The store is great ive been a customer for a long time i always go to order ice cream and some products with my son however i pray for the love of god i love this store and i dont want to stop going shopping there because of what is outside when i ask for my order with my car does not have the coverage to protect i have seen several other customers also give up ordering i know i can order directly at the window but this is a nuisance it is an inconvenience we are often used to ordering through the phone outside and when it rains its terrible good please put yourself in a penthouse I will be very satisfied and happy thank you very much

This was our first visit to Twistee Treat and it wont be our last. Ice cream was very good - huge portions and very affordable (about $3 per item). My daughter and I got the brownie sundae and my mom got the hot fudge sundae. Big portions! The girls at the window are also working hard. Kudos to them!

Another excellent and delicious Twistee Treat! I love their soft serve, I love the toppings. It honestly reminds me of summer weekends as a child. The nostalgia factor alone is worthwhile.

I don’t know what has been going on with this Twistee Treat lately but every single time we have gone recently, something in our order has been wrong. Whether it is the flavor of one of the ice cream orders or the entire type (cup/cone/twirl) of the ice cream in general, they have to remake it or they get in an argument with us saying that it’s right. And after they argue with us and give unprofessional attitude, they slam the window closed. This would be avoided if they just owned up to their mistakes, right? It’s disheartening because we love going to this Twistee Treat but I don’t know, the past few months, the employees now are rude, a bit incompetent, and really put a damper on our moods. We just wanted to go out for ice cream, not get in an argument about… ice cream.

This is my first time trying twistee treat, ever since I arrived to Kissimmee and I saw the big cone I wanted to try it out. And happy to say it did not disappoint the staff were friendly and the treats we got were delicious.

They are friendly and nice but have yet to get an order correct. Yesterday, I ordered two items but the voice over the mic confirmed one item but poorly combined the two item. A banana split no nuts and a small vanilla/chocolate swirl cup with the cherry hard cover. When first confirmed the voice replied a banana split with chocolate/vanilla swirl and hard cherry topping.I correct and repeated two additional times 2 items and explained the banana split with the three flavors chocolate/vanilla/strawberry no nuts and a seperate swirl with the hard cherry top. At Carvel it was called a bonnet.What we got was a banana split with the three flavors of ice cream and the cherry bonnet, only. I was not charged for the cup and they did offer to redo the split and sell me the cup but we decided to share the split.The time before my daughter ordered a cone with nuts and I had to go back to get them to put nuts on the ice cream. They did remake the cone. I did not check the receipt to verify if they added the nuts or not.There is not true language barrier other than my Noth-east regional English v their Floridian English but obviously I have a failure communicating with them. Maybe it is the accent or speed of speech.

Every single time I get ice cream, I spend 30 mins at the window waiting for my ice cream or milk shake. Today I came to get a milk shake, there was NO one ordering anything and it still took the girls 30 mins to give me my milk shake.

I don’t usually ever leave reviews but the ice cream here is SO GOOD and the price is actually reasonable like a medium is only like 4 bucks but you get a good portion love the ice cream definitely recommend 10/10

My husband and I enjoy an evening ice cream treat. We really like the options coupled with great prices. Unfortunately, this location was very slow. We waited in line several minutes. They appeared to be under staffed.

Update 2/4/18- so I tried again since I was picking up pizza next door. For the price, you can get an actual filled cup at DQ. Complete ripoff.6$ for this is a joke. I stop at this same location once every few months and something has changed. A large used to be in a styrofoam cup, now it is basically a medium. On top of this, I confirmed twice that my other order was a shake. I was given a cup of ice cream. Don’t waste your time.

I had a horrible experience- the server Joanne charged me for a large milkshake and gave me a small. Joanne was very unprofessional and rude when I corrected her and didn’t give me my receipt. Wonderful place but with employees like Joanne it makes it a horrible experience.

Found this little ice cream spot while driving around town, and I must say not only was it the best customer service the ice cream and shakes were probably the best my family and I have ever had. Tasty ice cream. Lots of flavors. Perfect to have right after La Granja next door! Only saw outdoor seating. But it was clean and in good condition.

Been waiting in drive thru and I was told to hold on until the next customer was finished the customer left and nobody came back to the speaker. I came up to the window and nobody is here. I literally sat here for 20 minutes to not get my ice cream 👎🏽 It’s 3:26 and I know you guys are open.

Ice cream is good but charging an extra $1 for hot fudge on a sundae is outrageous. Sundae should come with it. Every ice cream shop always included fudge on sundaes. Other then that its good soft serve.

Absolutely terrible service. drivethru line was unacceptably long and when i finally got to order, the speaker was very rude. they were very unsanitary by not wearing gloves & had their masks not properly covering their faces. i love twistee treat but i definitely will never come back to this one :)

Twistee Treat has really great sundaes and actually has an option of no sugar added or frozen yogurt which are both very tasty options. On my latest visit the drive-thru was a long wait.

The worst experience with ice cream I have ever had. The wait was about 1/2 hour wait to drive thru and get the incorrect order. The staff was rude from the speaker all the way to the window. They never give you any napkins.So I suggest you go to Dairy Queen much better service.

From out of town and loved the facade. Ice cream was delicious and we could let the kids run around during the wait.

The drive threw wait is unacceptable, i waited for about 20 mins and then when i finally could order they were super rude and impatient. THEN they messed up my order, and they handed my icecream to me messy and without gloves. horrible service.

Showed up with the grandkids to a empty building but google says that they are open. Well they are not. But the doors are wide open for you to walk in but no body is there.

Horrible place, Horrible staff ...Last time My husband parked in the closest parking spot which is for disabled because we had a new born and I couldn’t walk much. He stayed in the car with the baby. Well the cold hearted employee said he wouldn’t sell me any ice cream until I moved my car...we left and will never come back even if this is the last ice cream shop in the world.
