Anthony really took the time to listen to us and took an exorbitant amount of time explaining the process and next steps. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. Anthony advised that he would keep us informed of their progress and he did just that....we received detailed daily updates which was greatly appreciated. The repairs were completed a week earlier than projected and we are very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend!

Poor communication. Issues receiving my rental car (your systems made a reservation at the wrong Enterprise location.. waited over an hour and a half til I had my car... not a priority for anyone). I had to call daily for an update, you guys said it would be ready in 2 days but never told me that it would not be ready in time. I was told to pickup at 4:30, but it wasnt ready until 5pm. So I had to wait (again). I received my car back.. and noticed there are areas of the bumper that are not silver, not sure if it wasnt painted right or if it chipped. Not happy and would not recommend!

This isnt my first visit and probably wont be my last. I take pride in maintaining my vehicles and whenever any one of them gets a boo-boo, I go straight to Caliber to have it restored to new. Theyve NEVER failed me in the past and I know theyll be there for me again in the future. THANK YOU!!!

I’m very dissatisfied with my experience here, it’s been over a month since i handed in my car to caliber collision! many mistakes and no reason to have my car that long. i was updated 3 times in a row that my car was in the paint booth. it doesn’t take an entire week to paint a few body panels. i arrived at 8am to “pick up” my vehicle, it was “ready” and didn’t receive my vehicle until an entire hour later. they told me they washed the car and in that hour and when i went to see my vehicle it was not washed. upon receiving my vehicle, my interior door handle was destroyed. as well as my interior door handle, my wheel was “repaired” and when i drove off the entire wheel would wobble and drive with a very bad alignment. they tried to tell me it was fine meanwhile the rim was bent. i brought the car back within 30 minutes of receiving it to get the door handle and wheel replaced. they currently have my vehicle because they ordered the wrong wheel. the people there spoke to me as if i know about my car or cars in general!

A was lightly rear-ended, but enough damage was done to need the rear bumper replaced. Caliber Collision got my car in the shop and repaired within 48 hours of the time I dropped it off, which I think is a solid time of completion considering the spectacular job they did on the car. I feel like my car was handled with care, and all of the staff were friendly and informative and made me feel like I was in good hands.Hope you never have an accident, but if you do, I recommend this place!

My 2020 Santa Fe had a large scrape damaging the passenger side front fender with additional damage to the grille and wheel. The people at Caliper Collision worked their magic and the car looks brand new again. The price was fair, the work was professional, and the car was delivered on time. I’ll never use this company again and I highly recommend against anyone using them. The quality of the repair was poor. The front bumper is not fully secured and my fog lights which never gave me issues are not working anymore. It took them over a month to “complete”. My car is still missing some exterior trim parts that they say have been back ordered now 3 months later but I see them on eBay and other websites “available today”. They broke the button to my hand break and shift knob somehow. I’ve consistently called them every other week to follow up but they don’t return calls. When I did get a hold of someone the service advisor just runs me around. All around bad experience. I’ve given up and just accepted my car will not be fully restored to its original condition. Stay away!

Total overpriced went to another place & got a $850 quote when at caliber I got a over $2,500 quote. This place is just trying to take money from your insurance company theyre not the place to go when you need to do it yourself. Go to A1 auto repair on michigan ave kissimmee instead!!! I went there & they did an exceptional job!!!

Their way or no way. Did not know lower price if you go thru your car insurance with claim versus self pay. About 3 times more as self pay, and they want you to pay your deductible to them (Caliber) up front . Wow.

I waitedv to be acknowledged. So I called the number after the employees in the room across from the receptionist desk watched. One of them answered the phone. Asked if I wanted to bring my car in after I said I was there for an estimate. I told him I was in the lobby in front of him. He asked was the receptionist there. After I said no thats why I am calling from your lobby. He came to the front when I was about to just walk out only to laugh with his coworker and say he couldnt help. Appointment only.The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. I barely made it in I shouldve turned around. If I was rude and had been standing there for a second only their behavior still will not be justifiably.

After an awful experience crashing our family car we brought our vehicle in to Caliber for repairs. The staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, and addressed all our concerns. The representative that helped us, Johan, was extremely knowledgeable. empathetic,and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Im a single mom so this really put a wrench in my entire routine. He assured me he would make my vehicle a priority. We were kept up to date on everything and although the car was in and out quickly, which was a PLUS, I felt confident that our family vehicle was safe and ready for me and my kids again.Totally recommend this place!

I used Caliber for my insurance claim after someone ran over the whole driver side of the vehicle bumper to bumper. Upon my conclusion of the repairs and the vehicle was return to me, I noticed that the driver side mirror was hanging lower than the passenger side and the hood and A pillar area wasnt aligned properly with some small area on hood and pillar void of paint. Also the engine bay area and interior dashboard was covered in dust and sand. I will now have to clean and detail both areas and change the air filter and cabin filter. Caliber representative reassured me that any corrections on the repair will be done for free and to bring it back. The customer service was great.. no issues there, I just wished the quality control of the repairs was better so I wouldnt have to keep bringing the vehicle back for corrections. Over all I will give it an average 3 out of 5 stars because of the excessive sand and dust in the vehicle/ engine bay, and most importantly, the lost of valuable time (and out of pocket money for filter replacements) bringing back the vehicle for corrections that in my opinion couldve and shouldve been prevented.

First time needing a collision place and Im super thankful that I ended up at this location. Anthony was amazing at keeping me informed by text, email, and/or phone. The workmanship was done very professionally and the follow up was beyond what I expected. AND they give warranty on their work and parts. Caliber Collision and Anthony are highly recommended.

