The financing (they came in 1% lower than what I was pre-approved for), the pricing (it was by far the best deal in town), the process (the did what they said they would do and explained every step clearly to me), and the integrity (they put brand new tires on my vehicle before I took it home). When I first saw the deal on the A5 that I purchased, I thought it was too good to be true. I called Audi Kirkwood, and I first spoke to Marie. She informed me about the vehicle, and its history as a courtesy car. From then I knew that the deal was real, and I was then transferred to Jasmin. He was such a great salesperson to work with. Im so used to pushy salespeople who outright lie about the car, but I never felt any skepticism from him. Within the day, I was ready to purchase. I flew in from Atlanta to purchase a vehicle that had an amazing deal on it. From the moment I flew in, I was blown away from the level of service that they have provided. When I was picked up from the airport, the porter (shoutout to Bryce) picked me and my brother up and asked if I wanted to drive back to the dealership. We had a great conversation on the drive; It didnt feel forced into talking and I could tell that he cared about engaging with us. I have been going to Audi Kirkwood for years. I have been purchasing cars from there since it was Parktown. When trying to trade my lease in for another newer car there was not any compensation for being a returning customer. When going to other dealers to look at cars there were compensations for being a returning customer. I truly believe that the dealership has slipped in treating their returning customers like they are happy for their support. Such a shame because I really use to love going there.

Kirkwood Audi was fantastic. I bought my car from them last year and their customer service was phenomenal. The car was excellent and they had me in and out in no time. I had to follow up on some paperwork with the title recently, and they were right on top of it. They made the whole process so easy and gave me peace of mind. First let me say the salesperson and the Finance person (both women), were excellent. The manager however was NOT. A few days after I purchased a car, the tire went FLAT. I took the car to a reputable tire repair shop and was told Drivers front tire is leaking from a PREVIOUS TEMPORARY REPAIR PLUG on the inside shoulder. The puncture is in an unrepairable location. The tire will need a replacement. Inasmuch, the tire was DAMAGED when I purchased the vehicle.Please note, I sent documentation from the tire company to PROVE that that tire was indeed damaged prior to purchase and documentation that stated the tire was indeed a safety RISK. When I called Kirkwood Audi, I was informed by the manager Eric that ONLY way they would replace the tire was if I purchased the tire and wheel warranty when I bought the vehicle because I cant prove that the tire was damaged when I bought the car. What?! I literally sent empirical evidence that the tire was DAMAGED at the point of sale.In a very condescending tone, Eric asked did it go flat in your possession or ours? Suggesting that because the tire went flat during my limited ownership tenure that I was somehow liable for the damage. Eric stated that the vehicle was inspected and nothing was wrong whatsoever so they are not liable. Again, documentation proves otherwise BUT that means absolutely nothing.He spoke to me in a very patriarchal and subjugating manner that was most inappropriate especially in 2021. It was the complete antithesis of the Audi first in class experience it felt more like a manipulative bait and switch situation ie. We have your money now, so deal with it!I do NOT trust this dealership and would NOT recommend them at all. Clearly they patch tires and deny liability.****UPDATE: The general Manager Scott Braun contacted me and IMMEDIATELY rectified the issue. He was very apologetic and ensured me that he could and would provide me with an audi experience and he DID. The service manager Amada was AWESOME. Its sad that one person and tarnish an experience but Thank you to Scott and Amanda for TOTALLY turning things all around. I will definitely be back!

I was visiting my daughter in St. Louis and my light came on telling me to shut off the engine and check the coolant level. It was a Saturday... ugh. I called the 2 local Audi dealers and this one got me right in to top off all fluids. The technician also had a flashlight and checked to make sure there were no leaks. He checked tire pressure and added wiper fluid and topped off the oil. It helped me feel more confident for my 4+ hour drive home. No charge, love that. Thank you!!!!

Highly recommend this dealership. Had been looking for the right Audi for over a year. Even though I was out of state, the provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Jasmin was great to work with providing additional photos, video tour and detailed description of the car. Pathetic experience with this dealership. They prefer maintaining vehicles rather than selling them. So, they had a used car my husband and I were interested in. However, we were unable to see it initially because it had been taken to Mungenast Lexus for some work. Price was $29,490. Since we were happy with this price we kept in touch with the salesman over the next week. He even called us to make sure we were still interested. Once the car was back at the dealership we received a call from the salesman. As we are headed to the dealership we are informed that the price has been increased by $1,300. WTH? We are literally 5 min away so we continue on to see the car for the first time. While it was nice, we were not about to pay an arbitrary price increase on a car that has been in their inventory over 100 days. Dealer stood firm on increase. We left and immediately drove to another dealership where we purchased the same car with about 8,000 more miles for just under $29,000. Just noticed the car is STILL in their inventory (20 days later) and the price has almost dropped back to the price we would have purchased it at. SMH lost sale and potential repeat customers.

