What a amazing job Coggin Collision did on the Montero. The customer service up to the point of my vehicle being done was a great experience. The detailed scope and explanation of the work they did to repair the body damage from the accident was thorough and done with great quality and workmanship. We thought they were playing games at first but it was actually Usaa not communicating with us or them which made the process for the work to be done even longer. But they ended up getting everything done and the car came out looking better than it did off the lot when I bought it

Not professional. Wait three weeks to get a callback. Manager had get involved to get my car fixed. Took the keys to my rental car and went for a joyride and gave the car at a quarter tank even I filled the car with gas. Never returned my call when I asked for a Manager to call me back because of the issue. Rude employees 😒.

I got my car fixed here last week, they did a good job with the repairs but they “cleaned” out my car and actually threw away very special dried flowers that i had kept safe behind my backseat. I never asked them to clean my car, let alone throw anything away. those flowers were from my graduation, my grandmas funeral, my cousins funeral, from my mom, and they’ve been in my car because i recently moved, so i hadn’t gotten them back into the house yet. i’m literally so upset. make sure you don’t have anything valuable in your car because they will throw it away.

Hector and his team did a phenomenal job on my baby. A car ran a stop sign and sideswiped my car from front bumper to back rim on the passenger side. She now looks like she was just purchased brand new off the lot. I appreciate the hard work, timeliness, precision and accuracy that was put into the repairs. They were in constant communication throughout the duration of the repairs and it only took 2 days. Thank you for everything!

This was the first time Ive needed a car repair from a wreck. They helped me understand the process. They have a texting service and mobile site thats very helpful. Amy was great, super helpful and my car was done quicker than I expected. They did an amazing job - my bumper looks good as new. They also gave my car a very needed clean and it was gorgeous when I picked it up.

I was recommended this shop by a trooper of the FHP during my accident - had moderate to severe damage / large repair work with a car make and model whose parts aren’t the most common, but turnaround time was only about a week and a half. Great experience during a ****** time!

This place is amazing! After my car (2015 Honda Fit) was rear-ended, they took great care of me and my car. Although the car ended up being totaled, they still made sure I had all the answers and was assured that I would get a great deal on a new car from the Coggin Honda Dealership down the road. Amy in specific was fantastic! I wouldnt put my trust in any other place but this one!

Coggin made everything so simple.. They even have something worked out with the car rental place. Theyll let you drop off the rental there and get settled if needed to the car rental place.

I went to Coggin Honda Orlando for a consultation and... returned home in a new car. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I received the biggest help and got convinced to lease a new Honda Civic by Elizabeth Rue. Shes the most energetic, efficient, and savvy person there. Also Business Manager Sammy Naba impressed me by his professionalism and personality. Hes a person who clearly knows and loves his job.All in all my experience at Coggin Honda was very enjoyable and successful. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Free loaners is good, and the staff is friendly, but the actual quality of work here is atrocious. A two week job turned into a four month job as I came in multiple times to point out issues only for them to be ignored completely. I ended up screwing in the rear bumper because they couldnt do it, cleaning up globs of black adhesive from the interior, and clay barring off over-spray from all over the vehicle both inside and out. The end result is that Im stuck with a sub-par paint job that Ill need to have redone properly when I have the cash. Avoid this shop if you care at all about what your car looks like.

This is a smooth, customer oriented operation. You pull in, lots of people to help, a triage to get you an estimate, and then you can relax in a very gracious waiting area with a movie, comfortable seats, snacks and beverages, all free. Service people do try to upsell you on additional service, which cost them a star from me. I told the salesman I was unemployed and short on money, but he persisted in explaining each and every option to spend more money in the future. So, I would certainly continue to come here, but Im going to be prepared for the semi-hard sell.

