Wow! The manager is excellent. I went when my vehicle was towed there after an accident and what a great experience. This man anticipated what we were there for and was so friendly and polite. The office was neat and clean as well as the rest of the property.

My car was involved in a car accident about a week ago and was towed into this tow yard. I went to collect my belongings 2 days later and was treated with kindness from the start. I forgot my keys and they were willing to help me get into my car (something they didn’t have to do) also offered to stay open a little later for me if need be. they made sure I got all the paper work out of the way for my car insurance so I will have peace of mind in the long run. Today I called to check up on my car and same kindness I received from day 1. Highly recommend! Thank you Felds Body shop/towing!

This company does not answer the phone. I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a week now to get my car out. Horrible business.

I had car accident 12/31/2019 they cashed check n committed fraud ask me to lie to Geico. Stole 1109.91 from me have refused to deliver the check back to body shop I got my car fix with. They are con artist they are crooks broke down my vehicle into pieces. I have them on recording. I had brain Injury from accident they wanted me to say it was my back. He said my lawyer we’re gonna call Dcf only because he wanted me to take lawyer of his choice. Don’t take your car there for nothing they like to milk the insurance n yourself. It has also been brought to my attention that felds no longer work with the body shop who goes under stix body shop. Please believe me they are horrible.

They fixed my F150 with front end damage and did not rip me off. Honest people, done on time and fair prices. Dont go to the fancy big auto body shops up the street - you will be happy you chose Feld.

$100 to tow a motorcycle. Absolutely asinine, especially when its 2 minutes down the road. Do not recommend!

Absolutely Unprofessional !! My car has been in this shop for over 2 weeks now. Un easy fix, that would have taken other shops few days only .... here i am - over two weeks later - my car is NOT ready yet. According to them it was supposed to be ready few days ago, but after they put everything together they realize there was a missing part they were still waiting on so now no one knows when my car will be ready for pick upI am very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONEABSOLUTELY NPROFESSIONAL !!!

Bad service I took my car 3 times to carry out the inspection so that they could send it to the insurance and be able to repair it and it was not possible since the person in charge of the inspections is not or is busy, finally the last time they told me that they would call me to coordinate a I already wait more than a month, I wait, well I really went to another workshop and my car was fixed in 3 days. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE !!