Easily one of the worst car service experiences Ive had. It took nearly a month for unsatisfactory service. I brought my car in for inspections and a whine under the hood. They quoted me 14k worth of repairs, many of which were not needed. Of the repairs I approved, while youre in there parts were left alone. I was told the power steering pump was leaking and needed to be replaced which I approved, but they left the old, cracked, squealing belt rather than replace it while it was already off the car. Many repairs recommended or stated as needed have been checked by other repair shops and found no issue.This dealer is probably fine for buying a new car, but I would strongly suggest taking your repairs elsewhere.

Even though Im not this dealerships average customer they treated as if I was spending 60- 70k, I purchased a used Maxima {2016 SR) for the super fair price of just shy of 18k. The car was perfect, sales staff Archie was perfect and Jon in finance worked miracles for me! Trust me even if an Audi isnt what you are looking for they have premium used rides for the low low!

Bought a 2016 luxury car here 5 weeks ago w 25,000 miles. Was told it was in great condition. Paid more than 40k. Just paid $900 to replace failed brakes and rotors. Why would u sell a car with worn out brakes??Get your used car inspected before u buy. I have trouble believing I would need brakes 1200 miles after purchase. Like the car otherwise but this was dangerous and unresponsible on their part. Audi Kirkwood, u can do better.Await comments from dealership 🤠

By far the best car buying experience! Yasmin is skilled at his craft. I walked in thinking I wanted one thing and left with what was a perfect fit for me and he let me take my time to figure it out. It didn’t feel Salesy or pressured. It felt genuine and I appreciate his knowledge. I ran into a minor issue after my purchase and I will say it’s one thing to have great customer service when being sold but it speaks volumes after the fact. Noble and the team took care of it right away and took one less thing off my plate. I’m forever a ‘friend’. :)

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my Audi repaired. No exaggeration, it was there for 2 days and no one contacted me to let me know the status of determining what was wrong. I texted them and called after 2dt day and they said they’d let me know next morning, all day nothing from them. Then finally 3rd day told me what was wrong going to cost $1600 to repair, ridiculous. I took to Firestone dealer in Ellisville, they fixed same day charged $600, excellent service and communication as well. There’s a real problem with service department at Audi Kirkwood, stay away from there.

Had an appointment on Nov. 12th, 2020 for 9am. Said the appointment would take two hours. Noon came around and they said they couldnt get it done today. It will be done tomorrow. The 13th came and I called to see when to go get it. Said it wouldnt be done tell Saturday because they didnt have the parts and they had to do others that came in that day before mine. Now on the14th they are saying that I might not get my car on Saturday because it is a long process. Never got here again.

He made himself available and answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We became partners in the search for my new car. Audi Kirkwoods service department will rip you off. They charge $180 to run a diagnostic code but wont even look into the issue. Their service employees seemed incredibly unknowledgeable about service issues and were unwilling to tell me why my vehicle needed $3000 in work. Noble Jones (General Manager) sends out a generic email asking how your experience was. I emailed him and he never replied. Would go to a different Audi dealer, these people dont care about the little guy.