In a word: WOW !!From Check-in to pick -up I would not change a thing. The appointment process was comfortable and efficient. The check-in process was FAST and the gentleman answered all my questions, no up-selling or suggestions. I like that. The repair was exactly how it was described to me over the phone. No add-ons. No surprises. The noise was addresses and fixed. The recall was completed. I asked about headlight restoration and was given the option of the lifetime process. I do a lot of night driving and was looking for a major improvement in my range of vision. I am VERY pleased with the results. It was better than expected. I just moved to the area from Massachusetts and had always taken my 2008 Fit to my dealer, where I got first class service and support. Coggin was even better. Its a fast, efficient operation...very impressive, with knowledgeable and personable people and plenty of capacity. The waiting area makes the time fly by, with good coffee, snacks, comfortable seating, and movies. Ive found my cars new doctor in Florida!

I took my car to Coggin Honda in Orlando to get my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. My service technician,Joel, took excellent care of me. All my expectations were met with professionalism and my service was thorough. I also like the brand of oil that Coggin Honda uses for oil changes. It is full synthetic and lubricates the engine very well.

Adam was very professional and courteous during the process. I enjoyed my time at Coggin. I just wish someone refilled the coffee jugs; I desperately wanted some vanilla or hazelnut coffee. I will come again for sure to have my next oil or maintenance check.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure that my vehicle was serviced properly. They also had a very comfortable area to wait which made me feel right at home. What I loved the most was that they were able to meet my needs even though I had my vehicle serviced at a different Coggin before coming to here.

First, the job was supposed to take 2days and it took the week until 3:44 on Friday to pickup by 5pm. Second, the two color stripes incomplete only replaced in the two doors, now shows old and new. Third, the plastic finish at the end of the door removed but not replaced. Fourth, the paint was not blended to get a better overall job and look, even worse, not even buffed the non painted area to match, instead a tape mark was left with clear spread to the non painted area. Fifth, when removing the tape a small piece of the rubber seal got ripped, both need to be fixed. Finally, i contacted a ph # they gave me access to and instead of at least listening he was more concern about me calling the wrong #. Bad experience.

Once again, the Service Department staff delivered quality, professional customer service. My service advisor, Gabriel, called me by name when I arrived for an unscheduled, routine maintenance visit. He collected the information from the car, did a walk-around, then checked previous service records to ensure he wouldnt be scheduling service that was not necessary. I dropped the car off. He called me two hours later to report the car was ready and the service provided was only what we agreed upon earlier. He made suggestions regarding what service might be necessary during the next visit, and wished me a good day. Still the best Service department in the Central Florida area as far as Im concerned.

It took altogether about three hours. Shuttle service dropped me at home and brought me back when my car was ready. I am very happy with the service..

Went as s walk in and they attended to me immediately. Service was fast and the service representative was awesome. I was able to enjoy a movie and popcorn in the dealer while I waited. Good job!!!!!!

My sons car was hit Sunday night.... its now Wednesday and I called to find out what the progress was on his car...Fernando told me he hasnt received the estimate as of 3pm from the insurance for the girl who hit my son Wed and to call back in 2 hrs.... ok I called at 4:45 and left him a message.... 5:00 I call again.... THEY ARE CLOSED... why would you tell me to call back at 5 if you close at 5.... BAD BUSINESS.... we just want to know the status and time frame.

Terrible service at first I was told by two different people that my car didnt need an oil change because my service indicator wasnt at 15%or less for an oil change. They recommended only my tires being rotated. Then they proceeded to tell me because I bought the service package with my car that I couldnt get my tires rotated without wasting my oil change coupon. So I told them I would just get my tires done elsewhere if I didnt need my oil change. Then I talked to the service manager and found out the recommendation IS to get my oil changed at 5k which is where my mileage was at! The service manager was very nice and rectified the situation by doing an oil change and tire rotation on the house without using my coupon. Just very disappointed in staff that were uneducated.