This location does awesome work. Caliber Collision on Osceola Parkway was formerly know as All Pro Collision. Today I stopped down and talked to Bruce after my father left his garage door opener in a rental car. 70% of the people that work there are from the old company. So far this is the 4th vehicle that I have known about or owned personally and they are AWESOME. As a matter of fact they only had this car a little over a week and it looks brand new. Their representative Johan Hernandez from the Kissimmee office was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even return my calls. My son went in to get an estimate and he came out took some pictures and said he would get back to my son. He never did. I called State Farm and when State Farm reached out to Caliber there wasn’t any information regarding my son’s car. When my son called back for the 3rd time the only thing Johan cared about was whether or not we were going to do the work there. How the hell is anyone going to make that decision without knowing the cost since we were paying half. No integrity because whether or not we do work there should have no bearing on the ESTIMATE!!!

They quoted me a proce for the work needing to be done. Although it took an extra while to get the car done, well the hurricane came then they needed to repaint something that went wrong, the car looked brand new when I picked it up. I needed the hood, roof, and trunk painted. Ali was great and kept me informed, theyre work is warranted and they did a great job!!!

This location/company was recommended to me after my car was damaged in an accident. Although the estimate was 7-10 days repair time by both the insurance company and Caliber Collision, the actual repair was one week (after 2 technicians were placed on the job)! I was kept informed at all times during the repair process, Jordan at the front desk was very polite, and the representative/advisor assigned to my car, Anthony, was the epitome of friendliness, professionalism, and helpful in every way possible! My car was presented to me in a fantastic condition and I would/will recommend Caliber Collision now and in the future!

Calilber Collision Kissimmee has done all of the body work for my family for the past 4 years. The customer service is superb and the quality of the work is the best any of us have ever experienced. Ive never delt with a less professional business. They pushed back the date of completion 8 times, sometimes not calling to let me know why or what was going on. If I didnt call them, I didnt get information.They didnt fix everything they were supposed to so I have had to go back multiple times. I was told my parts were in so I took my car in only to find out they didnt have the parts and be told they wont fix all of the things they told me they would.I would give them less than one star if I could!

Worst experience ever I went to get an estimate trusting them with my car because they had good reviews and the insurance recommended them. When I get there waited probably 30-45 mins I let it go because it was Friday. When I finally got someone to help me the lady looked at my car but I felt like it wasn’t a good enough inspection but they know their job better than me. Once finished the lady told me she would send my estimate that same day and mind you it was only 1 pm no later. She said they would contact me to make an appointment to schedule my repair and I believed them thinking they would contact me. A month and a half later I got into another accident and I call them to see where the process was going. The insurance tells me the estimate was NEVER SENT. I couldn’t believe it after I was told it was going to be sent the same day! I call back this caliber collision to talk to them on why it was never sent and they gave me no answers all they could say was “I don’t know why” no manager talked to me only the front desk which she was starting to get an attitude and I’m the one who should be upset in the first place. I decided to go to another caliber collision because I DO NOT TRUST this place to do the job if they didn’t even care enough to repair my car. Such terrible service!

Overall experience was excellent. Car was ready sooner than expected and was constantly updated on status of repairs. Although I hope never to need to, I Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very helpful staff, gave me multiple choices on what I was able to do after my accident. Quick as well, they want to get things done. They also have some refreshments for some who may be waiting some time for their car. Easy to find from the road as well, all around good experience!

I was in an accident with my 5 month old car. While I went to the hospital, my husband went through our insurance to have my vehicle towed to Caliber Collision. They had two tries to get my vehicle fixed correctly. The first try, they brought it to my house after guaranteeing it was done, only for us to find that the whole front end was not put back together correctly,m. They scratched my driver’s side door and damaged the wheel well on that side. The accident damage was to the passenger side of the vehicle. There were bubbles in the new paint job, also. I sent the vehicle back to the collision center. They called me 5 days later to have me pick my vehicle up. They did not fix any of the issues and the manager I dealt with was extremely condescending. After speaking with my husband and insurance company, I took my vehicle without signing off on. My insurance company sent me to a different auto body center that fixed all of the issues with my vehicle correctly and billed Collision Caliber for everything. I suggest that you find somewhere else more reputable to fix your vehicle.

My car was in an accident, we were rear ended. Caliber repaired my entire rear bumper including the glass.

Had a terrible experience with this location. Finally had to bring my truck to Naples to get fixed properly. After going on 3 months of being without my truck, due to their negligence, it is being repaired properly. They completely missed my frame being bent.

Unfortunately its the second time Ive had to use Caliber but Everytime its a pleasure because they take really good care of you and your vehicle.

Came by here about a month and a half ago or so and couldnt have asked for more. My 2016 Tacoma took a nasty hit to the truck bed and they left my truck looking like nothing ever happened. It looked the same as when I bought it months before, with the inside completely cleaned out and the outside washed immaculately. I was really pleased with the service I received. Only issue was getting them to coordinate with my insurance.

Couldnt be more disappointed with the caliber collision releasing a vehicle knowing it was not safe to be driven on the road. But yet they did.They did a great job with there paint and body work. I give them an A. Clean up not so much. Once I arrived truck bed was filled with there leftover materials still. Grease all over the rear bumper the side not repaired wasnt even detailed as I thought it should be. Just a basic half assed wash down. Mechanical they get an F. Lights - horn not working. F.