Very nice group of people there! From the service department, to sales all the way up to management, I felt taken care every step of the way. My salesperson was Ryan, he makes you feel instantly welcome & helped me narrow down which option is best for me. They also told me theyre getting a new bigger building soon so thats exciting! Service Manager noted my concerns, offered a complimentary loaner vehicle, arranged with sales to pickup vehicle after service closed, and service engineer addressed all my concerns. The entire staff treated me just like their high end customers with my entry level A3. He told me everything i needed to know about the care, including the history, why it was brought in, and why it would be a great car. He made me a friend. i also work in sales and there aren’t many people like him. He was not pushy at all. He told me i could take the day to think about it and when it came down to it, i decided to pass on the car. when i told him he was still just as friendly, and i greatly appreciated that! when i am ready to buy a car i am DEFINITELY teaching back out to Jasmin! I have to say, buying a new vehicle has been the biggest hassle I have been through in quite some time... BUT KIRKWOOD AUDI changed all of that in an instant! Let me tell you about my experience.. After searching for a very specific truck (Denali Duramax) and finding the specific truck at a few gmc dealers, I thought I was on track, well between financing and purchasing, two of these trucks sold out from underneath of me!! Between this and several banks denying us, We tried one last time on a truck we found at (of all places to find a gmc) an Audi dealership. Well let me just tell you I’m extremely grateful we did! After going through local bank for financing and leaving a tiny $500 deposit on this truck, we figured out or local bank was as well having trouble getting us taken care of, and low on time we decided to request Audi to get us financed. In a matter of MINUTES we were APPROVED!! Due to time sensitive issues we decided to hurry and load our kids up into our truck (trade in) and head 3 hrs to Kirkwood Audi to purchase our new truck. Mind you this was all after normal business hours (8:30PM) when we leave our house.. an hour into the drive our truck actually breaks down!! Remember this is our trade in truck!! So I call the dealer and explain the situation and now my family and I are stranded at 10pm on a school night and hour away from home and two hours away from our new truck!! Our amazing sales man Jasmin Trifunovic, and Kelly the finance manager decided to get into my new truck And Jasmin’s personal vehicle at 10pm and come to me where I was stranded in the parking lot of a gas station 2hrs away!!!! At midnight we signed the papers in the backlight of a cell phone at an Amazing interest rate Without any hassle and great customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and after being ran around at SEVERAL DEALERS, they fixed me up in a matter of Minutes on a vehicle of a different make that they don’t even sell. If you are in the mood for an Audi, or any vehicle, I genuinely suggest if you want a recommendation from a real life person leaving a legitimate review, TRY KIRKWOOD AUDI FIRST!!!!! Pathetic experience with Audi Kirkwood. Four days later after deposit of initial booking amount they confirm that car not available. After lots of false statement by sales parson, finally manger communicated that next day only that car got sold. It took four days to realize that they need to communicate me. On top of this, their point was either I need to pay higher amount for other option or “Take your money back”. Most unfortunate point was their attitude; they really do not care about what deal agreed and signed or what was promised. Be careful when you are talking to any of the agents with Audi Kirkwood and even after finalizing deal or payment don’t trust them.

I can’t believe this place has any high reviews... let’s start mine..Parking is a nightmare.The place is disgusting for a high end vehicle dealership, It looks like it should be torn down and completely rebuilt with a different design. It’s like your walking into an old Good Will.The bathroom was only OK for cleanliness, but there were broken things in it and it was very old. Go look at a Lexus bathroom at ANY dealership and compare.Every person I interacted with should NOT be working in any sort of job dealing with the public. No one offered any help any of the times I have walked in the door and looked around.Their shop is very out of date, it is a Midas muffler from the 1990s, The parts department is very difficult to get to, they have a locked glass window that I have never seen open, and a locked door next to it with no one around. You have to knock and wait.I am in dealerships every day, this is the first review I have ever written on one.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Wednesday and the entire experience was very professional and courteous. My husband and I drove three hours and stayed overnight. The next morning we completed the paperwork in minutes. Kudos to Jasmin, Craig and Noble job well done gentlemen.

I contacted this dealer to start researching buying a new vehicle, not sure what I thought about Audi. I found a model on their lot I really liked and took it for a test drive. Alex spent about 2 hours going over every inch of the vehicle with me, and I felt like an Audi model expert after! Alex gave me a list price, and when I said it was out of my league, he was very accommodating and didnt pressure me to make a counter offer. He continued to stay in touch via email, being persistent without prodding. He tried to work with me on price, however I didnt like the color he had available. I was able to find the exact car I wanted and bought it used. Alex continued to follow up with me, ensuring I liked my new ride, and to simply consider him in the future.I really wish this dealer had the exact vehicle I was looking for. They were super nice and very easy going. Very responsive every day of the week, and even offered to come pick me up two hours away. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here to get it serviced, and will continue to browse their listing should I ever be in the market for a different vehicle (this Audi is going to stay with me for a while, I am sure!).Thank you Alex for being a great example of what everyone should strive to be in a car salesman!

Worst experience ever !! Stay away from this place. I communicated with their agent online and after extensive communication, she made an appointment with one Noble Jones for 2:30 PM today. When I arrived 2 minutes prior to 2:30, I was greeted by a sales rep and he told me that Noble Jones stepped out (in spite of making the appointment for 2:30). When he finally arrived at 2:45, he had a very condescending attitude. Absolutely did not read through the communication I had with the online person and was very rude and asking me if I read through the e mails . The e mails can not be any clear. This is the worse dealership ever. I have been loyal Audi customer for years and these idiots may change that !! Pathetic losers