Do not take your vehicle to this place, let me explain why. I drive a 2009 Mercedes Benz C300. While driving to work on I 4, an 18 Wheeler in front of me Had some type of explosion in the rear end. As I was driving I noticed it was 2 tires had broken off of the truck shooting both tires towards my vehicle. One tire hit my windshield and my left mirror, the other tire went under my vehicle, throwing me off the road. I was thrown off the road almost flipping over. I notice my vehicle had some damage the front bumper was severely damage, and the vehicle Was also damage . I immediately noticed my check engine light, tire pressure sensor light, and an exclamation light came on in the dashboard. When geico asked what shop I wanted to bring my vehicle to, I decided to choose the closest to my home. This was a great mistake. Coggin collision center emailed me stating that my car was ready to be picked up. When I inspected my vehicle, The only thing fixed was the front center part of my bumper as they stated that my bumper was previously worked on and they did not want to touch it. Now I have a front bumper freshly painted in the center and scratched and paint peeling off on the sides. Everything else they stated that it was previously on my vehicle. I can assure you the my vehicle previous to this accident did not have all the damage that is still has. And did not have all these warning lights on in my dashboard. I will be taking my vehicle to another shop and pay all the repairs from my pocket. I will speak to geico about this incident and if nothing is done I will be switching insurance companies. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly at coggins collision center, but I needed my vehicle fixed.

I visited Coggin on 11/08 looking to purchase a new car and although the salesperson I originally was supposed to meet with was busy with other customers when i arrived, this did not hinder my process at all. I was helped by another salesman and ended up with both of them helping out. In the end I was very pleased with my purchase and found both salesmen to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. The entire experience was very peaceful and pleasant, so much so that I called my son in TX while I was still there to let him no about. However, I am disappointed in the fact that since I left there, the tides seem to have turned. I was promised by both salesmen that the scratches and nips on my car would be taken care and someone would reach out to me to tell me when to bring my car back in. Its been almost a month now and I havent heard a word from either of them although Ive called several times and left messages. I even spoke with a young lady at the number provided in the email sent to for the survey and she transferred me to a manager, Eric, where I had to leave another voice mail and I still havent heard. I hope this isnt one of those auto places that smiles in your face and then kicks you to the curb once the deal is done. Ill give them 1 more week and then Im going up there and if Im not satisfied with the response I get, I will have no problem going on twitter and facebook.

I have been having trouble with my brand new 2015 Honda Civic, regarding the two front tires, deflating. After getting two new tires on October 5, on December 2, the same thing happened again, left front passenger tire deflated again. I took the car in and spoke to Tony, who was rather kind and understanding and understood that I was going out of my mind. He assured me that they would find out what was causing this situation to reoccur so often. After a few minutes he returned and told me what they found causing the problem. The tire was fixed, and Tony told me that if the problem occur again I should just return to them. Even though this situation is causing me great concern, every time I had to take the car into the shop, every one I encountered was extremely polite and treated me with respect. This is where I intend to go to get my car serviced, because the staff really is understanding.

Told lies to my insurance about not having my car in there shop while I was physically staring at my car in there shop. Booked my Oil change service just a couple of days in advance, David was great, when I arrived he set my expectation that the oil change and Tyre rotation would take around 90 mins. I went to sit inside where they supplied great coffee, and snacks that would please everyone from Doughnuts to Popcorn and have a big screen with a movie. So the time will pass really quick. Also supply a quiet room so that you can get on with work as well. Much to my please 45 mins later David came and found me to let me know that the car was ready. Great service and over all very happy.

I purchased my 2015 Honda CR-V from Coggins through the Costco Auto Program. The process was smooth and the representative (R.J. Lindsay) was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I was able to close the deal that same day and drive away with a new car. I am not new to Honda vehicles, this was my 5th Honda, though I have held onto my last two Accords for 20 years and they are still going strong. I did consider purchasing a KIA, but friendly hassle-free service was a key factor to me and after reviewing web reviews of various area KIA dealerships, I decided to stick with Honda. My experience was a no-hassle pleasant one and I look forward to establishing a new relationship with this dealership and expect, based on my positive experience with my purchase, they will deliver the same professionalism I have come to appreciate over the past 30 years with other Honda dealerships.
