Its a cool way to serve ice cream but it tends to take a lil time so be prepared to wait. The prices are reasonable. However the flavor of the ice cream falls a little short from traditional ice cream.

Cool little local ice cream shop!! They serve liquid nitrogen ice cream here which is super cool to watch as they make it. They serve pizza as well which looked ok at best, so the main attraction is definitely the ice cream!! The portions and prices are great so its well worth the $3-$5 bucks you pay. If you have small kids they have a small arcade up front and bounce houses out back. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly as we ordered our ice cream. Cool place! Well for sure be back!!

We were there as a group of seven to order ice cream, and it was pretty busy but there wasn’t really an established line. We were in whatever line there was and waiting to go next, right up against the counter, and we were being ignored by one of the workers who was messing around with the bowls and stuff, and he had not even acknowledged us at all. So we were still waiting to get served, one of the guys making the ice cream, called up the group behind us. We were still waiting for the guy who ignored us to acknowledge us and he never did so we left and went to culver’s instead and had a great time and great ice cream.

Best icecream ever, pizza was ok. Fair prices, good atmosphere, clean dinning area, large variety, good place for the family and friends. Friendly and fast service. I will recommend this place. Love it

My family and I use to come often to abracadabra. The last time we being here was over a year ago before the covid pandemic. Finally, my wife and I went back to enjoy the delicious handmade ice cream, but what a disappointment. The server took less than a minute to prepare it, when the server is done pouring in the cup the ice cream looks like frozen chunks in a cup. As we walked out the frozen chunks started to fall from the cup, we when to our car to enjoy it but we had to go back because the flavor was not as we expected. Back in the store we talked to the server we explained what is happening but he careless about how my wife felt about her ice cream he says the garbage can is over there 😯. Not good. No advocacy for customer service nor making sure to keep the customers happy. After this, we do not have plans to go back any time soon.

Soooo happy I found this place ! I’ve lived in Orlando for 20yrs and never knew of this place ! Anyways you will not be disappointed! Service was quick and fun to watch, endless options! Honestly the best ice cream I’ve had in a while! Only thing is, there isn’t really a Togo on this ice cream, it’s best enjoyed right on the spot, which isn’t a real problem :)
