We were on vacation 1,600 miles from home when we were involved in a car accident. Back in December 2020 my family and I drove down to Orlando from NYC for 2 weeks for the holidays and on my 2nd day there unfortunately we was involved in a car accident and my vehicle wasn’t drivable. I didn’t know what to do. I did some research online and ran across this repair facility. I’m very picky with my vehicles and who I trust working on them. After reading some reviews I decided to go by and take a look for myself. I met a gentleman by the name of Alex and he reassured me that he’d get me my vehicle back on time before our trip was over and that I would be happy with the repairs. Must I say he met every single expectation plus more. Everyone was so friendly during the entire experience and kept me updated every step of the way. 5 months later and the my vehicle still looks like it was painted yesterday. I really wish these guys was located in NYC I would be using them as recommending everyone. The one thing I worried about was, Is the paint going to differ from the original paint job? 🤔 But they assured me it would be done right. They did an amazing job & I couldnt tell the difference between the old paint & the new paint. My car looks brand new as if I just got it from the dealer. They took care of everything, prompt on getting back to me & I had little to no worries after the whole paint issue. Nothing but professionalism. Id refer them to anyone that needs work done. Great service best in town

I was involved in a rear end collision on July 9, 2020. Starling Chevrolet recommended I take my vehicle to Allstar Collision. I am so grateful to have found this company. They worked with me from the day I had the accident to the final repair of my vehicle. They made the contact with the insurance company a breeze. When I saw my car after the repairs, I was beyond pleased. The car was a newer car and you could not tell that it was even involved in an accident. Worse paint job ever wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I brought my truck in, it had been side swiped and the whole passenger from the front to back including rim were damaged. They worked on my truck for 3 weeks and the results were amazing. They took no short cuts. The paint job looks like the original factory finish. Everything is perfect. And on top of that the detailed the truck inside and out. I highly recommend this place. There customer service was amazing and they consistently checked in with me to give me updates. They have my business for life!

I was visiting the area from over 1000 miles from home and did a bit of damage to my husbands truck. Alex got me in immediately but was first concerned to know if I was ok. I’ve been watching this shop for some time and looking at some of the cars they’ve painted. We recently had a hail storm and my cars got damaged. I decided to give them a chance. Alex, (GM) explained to me the process and accepted the Jeep. I asked him to also do some cosmetic work along with the repair. They took a little longer than I expected, but the reason was that they had to fix a minor issue and they would not quit until it was “perfect”!I’m very happy with the outcome! See for yourself!

It was last month when I was stranded on US 1792 John Young Parkway almost at the Dunkin’ Donuts joint with my car unable to continue moving forward because my wheel was on the verge of popping off. Then this random guy helped me and got his tow truck to tow my car over to his family’s business shop. He was kind and understanding. A complete stranger by the way. Already knew customer service was golden. After all of the insurance bullcrap, I came back after alittle while to pick up my Camry. It was fully repaired. It was damaged quite a bit cuz of the Loose wheel. Messed up bumper, lost paint, nudges were gone. But now it is fully repaired. Nicely cleaned and ready to go. Thank you allstar collision.
